New Homes in the Hollow

5 years had past since Harry had left Hogwarts, but Harry had just graduated from his Auror training. He quickly Apparated back home to his doorstep in Godric's Hollow. Most of his friends lived in Godric's Hollow with him, wanting to keep in touch and stay friends. Harry even built his house on the same plot his mother and father lived until they were killed and their house destroyed by Lord Voldemort. Hermione and Viktor Krum lived next door in a cute little cottage with their only daughter, Alyssa. After they met at Hogwarts during the Triwizard Tournament, Hermione spent two months with him during the summer in Bulgaria. After that, Viktor constantly came to visit her every few months until she finally left school and they settled in London. Ron lived with a woman name Emily across the street from Hermione. They had met each other at the Ministry of Magic, where they both worked for the Accidental Magical Reversal Squad.

Draco Malfoy was one of the few of Harry's closest friends (believe it or not) that didn't live in Godric's Hollow. At the end of their Seventh Year at Hogwarts, Draco was of age to become one of Voldemort's Death Eaters like his own father. Malfoy refused though because of his devotion to his steady girlfriend Madison, another Slytherin Seventh Year. He wanted to stay with her instead of always having to leave to go and kill innocent people. Voldemort was outraged by Draco's refusal and set the spell "Avada Kedavra" (the Killing Curse) on Malfoy.

Harry had just turned up at this "duel" because Dumbledore had sensed Malfoy in danger and told Harry where to go. When Harry arrived, Voldemort already had his wand on Malfoy and was about to say those deadly words. Even though Malfoy and himself were enemies, he didn't want to see him die. Harry immediately jumped out and knocked Malfoy to the ground causing the curse to miss him narrowly. After that Malfoy and Harry couldn't help it. There was going to be a new friendship between them forever.

Anyway, Draco lived in Salizar's Swamp. He had to live there because of his relation to Salizar Slytherin. Draco and his new wife Madison lived in a large mansion there, with their 3 year old son, Christoph, and expecting a new daughter soon.

Ginny Potter, his wife of 3 years, didn't answer the door, so Harry unlocked it himself and went through. Ginny and himself had 2 kids, a 4-year-old named James, and a less than a day old named Lily, who was born right before he went to work that morning, both named after Harry's parents. Ginny seemed to still be in with the doctor though, because the door was closed. Just then, there was a knock on the front door.

"ALOHAMORA!" Harry shouted, pointing his wand on the door. The door instantly unlocked, revealing Ron and Emily. James ran to the door and jumped into his Uncle Ron's outstretched arms.

"Hey Ron, what brings you over?" Harry asked, even though he had a pretty good idea why Ron was there.

"I wanted to see my new niece, Lily, of course...and to check on Ginny to make sure she's okay. I mean, I was just wondering after all the problems she had with James." Ron ran down the hall into Harry and Ginny's room. In the meantime, the doorbell rang.

"Come in," Harry said, knowing the door was already unlocked. It was Hermione, alone.

"Where's Viktor, Hermione? Quidditch practice again?" Emily asked.

"Yep. His team is headed for the World Cup, so he's working extra hard with them. You know that Bulgaria lost the year he was on the team. Well, this year he is coaching Bulgaria against Ireland in the Cup, and he's hoping for a win. The Cup's in a few weeks, so I think he is just going to stay there to train them."

"Ginny and I were going to go to the World Cup. We were planning it, since she wasn't due until next month, but then Lily was born and she's really small, so we had to sell the tickets. I think Ginny's sick again too because of Lily. But not as bad as she was with James, thank Merlin!" Harry replied. "We will have to go the next time a World Cup comes along..." But Harry's words were cut short by Ron's shouts out the door of their room.

"Harry, you've got to get in here quick!"

Harry ran down the hall as fast as he could and shoved the door open. Ron was sitting on Ginny's left, the doctor on her right. He looked into Ginny's eyes, her brilliant red hair plastered to her face. She was sweating profusely.

"I don't think Lily's going to be the only new baby around here," Ginny said weakly.
