- Author's Note:
- Okay, I was reading the oh so many wonderful stories on Fiction Alley (this oh so wonderful website) when I got this sudden idea. And I think it is a pretty good one too. My first story (A Story Not Remembered) wasn’t a big hit. In fact, only two people reviewed it, and one of them was my beta reader/soul sister/ best friend for life, head_girl_granger. However, I am not here to advertise my other story, I am here to tell you about my new one. As I said, I was reading stories, and this great idea hit me. Granger and I have this habit of obsessing over something that we find totally awesome. Lately it has been the two books: “Angus, Things, and Full-Frontal Snogging” and “On the Bright Side, I am Now the Girlfriend of a Sex God.” Now you’re probably thinking I’m crazy, but really, they’re really good books. I got this great idea, to base my next story on this. I know this might not come out to the way I expect it, but who knows? It might. Let’s get this party started.

Two weeks and I’m headed back to Hogwarts. What fun! Actually, I don’t really mind going to Hogwarts – It’s a great place. I’m just about to go into my fourth year, oh the joy. You’re probably wondering what I’m doing up so early. So am I. I’m just about ready to never forgive Krystal. She had the notion that sending me an owl early in the morning would not disrupt my oh so wonderful dreams. She wants me to stop by her house on the way to Quidditch practice today. We’ve got a new Quidditch Captain this year, and he wants us to meet every Saturday during vacation as well as during the school year. Oh well, it’s definitely a good way to improve my skills to go onto professionals. Well, I might as well get up now. Who knows what’ll happen if I’m late to one of our coaches pep talks. It takes half the day to fly to Scotland anyway. Why we have to meet at his place, I do not know.

Stupid wet rain! Its raining and we haven’t even got to the border yet. I shudder to think of what will happen if the coach cancels practice on us. I might as well just give him a piece of my mind.

Argh. What’s that horrible smell? Oh god. I’m gonna have to kill Krystal. Thought it would be funny to throw a Dungbomb at the tail of my broom. I am seriously going to have to kill her.

Just got home. What a wet day. It wouldn’t have hurt to stay down here. Turns out it was raining in Scotland (even harder than in England) and the coach didn’t bother to owl us and let us know that there wouldn’t be any practice today. And not only was it raining, but there was a thunderstorm. And with blue lightning as well. What a wet, drippy day. Just like our wet, drippy coach. He thinks that if the other teams don’t practice as hard as we do, they will have trouble winning to us, the mighty mighty Slytherins. He might have forgotten that Gryffindors have won the Cup for the past few years. Oh well, we’ll get them back - it’s our year for victory.

Krystal’s coming over toady so we can finish the rest of our homework. If she forgets to come, I’m definitely gonna have to kill her. Nothing mush interesting happening lately, unless you count our coach owling us this morning, to let us know that there was no meeting yesterday. A little late, don’t you think? Was my reply to him. He replied soon though saying that he sent the owls out in the morning, but they seem to get lost. If I get another one of those excuses from him, I may consider resigning form the team until we get a new coach.

Krystal and I are on our way to Diagon Alley to get our stuff for school. I need to get my wand polished – its all grimy and it looks like it just came out from under the lake. I also need to get my robes lengthened, as they are already a few inches off the floor. And of course new books, and ingredients for potions. Also, we are planning on going into Knockturn Alley to get some books so we have something to pass time. No one in the Slytherin House notices much if we study Dark Arts, they all are. Oh well, must get going, Krystal is already late – I wouldn’t be surprised if she was still asleep. Gotta go get her to hurry up.
