A/N- Hey guys! I am soo sorry that this chapter took forever to get up. But I have been mad busy what with school and University applications. And Oh. Em. Gee! The release date for DH! That was something that distracted me for a few days. Anyways, thank god this chapter was written before the release date was announced, otherwise it wouldn't have been good at all because my attention would be somewhere else. Which is not to say, that I'm completely focused right now. I have a test tomorrow and I'm still going, "Deathly Hallows! Deathly Hallows! July! July! July!" in my head after listening to MuggleCast. Anywho, much thanks to my beta Elisabeth for beta-ing this chapter. I was so blocked after some of the comments some people made for the last chapter, because I was trying to fix some of the problems. Hopefully, Ginny's not that immature. Anyways enjoy! More notes at the end...

Chapter 17

The next day started off with the meeting Dawlish had planned at eleven o'clock. It was a lengthy one and considered discussing how each team was doing with each of their assigned lists.

Each assignment was discussed not in much detail, as each person wanted their assignment to be top secret when they caught their Death Eaters, Malfoy explained to her. The meeting also consisted of methods to use and methods to avoid when catching a Death Eater.

Malfoy was cold towards her during the meeting, treating her politely, but with indifference.

Ginny assumed it was because of what had happened yesterday and her irrational want to be part of the action. She didn't think about it too much, though. She just took notes during the meeting, thinking all the while of the risky plan they were going to execute that evening.

The meeting ended at five o'clock, which was when they were allowed to go home.

Inside Malfoy's office, he handed her the plan, with a few more details than before, but, of course, not the whole plan.

"Meet me at Malfoy manor at seven," he told her.

"Should I bring anything?" she asked, tucking the plan into her purse for later perusal.

He shook his head. "No. I'll have everything there by then."

"How do I get there?" she asked him, wrinkling her nose. She had no idea where his house was. "Don't you have spells to prevent people from Apparating randomly?" Her house, The Burrow, had certain enchantments put forth upon it that prevented people from popping into the house, for their protection. She was sure Malfoy Manor would also have such.

"I do, but I'm allowing you to enter by Apparition," he answered seriously. "Just think Malfoy Manor when you're Apparating and you'll get there."

"Okay," she said, heading out the door.

She went home and took a long, warm shower to calm her nerves. Her heart was beating, afraid that she might do exactly what Malfoy thought- mess up.

A bad case of nerves and a mind full of ideas made it hard for her to eat anything. She pulled out the plan several times, even though she had it memorized, just to make sure she knew it all.

It was an overnight mission and that's what scared her. The prospect of sitting there in the dark, waiting for things to happen made her uneasy.

Seven o'clock came as a clear night, with no clouds and stars twinkling around the moon.

Ginny dressed in black clothing, black flared pants and a black sweatshirt, all according to the plan. She tied her long, curly red hair into a high ponytail. Just for fun, she added a bit of black eyeliner to make her eyes appear smoky.

At the end, she stood a few feet back from the full-length mirror in her loo to survey herself. If she did say so herself, she looked good. She looked exactly like Maria Miggs, the Mad Muggle's sister who was a secret superhero in her favourite comic.

Without realising it, a tiny smile spread across Ginny's face. She felt like the character in her favourite comic, someone whom she had grown up admiring and wishing she could be just like her. She laughed at the thought, feeling good inside.

This is serious; she reprimanded herself, wiping the smile from her face. This is a mission that involves risks and shouldn't be taken lightly. If Malfoy saw her now, he'd yell at her giddy behaviour.

But she couldn't help it. When she got nervous, she laughed. It was an awful habit, something she needed to change. The more serious the situation, the more she laughed. It was her way of letting off tension.

With a swish of clear lip-gloss, she was good to go.

She tucked her wand into her wristband, specially designed for wands and scribbled a quick response to The Prince's letter, which had arrived when she had gotten home. She told him that she was finally getting her big break in her job and telling him to wish her luck.

Closing her eyes, she said clearly in her head Malfoy Manor.

With a pop, she was gone.

The feeling of being sucked into a tube came and went so quickly because she was now used to it.

She opened her eyes and saw herself in an ostentatious entrance.

"Hello?" she called out, not wanting to intrude.

Her voice echoed off the walls, bouncing and coming back to her.

The entrance was dark; so was the rest of the house... or what she could see of it. Large vases and paintings filled what she could see though.

There were silent footsteps, and then someone tapped her on the shoulder and said, "Boo."

Ginny yelped when she saw a face floating behind her.

Suddenly the lights turned on and the person that had spooked her stood grinning at her. Blaise Zabini.

She clutched her heart, trying to control her breathing again. She felt as if her heart rate was impossibly high. Thud-thud-thud-thud, it pounded away in one second.

"You scared me, you prat!" she said, glaring at him. She hated it when people sneaked up on her, for the same reason she hated surprise birthdays. Go figure.

Malfoy did it constantly, but did not hint in any way that he purposely did it, although Ginny knew that he probably did. But his manner was much more calm and did not send her heart rate skyrocketing.

His grin just widened. "Sorry. I couldn't resist."

She continued to glare. "Did Malfoy set you up to it?"

Blaise just laughed. "Draco? No, he hasn't got an inch of fun in him. Like I said, when I see a pretty... pretty vulnerable person standing in the dark, it's impossible for me not to spook them."

Ignoring him, she said, "Where's Malfoy then? We have work to do."

"Malfoy?" he repeated, cocking an arched brow. "Isn't the whole surname bit from Hogwarts a bit old now? I would think that we're all mature enough to use first names now."

"Draco, then," she remedied. "Where is Draco?" Her patience was slipping down. She didn't have time to make small talk with Zabini.

"He isn't here yet," he answered, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.

"When is he going to get here?"

He shrugged. "No idea. But you can come and sit down." He led her to a drawing room near where they were sitting and with a wave of his wand, lit all the candles in the room.

Zabini gestured to the cream coloured sofas. Ginny carefully sat down with Zabini across from her.

"So, what were you doing here while he isn't here?" she asked him.

He leaned back and said, "This place is my second home. Whenever I'm bored or just want to get away from my parents, I come here."

"And he lets you just come and go?" she asked him, raising her eyebrow. "I don't see him as a welcoming person."

Zabini laughed. "To you, maybe not. But we've known each other since we were kids. I've been coming here since then. If he told me I wasn't allowed, I would curse him into oblivion."

"Having a nice chat?" came a voice from the darkness.

Ginny squinted and then saw Malfoy come out of the shadows.

Zabini got up, shook Malfoy's hand and hugged him. "We were just talking about you."

He smirked slightly. "I figured. Let me guess, you broke up with Tania?"

The smile on Zabini's face was wiped off. "Yeah. How'd you know?"

Malfoy sat down next to Ginny, opposite Zabini. "I know you well enough by now, Blaise. What happened?"

Zabini shook his head. "I don't know. Suddenly this morning, she started talking about marriage, you know? Getting married and having a family and all that stuff."

"And you're not ready?"

"No, no. It's not that. If it was the right girl, I'd be ready. But I couldn't... see myself with her," he answered.

Malfoy ran a hand through his hair. "I'd like to sit and talk, Blaise. But I have to leave. Auror duty calls."

Zabini grinned. "I understand." He got up and said, "Thanks, though. You know, for listening to me."

"You'll be all right?"

He nodded. "Yeah, I'll be fine. I'll just go home and Mum will be all over me in a few seconds, offering to cook something. I think I'll be okay."

Malfoy grinned and shook his hand. "All right, then. I'll talk to you tomorrow."

Zabini turned to Ginny, with a grin on his face. "Sorry about the scare earlier. Like I said, I couldn't help it. It was nice talking to you, though."

Ginny couldn't help but smile. "It's all right. It was nice talking to you too..."

"Blaise," he said, smiling and shaking her hand. "Call me Blaise."

She smiled. "Thank you, Blaise."

Blaise turned to Malfoy and said, "All right. I'll see you tomorrow."

And with that, there was a faint pop and he was gone.

Malfoy turned to her. "Sorry about that. He needs help sometimes and usually he needs it from me."

"It's all right," she said. "I was just waiting for you and we were talking."

"That was because I was having difficulty getting some of the supplies," he said. "But I have them all now."

He led her to a small room off to the side, where a bag sat on a chair. The room was a small office, with a large mahogany desk taking up most of the space. He opened the bag and took a small vial with red potion out.

"What's that?" Ginny asked, taking the small vial from him. The liquid substance bubbled as she held it up towards the light.

"Spider web potion," he said. "Take a sip and see."

Raising an eyebrow, she said, "What does it do?"

He just shook his head. He uncorked the bottle and said, "You'll see. Take just one sip."

She looked at the tiny vial in her hand and at Malfoy. His grey eyes dared her to drink it.

Taking a deep breath, she put the tiny vial to her lips and took a sip. She gulped it down, but felt no different.

The vial was half-full as she handed it to Malfoy. "Nothing happened," she said.

Smirking, Malfoy took his share. "Are you sure?" He took her hand and put it against the wall, so that the tips of her fingers touched the wall.

"Try climbing."

"Climbing?" she said, her eyebrows raised. "What do you mean?"

He sighed, took her other hand and put it higher with the tips against the wall again. "Try going up."

Malfoy was just being crazy. Or stupid. Or both. Sighing, Ginny rolled her eyes. Then she tried to climb up the wall. Before she knew it, she was up near the ceiling.

"Oh my God!" she said, when she was at the top of the nine foot ceilings. "I climbed!"

He smirked. "I told you."

"This is so cool," she said, leaning back so that she could climb the ceiling. The whole world was upside down when she leaned back and stared at the ground, which was now her ceiling.

"Are you done having fun?" he asked, his face still with an annoyed look, even upside down.

Grinning, she jumped back down, landing on him.

"Ouch," she said, picking herself up. "Sorry."

He grimaced, dusting himself off. "Now onto the other supplies."

Fifteen minutes later, Ginny was ready. On her body was fixed an arsenal of magical weapons and distractions that she knew the exact location of for whatever purpose.

"Okay," she said, nodding her head, trying to focus now. "I think I'm about ready."

Malfoy was also wearing black. Black pants and a long sleeved black shirt. He looked up at her, as he was pushing his wand up his wand band on his arm. "Are you sure?"

She nodded, her ponytail bobbing up and down. "I am absolutely sure."

He was wearing a black ski mask so that only his eyes were visible. Ginny wore a similar one, except hers had a hole in the back for her ponytail. Their voices were muffled as they spoke.

"Good," he said, zipping the bag of extra materials up. "Oh, and Weasley?"

Ginny looked up. Maybe this was the moment he would show some faith her, show her that he trusted her; offer her some words of wisdom. Of inspiration!

"Don't do anything stupid," he said.

Gritting her teeth, she said, "I'll try not to."

He nodded. "Ready?" He took out his Invisibility Cloak and wrapped it over them so they could Apparate.

"Ready." Ginny closed her eyes and tried not to focus on Malfoy's toned body being very close to hers right now. He grabbed her hand, so they could Apparate together and with a pop, the entrance of Malfoy Manor was empty.

With another pop, they were in Diagon Alley.

Ginny's eyes flew open. Malfoy was still right in front of her, his breath coming out in puffs in the clear night. The street was pretty much deserted, as there were only a few beggars walking around.

"Shhh," Malfoy berated even before Ginny could open her mouth. She glared at him, but he ignored her.

Still with his hand in hers, he led her to the first shop at the end of the street. It was the only shop that had one side connected to another shop, not two. When they were hidden from view, he pulled off the cloak from them.

They pressed their backs against the wall as a beggar walked by, humming a tune.

"Go," he whispered as soon the man was out of sight.

She turned around, put her hands against the wall and began to climb, just like she had done in Malfoy's office. It was more difficult this time, though, as it wasn't just a smooth wall but a wall of bricks. Also, it had rained earlier than night and so the bricks were wet, which in turn made them slippery to climb on.

Malfoy was way ahead of her, as he was agile and quick. Ginny caught up as they reached the top.

The top was somewhat steep and this was where the bricks turned to tiles, which were slippery.

Ginny struggled to pull herself onto the roof, so Malfoy reached for her hand and in one swift motion, pulled her up.

She couldn't read his expression because his face was masked, and his grey eyes were as cloaked as always. But she thought she saw a flicker of annoyance in them, so she hurriedly climbed the room, using just her fingertips.

They climbed up and then slowly went down the other side, until they met with the roof of the next house.

"How many houses are we going to jump?" she asked as quietly as she could.

He held up his fingers. Ten.

Ginny took a deep breath, readying herself for the jump across. If climbing one house had taken the breath out of her, what would happen after ten houses?

Keeping her head down, Ginny leaped into the air and jumped with a thump on the neighbouring rooftop. She hung on and waited for Malfoy.

He was by her side in a flash, with no more sound than a small creak.

"Mommy, is it raining?" said a voice from the house they were on.

"No, dear. I don't know what that noise was. Come in now," said the other voice. There was a creak and then all was silent.

"Damn you, Weasley, can't you be graceful?" he demanded.

"I'm trying to," she hissed.

Ignoring his jibes, she stealthily slipped down the roof and then jumped again, quietly this time, to the next roof.

Malfoy was already there, without Ginny noticing. He was ahead of her, as he climbed up the roof and then disappeared off the top.

When she got to the top, he was at the bottom of the roof of the fourth roof.

It took them fifteen minutes, but they finally reached the tenth house. Malfoy was waiting on the side of it for her when she reached it.

"All right, so I'm leaving now," he said so quietly that Ginny had to strain to hear him.

"What?" she demanded. "What do you mean?"

He put his hand over her mouth, and then stopped to listen to make sure no one had heard.

"Can't you keep quiet?"

She pushed his hand away. "You didn't tell me you were going to leave."

He shrugged nonchalantly. "I told you that you wouldn't know the whole plan for safety reasons."

She just stared at him, her brown eyes wide through her mask. "So I'm supposed to do what?"

"Stay here," he said, getting ready to jump down.

"For how long are you going to be gone?"

"Not long," he answered.

"What am I supposed to do, then?" she demanded. "Just sit on the roof and wait?"

He nodded. "Wait for the signal. The door in the back will be open after that. Remember to wear the Invisibility Cloak."

He handed it to her, went to the front side of the roof and jumped down.

Ginny sighed and got ready to wait. The plan was that Malfoy was going to go down as Jones in disguise and open the secret back door that he suspected existed. Then Ginny was supposed to sneak in to their back lair and help him capture them with the spell he taught her when the occasion called for it.

After a few minutes, she was bored. She wanted action, but again, Malfoy had left her to be the sitting duck.

Her patience was running out as she sat there in the cold. How long until the signal?

Another fifteen minutes passed by and Ginny couldn't wait any longer. She slowly got up from her spot and crept over to the back of the roof.

She looked right and left and then hung onto the roof before she jumped down on the hard cement.

"Oof," she grumbled as she fell onto the hard pavement. Quickly, she got up and hid behind a wall in case someone heard her fall.

She waited a few seconds and when she was sure no one heard her fall, she walked to the back of the shop and stared at it.

Faint voices were drifting out of one of two of the windows at the top of the house that were open. The rest of the back wall was blank.

Ginny stared at it. There was no indication of any door. The bricks that lined it were reddish in colour and were all in order.

She ran her eyes over each row of bricks until she got to the one row a bit higher than her eye level. There was one brick there that stood out for some reason.

She walked closer to it and saw that it was almost all the way out, except for a little bit that was still with the row.

There were faint words written on that one brick. Ginny had to squint to read them. If blood of yours is pure, you are welcome.

She furrowed her brow. Allowed where?

After a few minutes of trying to think of what it could mean, she remembered that she could climb walls.

With a smile on her face, she pushed her hands onto the wall and began to climb up. Within a few minutes, she was near the left window with light pouring out.

She had the cloak on and she pulled it closer to her as she peered through the open window.

"Jones! Get me some water, I'm thirsty," said a voice near the corner. There were ten or so men in the large room at the back and they were sitting around in chairs.

Then she saw Jones (Malfoy, maybe?) stumble into the room with a pitcher of water. "Here you are, Macnair, sir."

So that was Macnair! He was old and very scary looking, with long black robes and long hair.

The men chattered for a few minutes, while Jones filled everyone's glasses up with water.

Borgin was nowhere to be seen as Ginny pushed herself through the tiny window. This brought back memories from her previous experience with a window.

Slightly blushing, she pushed harder, trying not to make any noise.

Once she was through, she held onto the ceiling, making sure her cloak was wrapped around her tightly.

"Borgin! Oy, Borgin!" called one of the Death Eaters after a few minutes of jokes.

Borgin came in after a minute and said, "I was just closing up the shop. How are we doing?"

Ginny slowly crept across the ceiling, ignoring the blood rushing in her head, making it hurt.

Macnair clapped his arm around Jones' shoulder and said, "This young man has helped us a lot, your assistant here."

Borgin actually smiled. "I am glad he has helped you."

Macnair grinned, showing his yellowing teeth. "Yes, he has. But I'm thinking that he knows too much, what say you?"

Borgin's smile was frozen in place. "Perhaps..."

"So, maybe it's time to dispose of the young fellow," he said. "No offence to you, mate," he said to Jones, who appeared very calm. It had to be Malfoy, Ginny decided.

"Macnair, he's actually my assistant, though," said Borgin. "I need him to do my work."

He shrugged. "Get another assistant. It seemed like a good idea in the beginning to use this fellow as part of our plan, but now someone could use him against us."

Too late, thought Ginny. Someone is already using him against you.

Borgin began to nod. "I suppose you're right," he said slowly.

Jones still appeared unfazed. Macnair hadn't even noticed. "How about now then, eh, Borgin? A nice quick one?"

Borgin nodded.

Ginny began to panic. They couldn't kill him! Not yet!

When Macnair began to reach for his wand, Ginny said, "No!" more loudly then she had intended.

She clapped her hands on her mouth, but the damage was done. But then she realised that both her hands weren't holding onto the ceiling, and that's when she fell with an oomph on the ground.

"What was that noise?" Macnair whirled in the direction where Ginny was.

The invisibility cloak was covering her...mostly.

"I see a shoe," said a Death Eater, rounding on her.

Before the Death Eater could attack her, Ginny got up and held out her wand.

There were gasps all around from the Death Eaters. Borgin looked livid, while Jones looked annoyed.

"He's already let in a spy!" shouted the Death Eater that was closest to her.

"A blood traitor as well," spat out Macnair. "A Weasley. Catch her!"

Oops. Maybe this wasn't the best idea, thought Ginny as she saw four Death Eaters run towards her with their wands in their hands.

She backed up against the wall and tried to think what to do. Think! Think, Ginny, think!

As the Death Eaters advanced on her, Jones shot a curse at them from behind. The Death Eaters fell down atop one another in a heap.

"Jones?" demanded Borgin, turning on him.

"I'm Draco," he said, shooting a curse at him, which Borgin blocked.

Borgin and Malfoy got into their own battle, while Ginny had to defend herself.

"I'm not a blood traitor!" she shouted at Macnair, who was looking murderous towards her.

He shot a few curses her way, which she deflected with a flick of her wrist.

"Yes you are!" he shouted back, an evil grin on his face. "Your family is the biggest blood traitor group! You spoil the pure blood that you're blessed to have run through your veins and all for what? For Muggle friends!"

Ginny fell to the side as a blue curse came her way. She hit the wall and hurt her head, but she immediately got up and shot more curses, watching as Macnair blocked them all.

More Death Eaters came from behind, hitting her with a curse.

Ginny became a stiff board as she fell. Shit! She screamed internally as she tried to move her arms.

Macnair was raising his wand now, an evil grinning spreading across his face. "Ava-" He got hit with a curse from behind from Malfoy before he could finish it.

Ginny felt the feeling coming back to her arms and legs, and so she got up quickly and shot more curses at a few Death Eaters. They became stiff boards as they fell, just like Ginny had.

Before they could get up, ropes came out of her wand and she tied them together to the first group of Death Eaters, binding them tightly, making sure their wands were scattered far away.

Now there was only Macnair and Borgin left. Borgin was shooting curses at Malfoy, while Macnair was... where was he?

She couldn't see him anywhere. Without another thought, she leaped to the side and grabbed a hold of the wall just as a green curse flew past her.

Macnair stood below her, with a grin on his malicious face. "Come down and fight like a man! But you're not a man, are you? You're a worthless woman. A no good woman!"

Ginny ignored him and climbed higher up the wall, but then stopped, as there was only the ceiling left. She couldn't climb with one hand and she obviously needed to shoot curses. She hung on with one hand while shooting curses at Macnair and dodging them when they came her way.

"Avada Kedavra!" he shouted as she jumped into the air and fell down. She fell onto someone and struggled to get up.

It was Malfoy... or Jones, rather. He pushed her away as he jumped up again to fight Borgin.

"You're betraying your own people, Draco," shouted Borgin. "I can't believe you would do such. What would your father say if he saw you now? Is this what he taught you?"

"Don't listen to him!" Ginny shouted to Malfoy as she heard what Borgin was saying. She swung her leg high and kicked Macnair in the jaw.

"Are you going to listen to her?" Borgin demanded, pointing to Ginny as he fought Malfoy. "A blood traitor to us purebloods? A woman who doesn't deserve you? A woman who is the reason that our Lord fought this war? And she's the reason we lost!"

Malfoy stood there, transfixed at what Borgin was saying. Borgin took advantage of this and shot a curse at him, but Ginny pushed him away just in time. Malfoy fell on the ground but got up right away.

Ginny tripped on a wand as she was running and fell on the ground.

"Watch out!" Malfoy shouted, but it was too late. Macnair shot a curse at her and it hit her leg as she tried to move out of the way.

Blood started pouring out like a waterfall. Pain stabbed her as she gasped for air.

"Are you going to mess with us again, blood trash?" asked Macnair, leering down at her.

She tried to find her wand, but it was a few feet away, behind Macnair. She couldn't reach it without going past him first.

He grinned. "You're going to pay for what you did, traitor. We won't let you get away." He raised his wand and started to say, "Avada-"

Ginny kicked him hard with her other leg, where it really hurt.

His eyes widened in pain as he fell over. Ginny quickly rolled over to the side and grabbed her wand, ignoring the pain in her leg.

Malfoy was backed up against the wall with Borgin advancing on him.

Suddenly Ginny had an idea. "Jump onto the wall!"

Malfoy heard what she said and jumped onto the wall, holding on.

At the same time, Ginny climbed the wall until they were at the same height, across from each other.

"Cheater!" shouted Borgin at Malfoy, shooting a curse at him.

Ginny waited until she caught Malfoy's eye and then slightly nodded to Borgin and to Macnair who stood below her.

He nodded back. He got the message.

She held up her fingers. One. Two. Three.

They both shot their silent curses at the opposite opponent. Ginny shot her curse at Borgin's back, while Malfoy shot at the back of Macnair.

They crumpled to the floor, but Ginny knew they would be up within a minute.

So she jumped down and joined Malfoy as he magically tied up Borgin and Macnair together, changing the binding on the other Death Eaters as well.

Ginny took a few deep breaths to calm herself down. They were captured. They had done it.

Malfoy had shot a signal into the air so that the Aurors would know about the capture.

While the other Aurors arrived and began to bind them all together, Malfoy came over to Ginny. She was sitting on the ground, with her leg gushing blood out, soaking her pant leg.

She grimaced in pain when she saw him approaching.

He shook his head when he approached her, running a hand through his hair. "You nearly ruined the mission, I hope you know."

She glared at him. "I can never do anything right in your eyes, can I?"

He rolled his eyes. "Stop being so melodramatic. Did it ever occur to you that you could have ruined everything?"

She didn't say anything. The pain was too unbearable.

"I never gave the signal. You were supposed to wait for the signal!" he told her.

"Well, I decided to see what was happening," she said sheepishly. "And it's a good thing I did, because they were going to kill you."

"You are so naïve, Weasley," he muttered. "Do you really think I can't take care of myself?"

"Well I'm sorry for trying to help you!" she shouted. "I thought you might need some help."

"And you call that help?" He rolled his eyes. "Some help that was."

"Maybe it's thanks to me that we finally captured these two," she said. "It was me who thought of the idea at the end."

"Yeah, after you nearly ruined the whole thing by barging in," he reprimanded, his grey eyes steely. "You're an Auror, Weasley. Get a hold of your emotions. Just because Macnair insulted your family doesn't mean you have to become angry and let your anger control you."

She tried to think of something to say, but then couldn't. "You're impossible, Malfoy!" But she winced with pain because she had accidentally moved her leg, making the fire in her leg blaze more.

The steel in his eyes melted slightly. "What happened to your leg?"

She glared at him. Oh, so now he wanted to be nice? "Macnair shot a curse at me."

"Let me see," he said, taking her leg into his hands.

"No, don't," she said, but he had already unrolled the pant leg. He winced when he saw that it was caked with blood and more blood was bursting out.

He whipped out his wand and shot a few curses out. Immediately the blood stopped pouring out and he cleaned the wound up.

"Thanks," she said softly, pulling her pant leg down quickly.

He nodded, helping her up to her feet. "The bleeding's stopped, but you'd better go to St. Mungo's for the pain."

"Okay," she said, "which way is it?"

He gave her a strange look. "It's in London. Aren't you going to Apparate?"

"Sure," she said, her eyes starting to close. "I am going to go to St. Muggles. It'll be fun."

He shook his head and put his arm around her and Disapparated.

They Apparated in St. Mungo's' foyer. It was dark and there was hardly anyone there when they arrived.

"Stay here, let me find a Healer," he said, letting her sit on a bench to wait.

She had closed her eyes even before he had left the foyer.

The pain was a sharp throbbing in her leg and head now. It was so sharp that she couldn't keep awake. Consciousness began to slip from her as she fainted.

Her last thought before she fell asleep was, I hope Malfoy doesn't kill me. And with that, she was out.

A/N- All righty then. I've started to write the next chapter, but I can't remember how far I am into it. Hopefully it'll be up in a few weeks. Anyways I'm back to studying. Please review! :)
