Author's Note:
Well...here it is. I hope you like this, just as much as the first one.

The rising sun peeked through the blinds and landed on Hermione's face. She stirred and rolled over, her face in the pillow. "Mmm...I don't want to get up," she said, muffled by the pillow. She blindly reached for her coffee, only to find it wasn't there. All she felt was a piece of paper. She sat up and looked around. 'Hmm...Maybe Draco was in a rush this morning,' she thought. She looked down and grabbed the piece of paper. She opened it and began to read.

My Darling Angel-

A few moments later, she gasped.

I'm not who you think I am-

"Wha...What?" She sat there stunned.

I'm a Death Eater-

"How could he do this to me? Why would he lie?" she asked, out loud. Then the tears started to fall.

This is how it should be; me, a Death Eater...and you living a happy life, with someone else-

Hermione sat there, staring at the door. "Goodbye," she whispered and then proceeded to cry herself back to sleep.

5 years later-

"No, Harry. I'm fine," a 25-year old Hermione said to her friend, over the phone. "Look...I have to go. I'm at the market right now." She smiled. "Tell the others I miss them and that maybe, maybe-, I'll visit soon." Hermione hung up her phone and returned to her shopping. 'I really should visit sometime. But...I haven't set foot in the wizarding world since...' her thoughts trailed off. She shook her head and sighed. There was no point in conjuring up old conflicts.

-Of all the things I've believed in

I just want to get it over with

Tears form behind my eyes

But I do not cry

Counting the day that pass me by-

She frowned, as she picked up a tabloid. "'Woman claims her 5-year old son levitated 3 feet off the ground.'" Putting it back on the shelf, she mumbled, "It's not possible at that age...even if he has magical powers."

"I agree...I think I see a rope in the background, anyways," a voice said, from behind her.

Hermione froze. 'No! It's not possible! It can't be him!' she thought, frantically.

-I've been searching deep down in my soul

Words that I'm hearing are starting to get old

Feels like I'm starting all over again

The last three years were just pretend

And I said,-

Hermione was still frozen, when she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"Please turn around, Hermione," a voice said, pleading with her.

Hermione took a deep breath and turned. Her eyes widened in shock. And before she fainted, she managed to choke out, "Draco...?"

-Goodbye to you

Goodbye to everything I thought I knew

You were the one I loved

The one thing I tried to hold onto-

Someone was shaking her shoulders. "Mmm...Leave me alone. I'm having a nice dream." Someone smacked her. "What the hell?!" She sat up and found she was on the ground. "Wha...what happened?" she asked, confused.

"You fainted and I caught you," said a male voice, with a very familiar drawl.

Hermione put a hand on her forehead and stood up. "Wow...I thought I had seen...," she trailed of, as she turned around. "Oh my god." She found herself, looking up at eyes she hadn't seen in five years.

-I still get lost in your eyes

And it seems that I can't live a day without you

Closing my eyes and you chase my thoughts away

To a place where I am blinded by the light

But it's not right-

"Well...this wasn't the reaction I was expecting," said the person.

Hermione was shocked. "Well...when my boyfriend runs off in the middle of the night, and I suddenly see him five years later, I'M NOT GOING TO JUMP FOR JOY!" Hermione let out a huff and turned, to walk away. She felt a hand grab her arm.

"Wait...I can explain."

Hermione turned around. "No, Draco! Nothing will help! You lied to me...I can't deal with this right now," she said and ran out of the surprisingly empty store, not caring that she had left her groceries.

Hermione didn't stop running, until she reached her car. Her hands were shaking so much, that it took a few times to get her key into the lock. She let out a loud sob. "No!" she said, choking back tears. "I'm not going to cry. He's a self-centered, cold-hearted, arrogant, lying bastard." She opened the door and got in. She started the car and started to back out of the space. She was about to leave the lot, when a figure stepped in front of the car. She jammed on the brakes and rolled down her window. "What the hell are you doing?!"

The figure turned. "I'm trying to show, that I'd rather die than live without you."

Hermione got out of the car. "You can't live without me?! I don't know if you remember, but you ran off on me!"

Draco winced. "But I had a good reason!" he tried to tell her.

"Good reason, my ass! You lied to me! You told me you loved me! Then I find out you're working for HIM!" Hermione was pissed. "Don't know if you noticed, but when you left I sealed off my heart! You can ask Harry and Ron! I stored anything magical at Harry's, except for my wand and pictures, and I left the wizarding world! I got a small flat, and I live there ALONE! I'm doing quite fine without you!"

Draco stepped towards her and reached out a hand.

Hermione stepped back. "Don't touch me!"

-And it hurts to want everything and nothing at the same time

I want what's yours and I want what's mine

I want you-

Tears were streaming down her face. "I loved you, but you threw my heart away." She got back in the car and locked the doors, but her window was still down.

Draco stuck his head through the window. "What if I told you I'm sorry...and that I still love you?"

She turned to him and smiled sadly. "Then I would say..."

-But I'm not giving in this time-

"Go to hell." She slapped him and drove off, leaving him staring after her.

A few months later-

"Are you sure Lavender doesn't mind me staying with you guys?" Hermione asked and listened to Harry's reply. She looked around. Ever since her run-in with Draco, she had planned to move back to the wizarding world. "Okay...I'll be there soon. No...I haven't looked at today's paper. Actually, I'm using it for packing material. Fine...I'll look at it. Bye." She hung up the phone and looked around for the "Prophet".

After un-wrapping a few things, she found the front page. "Oh...my...god," she whispered. The bold-faced headline was devastating.

"Malfoy heir found dead. Cause of death: suicide."

Hermione was shaking, so she sat on a box. She scanned the article.

"'Draco Malfoy was found dead, yesterday morning. Ministry officials claim he committed suicide. Two things were found with him; a note that said, 'I will love her forever...even in death,' and a picture of him and a mysterious woman.'"

Hermione stopped reading and looked at the picture they had found. She dropped the item she was holding, not the glass break. The picture was of her and Draco at Ginny's wedding.

Goodbye to everything I thought I knew

You were the one I love

After a few moments, she remembered she had dropped something. She looked down and saw that it was a picture frame. She turned it over and gasped. A single tear slid down her face.

-And when the stars fall

I will lie awake

You're my shooting star-

The frame held a long-forgotten picture...the same one of her and Draco.
