No One Lives Forever
A/N This is goes with "Your Memory will Always be Here", but from a different PoV. You do not have to read the other one for this to make sense, but you can.
I sit here and wonder.
Is she alive? Is she dead? Will she be all right?
Mum and Dad are taking this really hard; after all she was their only daughter.
Our entire family is upset, except for one. Me. I cannot bring myself to feel sad. She was my sister, just a year younger than me, but I do not feel sad. She is going to live and we all are just going to be happy again.
The accident.
Ginny had gone into muggle London to window shop. She had been crossing the street to call Draco, her husband to be, when a drunk driver slammed into her.
When crew arrived she had lost an extremely large amount of blood and now she is suffering from an internal bleeding. When we were notified of the accident, we immediately came.
Harry and Hermione are here too. Hermione says that we should offer Draco comfort, after all the two (Draco and Ginny) loved each other dearly. Harry did what Hermione said, but I sit here and do nothing. I cannot. I cannot offer comfort when everything is going to resolve itself. Why bother?
Mum and Dad are making me stay here, or else I would be home. Ginny will be fine, but everyone still thinks that we have to be all upset about everything, which I find pointless.
A doctor came up to me about an hour later and spoke to me,
"You can see her now, but hurry, others want to see her too."
I walked by Draco, who was staring blankly at a wall. I walked into Ginny's room.
"Hey Ron," she says weakly.
"Hi Ginny," I say, putting a smile on my face. I sit down in the chair next to her bed.
"How are you?" she whispers.
"I'm fine, you?" She does not answer. She places her hand on mine. Her skin is ice cold.
"Ginny are you okay?" I ask, sounding worried.
"Tell Harry and Hermione that I love them and that I will never forget them." I stare at her blankly.
"But, Ginny..." my voice trails off.
"And tell Draco," she continues. "That I love him so much."
"Ginny you're scaring me," my voice cracked.
"I love you Ron," she murmurs. Before I can say anything a nurse comes in and says,
"Come now, she needs her rest." I get of slowly and look at her.
"I love you too Ginny," I say and then leave.

Draco went in after me.
"Is she okay?" Harry asks as I come back.
"I," I pause. "I don't know. She told me to tell you that she loves you both," I said directing it to Hermione also. Hermione gets up and leaves, tears silently falling down her face. Harry stands up next to me.
"It'll be okay," he says placing a hand on my back.

Draco came out of Ginny's room, his face red and blotchy. Mum and Dad immediately walk over to him. I go also.
"Draco, is she alright?" Draco opens his mouth, but only a gurgling noise comes out. I stare at him. I have never seen him like this before. My insides turn to ice.
"Is she alive?" Draco manages to shake his head no. I instantly feel like throwing up.
My little sister is gone. I start to cry without knowing it. My father takes my mum in his arms mumbling small words of comfort. Draco leaned up against the wall with his eyes closed.
I lost my little sister.
"Ron," my mum croaks. "Come here." She pulls me into the hug. I bury my face in her shoulder and cry.
I loved my sister. I only wish I realized that she would not live forever sooner.
