This is an A/U fic about Tom taking in Harry when the boy is four while James, Lily, Remus and Sirius go off to America to fight some dark wizard that no one can see or even catch. While they are over there, Tom is taking care of young Harry...raising him as his own...

This takes place, maybe, a few weeks after 'A Lighter Shade of Black'. And believe me, Severus Snape isn't pleased with how things turn out. It turns out that Albus Dumbledore was wrong.

This is simply a monologue of Severus Snape. It takes place directly after book 4. It is dark and has some profanity and hints of slash.
