At the beginning of sixth year Hermione Granger had requested that the library have comfy chairs fitted so people that used the library a lot (i.e. her) could sit and read in comfort. The request had been acknowledged, and, consequently the chairs had been fitted. Then, of course, everybody used them. And when you fit really comfortable seating in a quiet room where people go to be alone, there is really only one logical outcome. Since the chairs were put in place, Hermione had not been able to sit on one due to hoards of sleeping people.

Draco walked in to the library. It was October and the fires had been lit earlier in the day, before sunset. It would be dinner time in an hour and he had come to pick up a book on venom's of unusual snakes. He was preoccupied, however, by an errant thought he'd been having repeatedly. Harry Potter had really gotten a good tan over the holiday, giving him the look of golden or burnished bronze. Since they had returned to school the tan had faded, leaving behind the perfectly sculptured body of an athletic eighteen year old. Draco had caught him several times without his top on after Quidditch practices and during football matches with some of his friends. Last night he had walked in on Harry in the showers after his training, and now Draco was having a really hard time thinking about anything other than just how good that boy looked mostly naked, wet, flushed and breathing heavily.

He walked past a bookcase holding material pertaining to fungi maintenance. Behind it was a chair holding a snoozing Ron Weasley. There was no-one in sight and Draco's fingers were itching to do something nasty to the most annoying of that cretinous clan. As he gripped his wand, he heard a voice from behind him.

"Don't even think of it, Malfoy,"

Draco sighed, bloody typical. Just when he thought he'd found a distraction from his thoughts, his thoughts came back and bit him in the arse. Or at least spoke to him from behind his own back. He put the wand he had been holding back in his pocket and turned around slowly.

"Potter, do you usually spend your time watching Weasley sleep?" Draco sounded tired, he knew. There was a good reason. Most nights he was kept awake by naughty thoughts of doing something he shouldn't to the irritating yet devastatingly attractive chap in front of him. Harry was leaning on a bookcase in a pair of tight faded blue jeans and a plain white t-shirt. He looked at Draco with a smirk on his face that annoyed and enchanted Draco in equal amounts.

"I wasn't watching Ron." The stresses in the sentence and the tone in which he said it made Draco think.

"Well apart from yourself there are only two people in here. So if you weren't watching Weasley, who were you watching?"

Harry just looked at him innocently. Draco knew Harry well enough to know that the innocent look was totally false. He never looked that guiltless, even when he was doing nothing wrong. Harry always looked like the kind of boy that had one eye watching people whilst he was breaking the rules. It thrilled Draco, the disregard for all rules. Harry was only obedient because he had nothing better to do. He would incite people to do the same, getting them into trouble whilst he watched. Perhaps he liked watching; perhaps he would like to watch Draco do something. Draco mentally chastised himself for his naughty thoughts. It would not be a good thing to start fantasising about Harry Potter whilst he was right in front of him. Harry however, seemed to be contradicting him.

He had not moved unless you really took time to notice his body, which Draco had. He had thrust his hips out a little and leaned his head back, revealing more of his neck. He had tipped his head to the left a little and was looking at Draco with a challenge in his eyes. Did you notice, do you see? Draco realised that if he acknowledged that he had noticed Potter's change in body language, then he would be admitting something a lot bigger. He counteracted by moving his hand away from his pocket and to his thigh, slightly rubbing his thumb across the fabric of his trousers. Harry was breathing in time to the movement of his fingers, Draco noticed with exhilaration. Harry then did something so openly, so brazenly that Draco gasped. He started sucking his finger. He had raised the index finger of his left hand and was rubbing his tongue down its length and pushing it into his mouth, his eyes never leaving Draco's face. Draco had enough playing. He walked forward swiftly and pushed Harry back, grabbing his hand and placing it in his mouth, whilst Harry closed his eyes and leant his head back in pleasure. He felt the already wet finger in his mouth and it tasted lovely, sweet and salty, and he relished it. He wasn't, however, happy with the lack of reaction from Harry. He could tell he liked it, but Draco wanted to elicit a more extreme response. He bit down on the tip and Harry moaned in pain and pleasure. Draco removed the finger and smirked at Harry.

"Now, Potter. You know the Rules: Silence in the Library." Harry looked back at Draco and promptly brought his lips forward. They brushed against Draco's, his tongue pressing insistently. Draco relented without much of a fight. Harry's mouth was warm and welcoming. Draco delighted in the feel of his tongue and the way he rubbed his body forwards into Draco's, whilst bringing his hands around his waist. Draco decided that Harry's kiss was more than passionate, it was insistent, that no matter what happened, Harry had wanted, had demanded this kiss. He had needed to feel Draco's mouth against his, feel the tongue that was currently tip-to-tip with his own. Eventually the kiss broke and Draco breathed heavily against Harry's cheek, leaning against his body for support.

"What now?"

Draco snorted. "You're the one that wanted to seduce me in the library. You decide."

"I didn't want to seduce you in the library. I wanted to seduce you in the shower last night but you ran away." Draco was momentarily stunned.

"You would have tried last night."

"There aren't any rules saying we have to be silent in the shower, which was also completely empty except for us. So yeah, I wanted to get you in there."

"Well since when have you ever gone by the rules? So what would you have done if you had got me in the shower last night?"

Harry didn't answer in words; he shouldn't have been talking at all. This had to be done silently. The last thing either wanted was to get caught by an irate Madame Pince. He brought his mouth back to Draco's face and licked his way across Draco's lips before angling his neck to get under his chin. Draco could feel Harry's tongue against his skin and was so focussed on it that he hadn't noticed what Harry's hands had been doing until there was a pressure against his boxers. With only a layer of silk between them, Harry's hands were trying to excite Draco's balls and already present erection. Draco groaned, and Harry moved his head up to kiss his mouth, preventing any more noise. This kiss was fierce, and Harry was pushing him back. Before Draco knew he had moved he found himself pushed down on an empty chair.

Poor Hermione, thought Draco, the one time there's chair and now it's full. He wasn't going to complain too much though, as Harry was on top of him, undoing his shirt with one hand, the other still rubbing up and down Draco's boxers. The kiss broke and Draco gasped for air before Harry licked a path down his chest. Draco tried not to make much noise, but he wasn't sure he succeeded as Harry took control of his body and tormented him with his hands and his mouth. They carried on kissing and groping madly until they heard an unwelcome noise.

"Ron, get up. It's time for dinner." Hermione's voice was shrill and unwelcome in the silence of the library. They could hear Ron wake up with a snort and the clearing of his throat.

"Hello, Hermione. What did you say?"

"I said, Ron that it was time to go for dinner. I can't believe that you fell asleep in the library. These chairs were put here for people to sit and read in. It's really not fair that you sleep in these. What do you have beds for anyway."

Ron chuckled, "I thought you were old enough to realise what people use beds for, Hermione. You aren't a first year any more and I think you should really get one of your friends to tell you about the birds and the bees."

"RONALD WEASLEY!"

There was an almost as loud "shush" from Madame Pince and Hermione said in a quieter, chastised voice, "We should go to dinner now. Where's Harry?"

Draco could feel Harry freeze in his arms and he rubbed his shoulders to relax him again.

"He said he had something to do. Probably got Occlumency again."

"Ron, you can be so dense sometimes. He's probably gone to do something about this ridiculous crush on Draco Malfoy."

"It'd be about time. I'm sick of his mooning over him. Still squicks me out a bit, mind."

"You'll get over it."

"Mmm." Ron sounded sceptical but Draco was watching the astonished face of the man in front of him. As the two conversationalists left he brushed his lips over Harry's neck and whispered.

"So, you've been mooning over me?"

"Apparently so."

"Well your friends seem to be ok with you, me, us."

"Yes." Harry was still quite shocked, but that wasn't Draco's concern right now. He wanted to get back to what they were doing.

"There's no-one here now." Harry smiled.

"But, Draco. You heard Hermione, these chairs were put here for people to sit and read in." Draco smiled at the very mock protest.

"She also said, "what do we have beds for, anyway"."

Harry smirked. "There's no-one around right now. They've all gone to dinner, so let's go to my dorm."

"That sounds like a good idea."

"Shush, remember: Silence in the Library."
