Author's Note:
I’ve decided to use modern English in my story from now on, because other than words like ‘thou’ and ‘thee’, I seriously do not know how to write the conversations in the old English.

Chapter 3

The next morning, Draco woke up to be surrounded by seven pair of curious blue eyes. He jumped out of the bed, and let out a rather girly scream.

'Who the hell are you?'

'We're the Weasleys. And pray tell, who are you?' said Percy in his usual sensible way, frowning at Draco's use of language.

Draco smirked, 'Do you not recognize your own prince? I am Prince Draco, the only son of King Lucius and the heir to the throne.'

'Prince? Why are you here?' asked Ron, eyeing Draco suspiciously.

And so, the wicked prince told them all his story. However, being the wicked person he was, Draco lied.

'So, you're saying this evil Queen has this magic mirror that tells her who is the most beautiful person in the land,' said Bill in a sceptical tone.

'And everyday, it tells her that she is the most beautiful person in the land,' Charlie said. 'Hmm. Interesting.'

'But just yesterday, she consulted her magic mirror and it told her the most beautiful person in the land is you,' said Percy, stroking his chin thoughtfully.

Draco nodded his head, feigning innocence.

Fred glanced at the prince, and slowly said, 'No offence, Prince, but are you a... sissy?'

'A cross-dresser?' George chimed in, grinning.

'A transvestite? A hermaphrodite?' added Fred.

Everyone turned to look at Fred curiously, except for George, who was chuckling to himself.

'What's a her- herma-whatsit...?' asked Ron incredulously.

Fred replied a-matter-of-factly, 'A hermaphrodite. It's a person who is both male and female. So, are you?'

This time, all heads turned to Draco, who had a look of disbelief on his face.

'Am I whaaa... Oh.' Draco did not finish his 'what' as realization dawned onto him. 'No! Of course not! I don't even know that such a thing can happen to a person. I'm just fair, and I have very delicate features, is all.'

'Hmm. If you say so,' said Ron, who still looked at the prince with an odd look on his face.

'If what you say is true,' said Ginny, looking at Draco with concern. 'That the queen is trying to kill you, you are in great danger. Why don't you stay with us?'

All of Ginny's brothers stared at their only sister. They had not planned to let the prince stay with them. Even Percy, who felt very honoured to be among the presence of royalty, did not intent Draco to stay for long. The six brothers had heard from the prince that the queen had ordered a huntsman to kill him, and were worried that the huntsman might come after them if they were to shield the prince from the queen. They of course did not know that Draco had lied to them, and that there was no such huntsman. Unfortunately for the six boys, Draco quickly accepted. And when the young man promised to keep all things in order, and cook and wash, Ginny could not be more thrilled, for she has always been the one who does all those chores. Realizing that they could not be able to change their sister's mind, the Weasley brothers reluctantly agreed. Then, the seven siblings went out all day long to their work, seeking for gold and silver in the mountains; and Draco remained at home.

'The queen will soon find out where you are, if she's so wicked,' warned the Weasleys before leaving. 'So take care and let no one in.'

But the queen, now that she knew from a servant that Draco had wandered into the woods, believed that he had been devoured by the beasts of the forest; decided to continue on her mission of redeeming the wickedest people in the land until there is no more, went to the glass and said:

'Tell me, glass, tell me true.

Of all the people in this land,

Who is the wickedest? Tell me who?'

And the glass replied:

'There is no one wicked in all this land;

But over the hills, in the greenwood shade,

Where the seven Weasleys their dwelling have made,

There Draco is hiding his head; and he

Is wickedest still, O queen! than ever be.'

The queen felt very much delighted; for she knew that the glass always spoke the truth, and was sure that everyone else who is wicked is redeemed, and that her stepson Draco is still well and alive. She could not bear to think that anyone lived who was wickedest in all her land was Draco; so she disguised herself as an old scholar, and went her way over the hills to the place where the Weasleys dwelt.

Knocking at the door, the disguised queen cried out, 'Good advice to be told!'

The queen was hoping that she could talk some sense into the prince, and hopefully, change him from his wicked ways. Draco looked out the window, and could see in a second, that the old scholar was really the queen, what with the red hair and freckles and all.

'Sod off, old scholar; good advice is not needed here,' said Draco through the window.

'But, my dear, surely everyone need good advice now and then,' persisted the queen.

'No! Now go away!' With that, Draco closed the window shut with a slam.

The queen stared at the window with shock. Obviously, Draco was much wickeder than she had thought. What should she do? The queen turned back to her palace, an idea forming in her mind of her next tactic to deliver Draco from evil. But would it work?
