Unbreakable Love

After the sorting, Harry made up his mind. He was going to ask Harmony out. Since he wasn’t so good at this sort of thing, he decided that he should ask Hermione for advice. He waited until about 10:00. Harmony was taking a walk around Hogwarts. Hermione was in the library studying. This was the perfect time to ask her.

"Hi Hermione."

"Hi Harry." She looked up from her book and smiled.

"Hey ummm... Can I ask for some... advice?"

"Sure."

"You see, I was thinking about this girl. I thought maybe I should ask her out."

"That’s a wonderful idea. It’s about time you found some one."

"How should I go about-"

"Asking her out?"

"Yea."

"You’re in luck Harry. Most girls would just love for you to just ask them. Some however, prefer flowers and candy and maybe even a poem. That should knock em dead. May I ask who it is?"

"It’s... Harmony."

"Thought so, It’s quite obvious. To me at least... Well, anyway,... good luck."

"Thanks." And with that, he headed to the common room. Meanwhile, Draco Malfoy was talking to Harmony while wandering the corridors.

"You're seriously just waisting your time hanging around with Potter."

"That's not nice. Besides, he seems really sweet."

"Oh really? You like Potter?"

She blushed. "Actually, I think I do."

He frowned slightly. "What about me?"

"Oh! I'm sorry Draco. You seem nice and everything, but I really want to go out with Harry."

"What's wrong with me?" They approached the girls bathroom.

"Nothing. It's just... I really like Harry."

"Forget Potter. Choose me. Please." He reached out a hand to touch her, but she backed away.

"Draco, I said I'm sorry. I cant. Really..." She had backed into the girls bathroom and into a stall without noticing. Without warning, he pushed her into a stall and locked the door. Nothing she could say would stop him now. He tore off both her sweater and started to rip off her shurt too, but something happened that made him scream. He fell to the floor in a pool of blood. The strange thing was that nothing had touched him. Harmony, however, seemed to know what was going on. She stepped over his limp body and ran to the common room. She was amazed at what she saw. It was Harry. He was starring at her in shock. She tried to get away, but he stopped her.

"What happened?" he asked. She broke down into tears.

"I sh-should have l-l-listened to you about D-Draco."

"Draco did this to you? Where is he? I promise he'll regret what he did to you." He started to get up, but she stopped him.

"Don't worry. I took care of it." Please stay here. She stared into his eyes for the longest time. All plans about flowers, candy, and poetry were forgotten to Harry. Harmony's tears were now dry. They both leaned foward at the same time and they kissed. Their lips lingered for a minute before they parted. When they did Harmony stroked his hair. When she spoke it was almost in a whisper.

"Goodnight," she said as she smilled.

"Goodnight." With that they went to their separate dormitories and slepted very soundly. It was the best night of sleep that Harry had in years.
