Helpless
"Harry, what the hell are you doing?"
"What does it look like?"
"Well," the Slytherin said sarcastically, "that's questionable."
Draco stood in the doorway of the study, looking like he had just stepped off the pages of some pricey designer clothing magazine while Harry crawled around the floor on his hands and knees his clothing wrinkled and disorderly. Draco stood observing the scene for a moment before questioning the man again.
"What exactly are you doing, Potter?"
Harry stopped and sighed dramatically, turning towards the blonde. His hair was rumpled like it hadn't been brushed in some time and he was more than a little aggravated. "I'm looking for my glasses, if you really must know."
Draco started to snicker, but cut it short when he saw the glare coming from Harry. "How can you look for your glasses when you don't have them on to see?" He questioned.
"I can't," Harry spat. "That's why I am crawling around on the floor."
Harry had started his search once more before Draco decided to help the Gryffindor with his dilemma.
"As appealing as you are in that position," he said walking over to the kneeling Harry, "get up and I'll find them for you." With that Draco led Harry to the couch to wait for his glasses.
It took the Slytherin only a few minutes to locate the lost glasses but solely on sheer luck did he find them. He had been walking around an armchair when he tripped over one of the legs. While he was hopping around, holding his injured foot and cursing, he happened to spot a glint by one of the many end tables in the room. He limped over and there were the glasses, partially hidden under the stand.
Draco couldn't even begin to fathom how they had gotten there.
He picked them up and walked back to the couch to give them to the awaiting Harry. He stopped directly in front of the raven-haired man, twirling the glasses between his thumb and forefinger.
Harry looked up squinting at the blurry figure before him. "Did you find them?"
"Wow, Potter, you really are blind without these aren't you?" Draco said smirking.
"Great observation, o' smart one. Are you sure you don't need glasses?" Harry retorted harshly, more than a little peeved that he needed the blonde Slytherin's help in finding his own glasses. He was also kicking himself because the Great Harry Potter hadn't thought of just "Accio"ing them. Although he didn't feel completely humiliated, because Draco hadn't thought of doing that either.
"See if you get them back now, Potter. After a remark like that I don't believe you deserve to be able to see my beautiful body."
"Ha! Oh please, Draco, you're so vain. I don't use my glasses just to see your beautiful body." There was a deafening silence in the room. "Oh come on, Draco. I was only joking. You know I love looking at your body," Harry quickly spouted, trying to make amends for his mistake, "but I also need my glasses to do anything and everything. Can I have them back?" There was a short pause. "Please?" Harry was trying to keep the pleading out of his voice. He really did need to get them back.
"Nope. Sorry, Potter. You've done it now. You insulted me. A Malfoy, no less. What were you thinking?"
Harry sat sulking on the couch. He knew he couldn't do anything but sit and wait for Draco to give him back his glasses. He sat for quite some time pondering how he could convince the Slytherin to give them back when movement caught his eye. He looked up and saw Draco's fuzzy outline advancing towards him.
"What are you doing?"
"Sulking doesn't suit you, Potter..." Draco whispered huskily.
Draco slowly eased onto the couch, straddling Harry with one knee on either side of the raven-haired man's waist. He slowly placed the glasses onto Harry's face.
"Dra-"
Draco leaned in and kissed the sulking man, cutting off the end of the word. He slowly sucked on the pouting lips, causing Harry to moan. He trailed kisses along his jaw line, stopping at his ear. He slowly traced the outside edge of Harry's ear with the tip of his moist, pink tongue making Harry shudder.
"You know," he whispered, his warm breath ghosting over Harry's damp ear, "you should really take better care of your glasses."
"Oh yeah?" Harry asked distractedly as he felt one of Draco's hands running through his hair while the other reached under his shirt sliding its way around to his back.
"Yeah. They always turn up in the strangest places. Not to mention that you are helpless with out them."
"Okay," Harry managed to get out before being kissed soundly by Draco. When they came up for air he added, "I'll be sure to tell a certain blonde Slytherin to stop throwing them haphazardly around the room."
"On second thought," Draco said as he slipped Harry's shirt up over his head, "don't bother. I like you helpless." With that he took Harry's recently found glasses and tossed them away. He brought his hands down to Harry's waist and began to unzip his pants.
Harry could do nothing but sit there helplessly.
