"I remember the first time I saw Harry. I wasn't yet in my first year, and he was going to Hogwarts for the first time. He came over and asked my mum how to get onto the platform. I whispered 'good luck' to him as he went through the barrier. It was then I realized how cute he was and my silly crush started.

Throughout his first year, Ron sent letters home gloating about how he's best friends with Harry Potter. I felt so alone, since I was the youngest and all my older brothers were in Hogwarts already, or had graduated. So when I got to my first year, I was overjoyed. I ran right through platforms 9 and 10 and I thought Harry was right behind me, but he never came. My parents helped me onto the platform, but I was worried of what happened to Harry and Ron. They never boarded on the Express. I got sorted into Gryffindor and I was so proud that I was in the same house as all my brothers. Then Ron and Harry come bursting in the door and everyone stares at them. I rolled my eyes, but I was glad that they were safe. Then this whole thing happened with the Chamber of Secrets. Tom Riddle made me open it and then I wrote out all my feelings in a diary. Then I almost died if Harry hadn't come and saved me. I thought that was the beginning of our friendship, but even after he saved me, he still didn't notice me very much. All he thought of me was as Ron's little sister.

In my second year I hardly saw him at all. Sirius Black was on the loose and he was coming after Harry so we never really talked or anything. Turns out that Sirius was innocent and really Harry's godfather. We never saw him because he wasn't proven innocent yet so he escaped on Buckbeak, a hippogriff.

In my third year, it was really horrible. Harry was accidentally entered in a Triwizard Tournament he was too young for and when he did all those tasks...you don't know how scared I was for him. I was so afraid that he was going to die. And when he came back with Cedric's dead body...I was going to cry. He looked so beaten up and blood was all over his body from where he was cut. I didn't explain my feelings, though. It wasn't a good time for him to have something like that on his hands, too.

My fourth year I think was the worst. Some of us went to the Ministry of Magic to save Sirius who wasn't really in trouble but then he falls through the veil and Voldemort is there and it's all a big mess. Many of us were injured and we had the worst Dark Arts teacher on the planet. That summer Harry was really depressed because he lost Sirius, his godfather, since he died. I started to date other guys and tried to forget about Harry, but I couldn't. He was still in a state where I couldn't share my feelings.

My fifth year is when it happened. My ex, Dean, and I broke up and Harry started to act weird around me. I was hoping what I thought it was, but I didn't get my hopes up. Then we win a quidditch match that he couldn't attend and he just comes up and kisses me. Let me tell you, that was one of the best kisses I've ever had. And it didn't stop there. After that kiss, we started going out but then our headmaster died and Harry realized that it was too risky to have me as a girlfriend so he broke up with me and went to hunt Horcruxes with Ron and Hermione. I was so mad at him I wanted to knock some sense into him. But I just let it go. He didn't come to Hogwarts his last year, so it was pretty lonesome my last two years. I didn't go out with anybody else because I knew that Harry would come back for me."

"I know you probably don't understand anything I'm saying...but one day you will know all about the famous Harry Potter," Ginny stroked her daughter's cheek. She made some gurgling noises and nodded like she understood what her mother was saying. Harry Potter entered the room and wrapped his arms around Ginny's waist, startling her.

"Are you telling her about our abnormal childhood?" he grinned.

"Sorry, but we need to tell her sometime, don't we?"

"I guess," Harry gave his wife a quick kiss on the lips.

"I'm glad you came back for me," Ginny said.

"Me too. You made up for everyone I lost."

Ginny put her daughter, Lily Potter back in her crib and quietly closed the door to her room. Harry and Ginny then started to kiss more passionately.

"This is something we won't tell her for awhile," Ginny said.
"Right," Harry agreed. Ginny wrapped her arms around Harry's neck and his hands went to her waist and they leaned in once again and shared their love for one another.
