"What are we going to do?" Oliver asked Ally when she finally told him about the picture and what was written on the back.

"I don't know. I honestly don't know," Ally said quietly.

"Well what did Megan say?" Oliver asked.

"She didn't say what she thought we should do about it and I never thought to ask her. She didn't seem too worried about it though. In fact, she seemed rather calm," she informed Oliver.

"Does Malfoy know?"

"I don't know. I don't think so. She didn't bring him up at all, while we were talking."

"Maybe the broke up too," Oliver mused in a hushed voice.

"No, I saw them together a few days ago," Ally told him quickly, as she smoothed out her skirt. She was beginning to feel very uncomfortable around Oliver.

"Well, we still talk sometimes."

"They were really close and holding hands. Last time I checked we don't do that when we talk."

"We used to," Oliver said wistfully. He thought back to better times, back when he and Ally had been inseparable. He missed that. He missed that a lot.

"I think we should go talk to Megan and Draco," Ally changed the subject.

"Do we have to talk to Draco too?"

"Yes, he was part of it too. Oliver you're going to have to forgive him, it's not like he knew what was going to happen."

"But it was his fault."

"It was all of ours faults," Ally snapped at him.

"But it was his fault we broke up."

Ally became very quiet and wouldn't look Oliver in the eyes.

"You can't blame him for that. He wasn't the one that told me he thought it wasn't working out with us. He wasn't the one that turned his back on me because I was scared."

"Look, Ally, I told you it wasn't because you were frightened. We all were scared."

"Whatever. I already listened to excuses once. We should go back to the common room. If I decide to talk to Megan I'll let you know. I can't sit around here all day arguing with you, I need to study."

"Okay," Oliver stood up and opened the door quietly.

"It's safe for when you come out," He informed her like he used to when they were together.

"Thanks," Ally hurried out the door and rushed down the corridor.

Oliver watched as she quickly disappeared from his sight. With a sigh he shut the door quietly and walked to the Gryffindor tower, thoughts about everything in the last few months spinning in his head. He would never forget the day he had panicked and told Ally he couldn't be with her anymore. He had thought it was for the best, but now he saw that he had messed up the best thing in his life. Now every time he saw her now his heart ached for her, he wanted her back, wanted to touch her skin and kiss her soft, pale, pink lips.

As Draco sat in Arithmancy he couldn't help but fix his gaze outside on the snow that was falling. Then something caught his eye, it was a creature and it was flying towards the castle. As it drew closer he noticed it was an owl, a large black owl, and it kept flying closer to the window. He looked up at Professor Vector who was busy talking to a Ravenclaw about how to use the number chart he had received. He stood up and walked over to the window. The owl came right up to it and dropped a letter into Draco's hand. He was freaked out by now. He never received letters during class. Because it was such a peculiar occurrence he decided to open it right then and there. He ripped open the soft cream-colored envelope and took out the hand written letter. Draco read it quickly:

I know what happened that night, I saw it all, you thought you were so careful but you weren't someone knows, and that someone is me.

When he read this, Draco lost the little color he had in his face and asked to be excused from class. Professor Vector nodded and told him to go to the hospital wing. On his way to the door he passed Megan and made a motion for her to follow him. As he walked out of class, instead of taking a left to the hospital wing he took a right and waited for Megan to follow him.

She walked up to him a few minutes looking at him worriedly. She had seen how pale and shocked he had looked when he had motioned for her to follow.

A few moments later they were in an empty classroom and he was showing her the letter. She looked as though she might be sick.

"Who the fuck would know?" Draco thought out loud.

"How could we have not noticed someone taking pictures?" Megan wondered.

"You remember how shaken we were. We barely noticed anything but what we were doing. And this proves it isn't a joke Meg, someone knows about what happened. Someone saw it. I don't know how, or who, but someone sure as hell saw. I mean come on they have a picture of it. Someone knows."
