Author's Note:
Oh good grief. The last chapter took forever and now I find that I have had a chapter all along.

Draco walked quietly through the hallway, closing his sons' bedroom doors as he passed them. He sighed heavily and entered his bedroom. Emily sat against the headboard, her eyes closed and fluttering slightly. Draco crossed the room and pulled off his shirt.

"Draco," Emily spoke, startling him.

"Are you leaving again tonight?" she asked, her eyes coming open.

"No, I'm not. Don't worry," he said, coming over to her after removing his pants. She smiled and placed her hand on his cheek. He pulled down her hand and began to kiss each fingertip. He felt her shiver.

"You better stop that," she said, her voice sounding airy. This only egged Draco on more.

"Oh? Why?" he asked, kissing up her arm. He looked up at her face and noticed her biting her lip. He tapped her nose. "No biting your lip." Emily sighed, giving up and wrapping her arms around his neck.

"It's getting late," she said, motioning her head towards the clock that hung on the wall.

"Not too late," Draco said, kissing her neck softly. Her neck arched sideways allowing him more room. A small moan escaped her.

One of Draco's hands rested on the back of her head while the other rubbed her swollen stomach lightly. Emily moved her head away from him, and kissed his lips gently. She lay back onto the bed.

"Draco, we both need sleep," she said, as Draco placed a hand on either side of her belly and rubbed in circles. He sighed and lay next to her. She moved her head and nuzzled his nose with her's.

"Night, love," Draco whispered to her, kissing her a final time. Emily smiled.

"Night, see you in the morning." Emily rolled over, pulling the blankets by her ankles up to her chest. Draco laid with his back to her's, closing his eyes and attempting to sleep.

Draco awoke, his eyelids feeling heavy. Sun poured into the room, a sign it was later than he had hoped of getting up. His back felt cold. Draco glanced over to find Emily not there.

"Hmm, she normally waits for me," he thought a loud, getting out of bed and throwing on a robe that lay discarded on a chair. Draco looked to the clock and furrowed his brow. Something strange was going on, the clock read three twelve. Draco pulled open the bedroom door, looking both ways down the hallway. No sounds of children, no running, no noise whatsoever. He continued downstairs.

"Emily!" he called, moving from room to room. The dread was beginning to wash over him. "Emily! Oliver! Anybody!"

A soft noise came from near the front door. Draco ran to it trying to find the source. He skidded to a halt by the door, listening.

"Master Malfoy! Master Malfoy!" A pitiful shriek came from the coat closet. Draco yanked open the door.

Callie launched herself onto his leg, holding on for dear life.

"I tried to wake you, but they had already stunned you," she cried. "I couldn't do it. Then they threw me into a closet!"

"Who? Who threw you in?" he barked, anger growing quickly inside of him. They'd touched her, they'd come and touched his wife and his children and taken them. Draco didn't have time to question a house elf. It wasn't going to get him anywhere.

He ran back up to his room and dressed quickly. Draco was headed to the one person he knew could answer his questions.

Ten minutes later, Draco had Apparated to his family home, an eerie chill hitting him as he took his first few steps. He stormed through the house, heading straight for his father's office. His mother stopped him halfway there.

"Draco, what are you doing here?" she questioned a bit confused.

"Father is in his study?"

"Isn't he always? Why do you need him dear?" Draco didn't answer his mother, just continued onward.

He flung open the door to the study, slamming his palms down onto the desk his father was seated at.

"What the hell did you do to her?" Draco gritted through his teeth. Lucius gave a dry laugh.

"I didn't do a thing," Lucius said calmly.

"Liar," he growled.

"Well, I may have given out your address to a...shady character but I knew nothing that would come of it."

"How could you?" Draco yelled, "I did everything you asked. I went and helped Jade and your cause!"

"I believe I talked to Jade just the other day," Lucius said, rocking slightly in his chair.

"You believe you talked to her?" Draco spat. "You don't know whether or not you talked to the damn woman?"

"Don't get so worked up Draco. Yes, I believe I talked to her. She mentioned something about not getting enough of what she needed."

"That's not my fault! Emily hates her family, she doesn't keep in touch." Draco sighed. This was pointless. He needed to get to the root of the problem.

"Where is Jade?" Draco asked, staring his father in the face. Lucius gave a sly smirk. Draco repeated himself. "Where is Jade? Jeff? Tell me!"

"Now why would I do that?"

"Fuck!" Draco's voice echoed in the room. "Please, tell me."

"Are you begging Draco? Malfoys don't beg." Lucius began making a tsking noise under his breath. "What have you been reduced to?"

"A decent man." Draco dropped his head. "Please tell me. I'm not going to yell anymore, just simply ask. Where is Jade?"

Lucius scribbled something on a spare piece of parchment lying on the desk, folded it and handed it to Draco.

"Go on, you spoiled my fun," Lucius said, getting up from his chair and leaving out the back of the room. Draco waited for his father to exit then hurried to find the address in his hand.

Author notes: Please, even if it's a crummy awful review...just, review. It makes continuing after all this time worth it.
