I've loved you since

Hermione Granger was walking through the corridors, trying to get to her Muggle Studies Lesson when, surprisingly, she saw Ron hurrying towards her. He stopped and bent down, trying to catch his breath.

"Ron?" she asked uncertainly. He abruptly stood up, startling her.

"Hermione," he said, in a strangely intoxicated voice. "I've loved you since the first day we met. Please tell me one thing...will you go out with me?" She stood there speechless for a few minutes. She didn't want to break his poor heart, and seeing the hopeful look on his face, she sighed.

"I'll have to think about it." He gave her his big genuine Weasley grin and strode off.

All through her Muggle studies lesson, she couldn't think of anything else. When class finally let out, she quickly got to the door before anyone else. Something suddenly grabbed her and turned her completely around. She found herself face to face with Harry.

"Harry?" she asked uncertainly.

"Hermione," he said, in the exact same intoxicated voice as Ron's. "I've loved you since the first day we met. Please tell me one thing...will you go out with me?" She stood there, speechless again. She didn't want to break his poor heart either, especially with that hopeful look on his face. She sighed.

"I'll have to think about it." He gave her a big grin and strode off.

She hardly ate any lunch, so she decided to head to the Gryffindor common room, when a voice called out,

"Hermione?" She spun around and saw Draco Malfoy running to her. OH no...

"Hermione," he said, in what was most certainly intoxicated voice. "I've loved you since the first day we met. Please tell me one thing...will you go out with me?" She stood there, speechless for the third time that day. She didn't want to break his poor heart, so she sighed.

"I'll have to think about it." He gave her a genuine grin and strode off.

Before anyone had time to talk to her, she quickly stepped inside the portrait and slammed it shut, making the fat lady outside shriek. She plopped down in her usual chair, but she jumped up immediately when she felt someone there. It was Seamus.

"Hermione," he said, in the too many times heard that day intoxicated tone. "I've loved you since the first day we met. Please tell me one thing...will you go out with me?" She stood there, speechless, half angry and sighed. So many poor hearts!

I'll have to think about it." He smiled and strode off. She climbed the staircase quickly and before she could open her door, Neville came bursting out of the dormitories.

"Hermione," he said, in what must be an intoxicated voice. "I've loved you since the first day we met. Please tell me one thing...will you go out with me?"

"I"LL THINK ABOUT IT!" she screamed. She fled down the stairs, out of the portrait hole, before running directly into Professor Snape.

"GRANGER!" he yelled. "Watch where you're going!" He straightened his cloak, but suddenly, a too familiar look came across his face.

"Hermione...I've loved you since..."

"NO!" she screamed. She ran down the corridor and into the hospital wing. Five other people were there, all being given a potion by Madame Pomfrey. Snape came running in after her.

"Ahh! Professor Snape. A student told me you had been affected too. Have a seat." She plopped him onto a bed before turning to her.

"Madame Pomfrey...the boys...what..." she started.

"I'm sorry Miss Granger. A love potion that had accidentally been made affected these boys today. I'll have to ask you to leave" She pushed Hermione out of the door.

"YES!" the girl cried out, and ran down the corridors with glee.
