True as it can be

Slowly Rita walked down the aisle. On the other end, she saw him. Her own prince charming. Her own Gil.

"Ooh, this aisle was way to long. Who was this wizard who had thought of this again? She would curse him. It was way too long that she had stayed so far away from her one and only true love," she thought.

They had suffered. Oh, yes they had suffered. They had both suffered from memory loss by a broken wand, they suffered from Gilderoy's egocentric behaviour, they suffered from Rita's own curiosity. But now they were finally there were they were supposed to be. Together, but still apart. There was still half an aisle separating the two of them.

Time was going to slow for her. For Gil it seemed the same. It same to him like ages that he stood before the altar looking at his bride slowly walking towards him. If only he could remember how to speed the time...

Little Miss Perfect had known that Rita and Gil were together from the first moment on. She didn't mind at all. They did suit each other rather well. Rita had given her some advice. Something about never giving up true love. Hermione didn't exactly what that meant yet, but she sure would be trying to find it out.

She saw Rita slowing moving to the aisle, restraining herself from running to her beloved. She saw Gilderoy. A weak smile was upon his face. He was scared. He wasn't as prepared as he thought he was. But he was sure that he wouldn't let her go another time. He had learned his lesson. The pain that he had felt all those years. A hole in his heart where his love for had been. Now there she was. To the world he may be a beauty and she a beast. They knew that she saw the beast in him as he saw the beauty in her. Together they were complete. Alone they were as two persons; always looking for something, but never finding it. And now they had found their happiness: with each other!

Both had learned their lesson. Both remembered the time apart, and both knew they didn't want it to happen ever again! Their separation had been bittersweet, but their reunion was the most beautiful thing that had happened to either of them!

It started off as a one night stand, but it was a night that changed both of their lives forever.

Their lives became bound to each other. And with each turning point they got a bit closer to their ultimate goal. The first turning point was Gil leaving Rita for Narcissa. The second was the blasting of Ron Weasley's broken wand. The third turning point was the imprisonment of Rita inside a glass jar! It all helped them on their way to happiness, and they wouldn't change it for the world. The suffering had made their bound even stronger. It meant that they overcame the difficulties that live had presented to the two of them.
