Argus Filch muttered profanities under his breath as he mounted the stairs, to him it was just another night of patrolling the hallways in the middle of the night.

"What is it my sweet? More students out of bed? We'll see soon enough." He strained to hear noises but heard only his own breathing and the candles crackling. Where could they be hiding? Then suddenly he heard rapid footsteps and gasps coming from a nearby classroom. "We've got them now." Filch was confident that he would be handing out at least one detention that night and he was severely disappointed when he found that the classroom was empty.

"Where have they gotten to?" He raised his hand and flicked the switch illuminating the room. Still, he saw nothing more than a few dust covered desks and a... bed? What was a bed doing in there? Suddenly it dawned on him, "So this is where you sneak off to Malfoy?" Without waiting for a response he continued, "The bed is rather impressive though, McGonagall would be thrilled."

"How'd you know it was me?" Draco Malfoy emerged out of the covers with a smile on his face.

Filch just smiled to himself, "I would recognize your handiwork anywhere Draco."

"All the same it must have been hard to find us."

"It was simple, almost as easy as fooling everyone into believing I was a spuib."

At the latter comment, Harry Potter poked his head out of the covers. "What? You aren't a squib?"

"Nice of you to join us Mr. Potter. No indeed I am not a squib, actually I'm quite a powerful wizard. After all, I have captured the famous Harry Potter have I not?"

At first Harry laughed taking the comment as a joke, although at the serious look on Filch's face Harry began to get scared. He looked to Malfoy for support but to his surprise Malfoy was staring at him with a smirk, wand raised.

"Draco?"

"I'm sorry Harry, but sometimes you just have to trust your instincts. You did say earlier that you felt uneasy tonight you should've acted on it. Although if I had one more night to live I'd want to spend it fucking the sexiest man alive, at least I gave you that. Goodbye Harry."

With that there was a flash of green light, an unearthly scream, and the wizarding world as they knew it was destroyed forever.

"Draco you've got to get out of here, Lucius prepared a portkey and it's hidden in the shrieking shack. I trust you know how to get there?"

"Father said you'd give me a map to show me the way."

"Ah yes, the Marauder's map how appropriate." Draco raised an eyebrow inquisitively.

"Potter's father helped make it. It's just ironic that it's the very device that brought about his son's demise." Draco mused about that and gradually a smirk came to his face. "Go on there isn't much time. I solemnly swear I'm up to no good." Filch tapped the map with his wand and immediately they saw a dot moving rapidly their way. "Shit, McGonagall is almost here." Filch handed the map to Draco and pushed the boy in the right direction. Then taking a deep breath, he screamed as loud as he could.

"Oh my lord! Albus how could this be?" Minerva McGonagall was distraught. After all their years of protecting Harry and insuring Hogwarts was impenetrable by death eaters, he was killed by one of their own.

"It is indeed a sad day for the alliance." Dumbledore studied Harry's glasses and then shook his head. "The fingerprints belong to Draco Malfoy. He has no doubt fled the school grounds by now."

"Yes, we checked his dormitory and the prefect's bathroom, he doesn't appear to be nearby."

"Thank you Argus, that will be all. I can hardly expect you to continue your hall monitoring duties after such a hard night."

"Thank you headmaster." Argus smiled in his usual sinister way and started off toward his room to celebrate. Didn't everyone celebrate when they got away with murder?
