Chapter 6

"Cut!" the director called. "Matt, what's wrong? You don't seem focused today."

"I'm sorry," Matthew replied, "I guess my head's just not in the right place right now."

"Well, why don't you take a break and we'll shoot your scene later."

"Thanks, Alfonso."

Matthew walked to his trailer. He knew exactly why he couldn't concentrate. Ever since he had laid eyes on her, he hadn't been able to stop thinking about her. I have to tell her how I feel, and find out if she feels the same way, he thought to himself. Taking a deep breath, he went off in search of Ginny Weasley.

Harry stood outside of David Thewlis's trailer, sulking. He couldn't bear to see Emma with the Weasel. He was just about to walk away when he heard a voice behind him.

"So it's true, Harry Potter has come to our world."

Harry spun around. He found himself looking at a man.

"How did you know who I was?" Harry asked.

"Dan has a big mouth," the man replied.

Harry's eyes flashed and his hand balled into fists at the mere mention of Daniel's name. Harry shook his head to drive Daniel out of his mind.

"Who are you?" Harry asked the man.

"I'm David Thewlis," he replied, "I play Remus Lupin."

Harry's jaw dropped. "Y-you play Lupin?" he stammered.

"Yup. Do you mind if I give you some advice?"

"About what?"

"About your friend Ron, of course."

"You mean my ex-friend."

"You shouldn't let a girl come between you and your best friend. No matter what, a girl's never worth losing your best friend over."

"Emma's worth it," Harry mumbled.

"No, she's not," David said firmly, "A girl's never more important than your best friend. If a girl ever tries to come between you and your friend, get out of the relationship as quick as you can. Look, I have to be in set in two minutes, but think about what I said.

"I will. Thanks." Harry told him as he walked away.

Harry thought about what David said as he walked back to the set to find Ron and Emma. What's wrong with me? he thought, Ron's my best friend. I should be happy for him. But as he arrived on the set, all thoughts of apologizing were driven out of his mind.

"Harry never had any friends before he came to Hogwarts and met me," Ron told Daniel, "I never said I wanted to be friends with him. All the other compartments were full, so I had no choice but to sit with him. I was just trying to be nice to him, and the next thing I know, I'm stuck being his best friend."

Harry was so mad that he was seeing red. So, the little red-headed Weasel never wanted to be my friend, he thought. He then remembered the friendship offer that Draco had given him his first day at Hogwarts. I wonder if it's too late, Harry wondered as he went off in search of Draco.
