Chapter 13

An evil smile graced her lips as her mind worked up a plan that would ruin Angelina's life forever and bring Draco running back to her.

Pansy chuckled evilly as she walked along the corridor. Slamming the door to her room she collapsed onto her bed and her laugh turned into a high-pitched cackle.

Oh revenge is sweet, she thought evilly, before she sorted out her plan.

***

Meanwhile Angelina in some sort of a daze walked back to her dorm. Unsteadily dropping onto her bed, she replayed what had just happened in the library. Swearing under her breath she smacked her forehead. For god's sakes Draco Malfoy had hugged her and she had let him. I mean the thought of him touching her was already disgusting enough. Turning onto her stomach Angelina repeatedly whacked her head against the bedpost. What was Dominic going to say? Wait a sec we aren't even together, Angelina thought bitterly as she remembered her sudden break up with him that afternoon.

"Why does my life suck so much?" Angelina said to herself. "Why? Why? Why? Life sucks that's why."

Hearing voices and footsteps coming closer Angelina wiped away her tears, grabbed a book and pretended to read. Lavender and Parvati walked in closely followed by Hermione. "Oh hey Angelina. I haven't seen you around, where were you?" Hermione bombarded Angelina with questions. Angelina said nothing but continued to pretend that she was reading, which Hermione noticed was up side down. That was when she knew something was wrong.

"Uh, Lavender, Parvati didn't you guys say you had to do something?" Hermione asked.

"Yeah your point?" lavender asked cautiously.

"Well why don't you go now," Hermione replied.

"Well if you so badly wanted to get rid of us you could have just said so," Parvati sniffed and the two girls left the room, their noses high up in the air.

"Angelina what's wrong?" Hermione began, as soon as the two girls had left.

"Nothing why do you say that I'm just reading."

"Well for starters the book's up side down and your eyes are all red and puffy."

"Really it's nothing."

"Angelina you know you can tell me," Hermione pounced.

"LOOK I BROKE UP WITH DOMINIC OKAY!!" Angelina screamed, in frustrated anger.

"Oh my god, Angelina I am so sorry. I didn't know..." Hermione apologised incoherently. "Why?" She added as an afterthought.

"I don't want to talk about it," Angelina replied to the older girl.

"Alright. But if you need someone to talk to I'm here." And with that Hermione left Angelina to her moping.

Draco sneered evilly, so he had finally begun his father's bidding and was getting close to Angelina. And his father had better be fucking happy. It wasn't easy; Angelina was one tough person to get through to. And his father had better be fucking grateful for it. But there was still one question Draco had to figure out. Why? Why did the dark lord want Angelina? Why did her have to get close to her? Why? Why? Why?

Lying down on his bed he thought of the next devious plan to 'get close to her,' pushing the 'why's to the back of his head.

She watched the stars in the sky. She hated her life. One simple, no matter how stupid, mistake had cost her, her life, the life that she knew. Sure it was boring sometimes, but she didn't hate it at least.

Sighing she buried her head in her arms and willed herself not to cry. She would not show weakness. After all, if she was to become the perfect Death Eater then emotion was just a waste of time.

Hey let's not forget the whole reason I got into this mess is because of emotion, she thought bitterly as one single tear fell down her cheek. Wiping it away harshly, she got up slowly and climbed into her bed.

But what she hated the most was that she still had that emotion for that boy.

Closing the hangings around her bed, she curled up into a ball.

So soon. She closed her eyes.

So very soon the plan would be carried out and when it started, there would be no turning back. Of course, there was no turning back since the whole thing had already begun.

As another tear slid down her cheek, she pulled the covers over her head and fell into an uneasy sleep.

Angelina yawned and rubbed her eyes. She was in the middle of history of magic and she was bored. Glancing up at the professor, who was still droning on and on, she looked back down at her piece of parchment.

It was so boring that it almost managed to take her mind off the fight she had with Dominic which ended with her going to the library and crying in Draco's arms.

Great, Angelina thought sarcastically. Just what I need.

"Class dismissed," Professor Binns said in the same monotone voice. The class scrambled to get their things packed. It was lunchtime and everybody was eager to have something to eat.

Angelina stepped out of the classroom, only to bang straight into Dominic. Picking up her strewn book, she avoided his eyes.

"Sorry," she said stiffly as she gathered her books into her arms. Turning around, she walked in the opposite direction without another word. She hadn't taken two steps when she felt a hand on her arm. Turning around, she saw Dominic was looking at her with apologetic eyes.

"Can we talk?" he asked softly. Angelina stiffened under his hand and she wrenched herself from his grasp.

"There seems to be a misunderstanding. We have nothing to talk about," she said coldly. It was tearing her up inside, but she didn't want to see him get hurt. Dominic sighed.

"Look, just hear me out and if you don't like it, then fine," he said pleadingly. Angelina hesitated, but nodded reluctantly.

"Alright," she said as she followed him to an empty classroom.

Closing the door behind her, Angelina sat at one of the desks and waited for Dominic to speak.

"Look, I'm sorry about the way I behaved yesterday. I shouldn't have pushed you the way I did and forced you to tell me anything," he said quietly. Angelina sighed, but didn't look at him.

"I don't want this relationship to end. Just please, can you give me another chance? Give us another chance." Dominic asked. Angelina's head snapped up.

Did Dominic just say what she thought he said?

"What?" she asked stupidly. Dominic flushed. Did she expect him to repeat it? Angelina saw his discomfort at being forced to repeat the question.

"Don't answer that. I know what you said. I want to, but you'll get hurt because of me," she mumbled. Dominic sighed softly.

"I don't care. Even if you weren't my girlfriend and just my friend, I'll still feel the same way. If I was your friend, I'd still stick by you," he said. Angelina looked at him in surprise. Dominic smiled.

"Just give us another chance," he whispered and Angelina nodded.

"Alright," she said. Dominic's face broke into a smile and he walked forward and enveloped her in a big hug and Angelina returned it gratefully.

He stared out the window. He saw her again today. Of course, he saw her everyday, but today was different. He had managed to push the feelings he had for her out of his mind, but all hell broke loose today. As soon as he saw her, he found that he had lost his ability to speak.

Though he did manage to gain control again. But he was stupid and he wouldn't let that happen again.

Maybe if I distance myself from her, he thought as the stars twinkled at him.

Maybe.

The boy sat, lost in thought and stared out the window, like he did every time he couldn't sleep and when he was thinking about her.

Her............

***

Pansy woke up with a wily grin plastered on her face. Today was the day she would get her hair back and her revenge. Carefully positioning her barrette perfectly on her shiny and bald head, she left for breakfast. Skipping to her seat she looked over at Draco. You will be mine Draco Malfoy. I can make sure of that, She thought.

It was lunch break and it was time. Time for Pansy Parkinson's plan to be put to action. Knowing that Angelina enjoyed going to the library, Pansy headed there first.

Luck was on her side that day, as she spotted Angelina sitting in a secluded area, away from everyone else a big smile on her lips.

She won't be so happy when I'm done with her, Pansy thought. The news of Dominic and Angelina's get back together had spread and Pansy was glad to hear that she could wreak havoc the very next day. Which just happened to be that day.

Nonchalantly walking over Pansy plonked down into the seat opposite Angelina. "Hi Angelina." She twisted her name purposefully.

"......" Angelina said nothing as her eyes darted around the library, a bemused look upon her face.

Pansy decided to continue, pretending that Angelina had in fact replied to her greeting. "Well what happened the other day? How's it like to know that YOU KISSED MY DRAKIE?!" She forced as she emphasized the last four words, repeatedly poking a finger into Angelina's chest forcing the girl back in her chair.

Angelina turned to Pansy her eyes widened in shock. In her head alarms were being set off screaming and swearing at Pansy- 'How the fuck does she know about that?! That was before the Christmas holidays for fuck's sake! I mean way, way before the fucking holidays!!' But all that came out in a very quiet voice was- "I did?"

"YES YOU DID!" Pansy screamed but her voice soon softened at the thought of her devious plan. "But, since I'm feeling especially nice today I have a deal for you and it goes like so. I don't tell Vanhousan about your... slip and you tell Draco to give all. Every single fucking strand of my hair back! Deal?"

Angelina stared at the blond girl her eyes wide. It took her awhile to register the information Pansy had just told her. It was her choice ruin her relationship with Dominic again or give Pansy back her freaking hair. Give Pansy her freaking hair, her mind decided. "Deal."

***

Pansy walked back to her dorm a triumphant smile upon her lips. She began to giggle again at her absolute cleverness at blackmailing Angelina. Lying back onto her bed she began to make plans for her next move.

***

Angelina plonked herself down onto one of the lavish chairs in the empty common room. Everyone was apparently at dinner whereas Angelina didn't have the appetite to go anywhere that night. Scowling at the remembrance of her earlier encounter with Pansy she vituperated herself and Pansy violently.

"Fuck Parkinson, fuck Malfoy, fuck me, fuck everybody on this fucking world!" Angelina shouted to herself, cursing again at her ignorance. She knew that Pansy was up to something she knew there was a catch to the deal they had just made, but what is it? Angelina thought to her self. Sighing loudly she set her mind to work.

***

Angelina awoke that morning with an extremely bad headache and a very bad temper that morning. Not getting the best of sleep she snapped at everyone a permanent scowl on her face. Stomping into the great hall Angelina sat down and shoved a quick breakfast down before thinking of a way to get Draco to give Pansy her 'fucking' hair back. I could just ask, Angelina began thinking but then thought that was stupid since, firstly Malfoy would never do that and secondly because he was such an obnoxious asshole.

The rest of the day was spent thinking of numerous ways of getting someone to give someone else their hair back and sulking. Getting fed up and overloaded with thinking Angelina stomped into the library for some peace and quiet, not that she'd ever get it but someone had to try.

Whacking her head onto the table and keeping it there Angelina groaned when she heard a familiar voice, which just happened to belong to a particular blond-haired asshole.

"Well, well, well if it isn't Angelina." Draco smirked, knowing that he still had a job to finish only problem was that Nadford and Vanhousan had gotten back together, which only made matters worse for him.

"Go away Malfoy," Angelina mumbled from the confines of her arms.

"Let em guess something's wrong right? Something's always wrong with you when you come to library..." Draco continued.

"NO I DON'T SO FUCK OFF!" Angelina screamed with finality.

Draco took three, slow wary steps backwards; Angelina had stood up glaring daggers at him and was breathing heavily. "Ok, um... I think you should you know um... calm down and tell me what's wrong, maybe I can help." He asked uncertainly.

Angelina thought for a moment before answering. "And maybe you can... Will you give Parkinson her hair back?"

"..............."

"..............."

"...No..." Draco finally answered, being rendered speechless by Angelina's unexpected question.

Angelina stared at him in disbelieve. OK plan A didn't work, now what do I do? "But you just said..."

"I didn't say anything. I said that maybe I could help. And why the hell would you want me to give Pansy's hair back for?"

"Because..." Angelina knew she couldn't really say it. The only thing she could do though she'd hate every single part of it was to beg. Yes she had to beg Draco Malfoy to give Pansy her 'fucking' hair back! "Please? Come on please, please, please, please, pleeeeaaaasssseeee!"

Draco blinked as he looked at Angelina. He had never met someone so desperate to give one of his or her enemies their hair back. "...Uh... I'm not sure..." Thinking why the fuck Angelina wanted him to give Pansy's hair back. I mean shouldn't it be Pansy begging me? Draco thought.

"PLEASE!"

"OKAY!" Draco screamed back.

"Thank you ssssoooo much! Oh and what ever you do don't blame Pansy for this." Angelina added as she 'skipped' out of the library.

"That was certainly interesting," Draco said to himself as soon as Angelina was out of earshot.

***

Draco strolled casually back to Slytherin common room, where he presumed Pansy was. Which he guessed right. Nonchalantly plopping into a seat and grabbing a book, Draco waited patiently as he thought of how he was going to establish the situation. Which he didn't have long to decide as Pansy hopped over and literally plopped herself on Draco's lap for the second time that week.

"So Draco," She purred. "Don't you have something to return to me?"

Draco looked at her as if to say that she had grown another head. How the fuck does she know about me giving her hair back. Oh well, I'll do anything to get her off my lap. "Right, reversio, shavellem. Done okay bye bye." Draco said hurriedly as he stood up, not caring as Pansy fell off his lap and went into his dorm.

Meanwhile outside Pansy patted her now 'hairful' head, took out her brush and began to do her daily routine of putting her hair through the utmost luxuries.

***

Angelina woke up with a happy smile. So her relationship would not be ruined again and Pansy had every strand of her hair back. Everyone was happy. Or were they?

Angelina pushed that question to the back of her mind as she dressed for the day's activities. Skipping to the Great Hall (For some particular reason Angelina had been skipping a lot lately). Sitting down into the seat that Hermione had bagged for Angelina she actually tasted her breakfast, which she had not been doing in a long time.

"You seem awfully happy this morning Harry commented as he and Ron sat down. Ron giving Hermione a quick peck on the cheek, while Harry and Angelina turned away, stifling their laughs.

"Stop laughing you two. It's not that funny," Hermione commented as she blushed slightly, causing Angelina and Harry to laugh even harder.

***

Dominic sat in a chair, at a table, in the library peacefully reading a book. Well that was true until a blond-haired female Slytherin came by. "Oh so you must be Dominic," Pansy purred putting on her charm that didn't seem to be working. It only seemed to be scaring Dominic even more, than being spoken to by the Slytherin

"...Uh...yeah, that would be me...Uh...Can I help you?" he asked hesitantly.

"Great, you know what there is something you can help me with," Pansy continued, making a voice as if she were suffering from something.

"What?" Dominic asked again, wanting to get as far away from Pansy as possible. He knew that what ever came from her wouldn't be good for him.

"Well there's this thing I have to get off my back and I was wondering if you could hear me out."

"Continue," Dominic urged losing his patience.

"Well you see-"

"COULD YOU HURRY THE FUCK UP AND TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG THEN GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY FACE!!" Dominic screamed, earning a death glare from Madame Prince, curious glances from other students and a shocked, yet wicked look from Pansy.

"Okay if you say so. Angelina Nadford kissed Draco Malfoy," Pansy stated bluntly...........................
