Draco was sitting outside of a conference room, in a pair of immaculate silk blue robes. His hair was hanging neatly and his eyes were glittering. He'd been chosen to be the ambassador for the Order after Harry had turned it down. Harry, Ron and Hermione had each in turn been offered the position, but they'd all turned it down, declaring that they had enough to worry about. So Draco had been offered the position.

He'd been all over the world, discussing safety and military moves with each government, making sure they understood how important security was. He'd been successful in most countries - all except Germany, Austria and Romania. He had yet to visit New Zealand and Australia, everywhere in Asia minus Singapore, and Mexico. Everywhere else had been visited in the past two years, and everything was running smoothly. Occasionally Draco had to return to a country to resolve problems and sort trouble out, but the world was reacting well.

Today, he was visiting the Houses of Parliament in New Delhi, India. It was more like a temple than a building of parliament. Everywhere was decorated with swirling patterns. Women walked past in the official uniform of the Indian Ministry - which was semi-transparent harem trousers (enormously baggy trousers) in ever colour imaginable, and a choli (a top which resembles a bra, but with thicker straps and a thick band underneath the bust). The cholis were all covered completely in beads and sequences. They all had a veil which matched the rest of their uniform, and long plaits down their backs. They all had identical golden headdresses on top of their veils. To top it off they were laden in bangles on their wrists and ankles, had bindis on their hands and a bindi that stretched across their foreheads and around their eyes. They glittered in the sunlight and Draco was quite entranced by these girls. They were beautiful. He thought he quite liked Indian culture.

A door opposite him swung open. An Indian man stepped out in the male equivalent of the women's uniform.

"Mr Malfoy, the Queen is almost ready to see you, but first we must get you a forehead bindi," he said, bowing backwards as Draco followed him into the room. The man showed him to a chair and began applying a bindi. Draco scowled. As entrancing as they had looked on the women, he didn't think they'd look very good on him.

The man was finished quite soon.

"There we are, Mr Malfoy. Would you like to look?" he asked, holding a mirror up.

Draco glanced in it. His bindi was a small blue gem between his eyebrows. He stood up.

"May we get on with the meeting?" he asked, trying to sound polite - his patience was wavering.

"Of course," the man said, and showed him through a door.

The room Draco entered was already occupied by men and women dressed quite like him, but most were Indian. They were the representatives from the Indian government. Two men were from the muggle government. Draco took a seat. All the people seemed to be waiting. Draco sighed quietly and tried to remain calm.

"All rise for Her Majesty, Queen Seneria of the Indian State of Wizards," a disembodied - but formal - voice called. A door opened and everyone rose to their feet. Draco knew the drill. The Queen entered. She was breathtakingly beautiful. She was obviously English. Long auburn-red hair fell down her back in a plait, dotted with green jewels. A spectacular golden headdress dotted with emeralds rested on her head. She wore a silk emerald green dress that was completely plain, but had tied a pale green belt around her hips. It was threaded with gold coins which jangled a tune as her hips swung. Her feet were bare but were covered in green bindis, as were her hands. On her forehead was the most spectacular bindi Draco had seen - it was green and curled around her eyes, finishing with markings underneath them. Her gold bangles clashed together. She was spectacular.

She took a seat and waited. Her ladies in waiting sat around her feet on cushions. Everyone sat back down. Draco studied her and waited for someone to speak.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the Indian Ministry of Magic - welcome," she said in a regal yet toneless voice. She radiated power. As she spoke, Draco realised (and almost fell off his chair in the process) that he recognised the Queen. Unless he was very much mistaken - she was Ginny Weasley!

"We are gathered here today to meet with an ambassador of the Order of the Phoenix. Mr Malfoy," she said. Draco rose from his chair and bowed his head politely. He sat back down.

"He is here to discuss our safety and the safety of our country. We all know of Lord Voldemort, and his trail of death and destruction. He is moving upon every country he can, and it is already believed that Germany, Austria and Romania are in alliance with him," the Queen spoke. She sounded like she was concerned, even though the tone of her voice never changed. She nodded at Draco slightly. He rose from his chair again.

"We have heard from a very reliable source that Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters have a planned move to take. Already he has taken Germany, Austria and Romania. It is feared that Russia is about to bow down to him too. We want to stop that before it happens, as all four countries are particular powerful - especially Germany and Russia.

"Already, Great Britain is planning a military attack on his ranks. We have managed to gain the support of the Dutch wizards, French wizards, North American wizards, Spanish wizards and the Welsh wizards. But it appears that Scotland want to remain neutral and Ireland is bending towards the darkness.

"Our ranks are strong and growing. My partners are trying to persuade other countries to join us, but it isn't looking good. That's why we have decided to make a plea to you, Your Highness, and hope that you will agree on helping Great Britain and the Wizards Alliance. We would like the military of India to join us."

The Queen surveyed Draco carefully. In Draco's opinion, she'd already made her mind up.

"Mr Malfoy. Our government has been discussing this move for the past three weeks. We have come to conclusion that India will not be bent. We will go to war with you," she answered proudly, "Our militia is the best we have seen in thousands of years. Our auror soldiers are prepared for war. We have been waiting for a move like this for many years. We only hope that in the future, if India makes a plea to Great Britain, it will be answered in the same way."

"Of course, My Lady," Draco said, feeling very pleased with himself. But he was still baffled. Why was Ginny the Queen? Or was it not Ginny?

"Well, if that's all, Mr Malfoy, parliament adjourned."

Draco hung back at the end of the meeting. Of course, the Queen left before everyone else with her Ladies In Waiting. Draco needed to speak to her, but he didn't know how.

Thinking hard, he realised that now would be the best time to use his invisibility cloak that the Emperor of Singapore had given him. He waiting until there was no one there, and then hurried past the security camera. He bent down underneath it and pretended to fasten his lace. But the camera would not record him straightening up, because he was already under the invisibility cloak. He slipped through the unlocked door that led into the conference room, and then strangely, he found that the door to the Queen's suite was unlocked too.

There she was, sitting in front of a mirror, reading some important looking documents. The Ladies In Waiting were all busy doing something in the room. Draco pulled the invisibility cloak off and approached Ginny.

"Your Majesty," he said, bowing. "I'm sorry for entering without permission, but I needed to speak to you in private."

The Queen's eyes widened slightly.

"What is it?" she asked.

"I don't think you're really the Queen," he said quietly, so only he and the Queen could here.

She looked startled.

"Of course I am," she told him, not looking him in the eye.

"But you aren't," Draco insisted. The Queen looked around.

"Ladies, I have dismissed you for the day," she told them calmly. They all looked surprised, but left. Only one looked extremely concerned. Draco stared until she reluctantly backed out of the room.

"Haven't seen you in a while, Ginny," he said, lying back in a seat.

"Excuse me?" she asked, taking her headdress off and putting it on a wig stand.

"I can remember that letter you got. You were supposed to be a Lady In Waiting. But you aren't. You're acting the Queen. Why?"

"I am not acting the Queen. I am the Queen. And I do not know what you're talking about."

"Don't lie to me. You're powerful and strong at closing your mind. But not strong enough for someone who knows how to break into it," Draco told her.

"Listen-!" the Queen said, rising to her feet, but Draco grabbed her by the wrists and held her tight.

"I know who you are," he whispered. The Queen faltered. A tear rolled down her cheek, making some make-up run. Draco wiped it off with his thumb, and suddenly, the Queen had freckles.

"There. Now we can see that it's you," Draco said softly, sitting her down again.

"I thought I could fool anyone," she told him, smiling weakly. "But not you."

"Oh no," he smirked playfully. "But why are you being the Queen?"

"I'm a decoy. Do you remember that servant girl who didn't want to leave? That was the Queen. She is my Lady In Waiting, so she can follow me around and instruct me what to do," Ginny explained. "If she took her hood down you'd see a mirror image of me, minus the freckles. And she's two inches taller than me. And a dress size bigger than me."

"I can't believe this. Your family is so worried about you. They don't know if you're dead or alive," Draco told her sternly.

"Well, tell them you saw me and that I'm a Lady In Waiting. They can't find out," Ginny whispered.

"I will."

"Thanks."

"You'll be coming back to England with me anyway," Draco said.

"Yes. I'll need to sign the alliance."

"Yes. Our PortKey is at twelve."

"Well, I'd better get a move on. I need to put on my uniform," Ginny said, standing up and raking through her wardrobe. Draco was surprised she didn't send him out.

She pulled her dress over her head. Draco felt slightly uncomfortable and turned around.

"It's alright! I've got a body suit on, because Seneria has bigger boobs and a bigger bum than me. You won't see anything but that," Ginny giggled. Draco turned around. The body suit looked real.

"I thought you'd put some weight on," Draco smirked, "You look good with bigger boobs."

"Draco!" she gasped. She peeled the part of the body suit that covered her stomach off, revealing her own skin. Draco felt his trousers under his robes tighten uncomfortably.

Ginny stepped into the semi-transparent harem pants. They were a deep blue colour, like Draco's robes. The elastic around her ankles was hidden by deep blue silk bands covered in sapphires. She was tying a belt similar to the green one around her hips, but this one was deep blue and covered in sequences and coins. She then pulled a choli on which was deep blue again and covered in sequences. She swapped her gold bangles for gold bangles encircled with sapphires, and covered her freckles again.

Finally, a blue veil went over her plait and another golden headdress was placed over the top, this time with sapphires rather than emeralds.

"You look beautiful," Draco croaked. He couldn't believe this was the childish Ginny he once rescued from a slave worker. She looked completely different.

"Thank you," Ginny answered, replacing her usual self with the cold demeanour of the Queen.

"You're welcome, you're Highness."
