Lily Evans and James Potter, both in their sixth year at Hogwarts, have always maintained a love/hate relationship. This Christmas, however, after much pleading from James, Lily decides to take a risk and go with him to the Yule Ball. Unfortunately, Lily realizes what a mistake she has made in taking that risk when James can't stop being a show-off in front of his buddies. Will they set aside their differences by the time the event begins, or will they just have to attend alone?
