Author's Note:
As you see in my story that NO where did it say love. I personally think loves crap, dont get me wrong, im mean true love is never ending, BUT if you say it gosh dang every stupit second and to every one you go out with it aint a special word no more. Sheesh people. Anyways i dedicate it to Andrea, for she shares my opinion on love. It's crap and don't F*ing say it if you dont mean.

Harry, Karis Lou (Harry's girlfriend who transferred from over Durmstrang Institute, after both her parents died in a car crash), Ron, and Hermione were in the Gryffindor common room talking very merrily.

"Oh, it's 12:25! We better get to sleep!" Karis said while walking over to Harry and giving him a peck on his forehead, right above his scar, "Night babe, night Ron, Hermione coming?"

"Yes, go on without me, I need to get my stuff," Hermione said shoving her things in her bag.

As Karis walked off, Harry called after her," Sweet dreams!" while watching her raven black hair flow to one side as she turned.

"Only if I'm dreaming of you, will my dreams be sweet!" she said winking so only one of her flaming violet eyes showed, and with that she left to the girls dormitories.

"Ok, I think I got it all," Hermione said huffed, "Night Ron, night Harry."

"Night," said Harry with a grin on his face, which was there ever since Karis kissed his forehead.

"Sweet Dreams," said Ron, getting to his feet, but decided sit back down.

"You too!" her back to them and still walking off, which his a massive smile.

"Harry, I gotta tell you something," Ron said in a slightly nervous voice.

"Yea, what is?" asked Harry, still with a grin pasted to his face.

"Well, um... I kind of like Hermione..." Ron started to say but was cut off.

"I reckon you did. 'cept like not kind of," Harry abruptly cut in.

"You reckon I did?" asked Ron curiously.

"Yup," answered Harry simply.

"Well, anyways, could you and Karis go somewhere, when we get back to the common room, after dinner tomorrow?" asked Ron in a quivered voice.

"Say no more, mate!" answered Harry cheerfully while slapping Ron on the shoulder.

After their talk, both boys got to their feet and headed to their dormitories.

The next day everything was normal. They woke up, had breakfast, classes, lunch, more classes, then dinner. As they finished, they started to walk to the Gryffindor common room. Harry and Karis (while holding hands) walked on one side, Ron and Hermione on the other. Just then did Harry remember his talk with Ron.

As they reached the portrait of The Fat Lady did Harry speak up. "It's such a nice afternoon today. I think I'll go for a walk. Would you like to accompany me, Karis?" asked Harry facing her.

"Of course," and with that they walked off.

"I think I'll go study in the library tonight. Exams are coming up soon," Hermione chirped.

"HERMIONE! They're FOUR months away, NOT three!" bellowed a shocked Ron. (She usually started at least three month away.)

"I know, I want an early start," Hermione said simply, with that she too walked off.

"UGH!! Mandragora," mumble Ron as the portrait swung open.

It seemed like days when they finally returned. All three of them entered the portrait hole at the same time.

"OH MY GOSH! Guess who I met in the library!?!?" exclaimed Hermione.

"No matter what we guessed, you still wouldn't tell us, Hermione!!" Harry said with one arm around a smiling Karis.

"Oh be quiet, Harry! Anyways, it's Viktor Krum!"

"Are you serious?!" asked a very shocked and very disappointed Ron.

"Of course I'm serious," answered Hermione,"well anyways we should really get to bed, good night."

"I'll meet you inside our room, Harry," said Ron turning away, but Harry and Karis was too busy to hear.

A few minutes later Harry entered the boy's dormitories.

"Harry! This isn't good!! I know Krum will ask Hermione out! And she'll say yes!! UGH!" Ron said in a frantic voice.

"Ask Hermione out! Ask her before Krum does!"

"Yes, yes, I'll do that! Thanks, Harry!" Ron said in a very grateful tone.

"No problem mate!" Harry answered back while getting into bed.

The next day, Ron didn't have a chance at all to ask Hermione out at all. So after dinner was over he went to the common room and waited for her, he couldn't find Hermione at dinner. A few minutes later the portrait door swung open. Harry barged in (amazingly) without out Karis this time.

"Did you ask Hermione?!" Harry asked in a huffed voice, as if he was running before.

"No, not yet, I didn't get a chance all day!" Ron answered back in a whiney, depressed voice.

"Oh no," Harry said meekly, "Karis just told me Krum asked her out."

Ron sat the in silence and the finally spoke up, "Did she say yes?"

"I don't know," answered Harry truthfully, "Karis just got done talking to Hermione and now she's talking to Krum. They're having a lil' reunion right now, you know because they use to go to the same school, so they knew each other."

"Oh that's nice," said Ron in a very glum voice.

"How 'bout we go and visit Hagrid!?" said Harry in a false cheery voice.

"*sigh* might as well," and with that Ron and Harry left the common room.

About an hour later did they come back. When they went through the portrait hole they saw Hermione and Karis talking on the red couch, near the fire place. Just then Karis got up, gave Hermione a slight pat on the arm and walked over to Harry.

"Lets go walk, Harry!" Karis in a cheery tone.

"But I was just back from one!" Harry answered stubbornly.

"Well, it's a great afternoon, so come," she said all of this while pushing Harry out of the portrait hole.

Hermione and Ron could both hear The Fat Lady muttering.

"What was the point of waking me up?! You ended up being outside anyways."

"Well, I think I'll go to bed now then. Good night, Hermione," Ron said walking off, but Hermione held him by the arm.

"I need to talk you, Ron."

"Can't it wait 'till morning? I'm really, really tired," afterwards Ron gave very fake yawn.

"Ron, it'll only take a minute I swear," while she said this she nudged his arm towards the couch, making him sit next to her. "Ron, *short pause* I like you, I like you a lot and not just as friends."

"Hermione, I like you a lot too, I like you more then just a friend too. But Krum? I know he's asked you out," Ron was confused, but very much pleased.

"Krum and I are only friends, but yes, he did ask me out. I declined though. I told him the truth, that I liked you, he wished me the best."

No words could express how Ron felt just then. All he could think of was leaning close toward Hermione and kissing her ever so sweetly, and that's exactly what he did. When they finished Ron began to speak again.

"When Harry told me Krum asked you out I felt as if I was in a triangle. I was in a very tiny corner and you and Krum had great, large corners. I felt practically invisible."

"There's no Krum, Ron. Just you and me," Hermione said, snuggling him incredibly tightly.

"I know that now," Ron answered back leaning forward and giving Hermione's bushy brown head a sugar sweet kiss.

Around an hour later Harry and Karis came into the common room (with one of his arm around her). What they walked into, made them very pleased, but also shocked (more Harry then Karis). For Ron and Hermione where kissing on the couch when they walked in.

"Now, what is this?!" Harry said grabbing a pillow and tossing it at them.

Harry and Karis broke from each others grips. Ron and Hermione tore apart from each other and each grabbing the nearest pillow, the pillow fight began (all four sacking each other with mile long grins on their faces).
