One night, the eve of the second rising of Voldemort, Ginny hears a noise and finds Draco in a curious predicament. 10 years later, they are still linked by that meeting but details become public knowledge. As they deal with the media scrutiny and the disapproval of everyone they know, all misconceptions are stripped away and they realize just how similar they are.

Draco and Ginny meet at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade and they both realize that they are different than they thought they were. But a certain person is lurking and listening...

After meeting with Ginny, Ginny is confronted by Ron and talks with Pansy. Later, she thinks about the war and its aftermath. The next morning, she recieves a nasty surprise.

Ginny deals with her disapproving parents after everyone finds out. Later, Draco makes a proposal that Ginny accepts.

Draco and Ginny have dinner together but end up having an argument. Ginny finds out her status at work and Bill, Tonks, and Neville take her to lunch afterwards to cheer her up. Later, she ends up Apparating to Malfoy Manor and shares a moment with Draco.

Ginny has an interesting breakfast with the twins, Blaise and Hermione. Draco sits through a meeting and thinks a bit about Ginny and the past. Then Ginny and Draco meet up at Fortescues and something new is discovered.

Ginny and Bill have a meeting where Ginny learns more information that has been kept from her. She goes to confront Draco but the tables are turned quickly on her.
