Author's Note:
Thanks to Erin and the Story-Writing Circle for your R&R before this was "published". If it weren't for our communal love for sick, twisted humor, I wouldn't be here today. I'd also like to thank all the little people whose help and love got me this far-- that's right, I love you, you dear little pixies!! LITTLE PEOPLE FOREVER!

The sun rose very early on July 31st. Harry Potter was glad; it meant his birthday had begun. The Dursleys wouldn´t remember, of course, but he was sure his two best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, would. Harry looked out his window and wasn´t surprised to see a miniature tennis-ball sized owl flying toward him. Harry grabbed Pigwidgeon and removed the package that was tied to its leg. Harry opened the envelope, and out spilled seven chocolate frogs, some home-made ginger snaps, a "Wizard Gentleman XXX" magazine, and a note. It read, "I figured I´d better get this magazine out of the house before Mum decided to clean under the bed. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did." Harry grinned, and read on. "Dad says it´s okay if you come over for the rest of the summer. He´s sending Percy to get you tomorrow. See you soon - Ron."

Harry stepped out of the Ministry car that Percy had picked him up from the Dursleys´ in. The Burrow looked as inviting as ever, but it was unnaturally quiet. Even the hens in the front yard were sitting quite still. Suddenly, Ron came running out of the front door, his face ghostly pale. "Percy...it´s Ginny. She´s missing." Harry and Percy ran into the house. Fred, George, Bill, Charlie, and Mr. and Mrs. Weasley were sitting around the kitchen table, all ashen-faced and crying. "We´ve contacted the ministry," said Bill. "They´re looking for her."

Harry spent the last month of his vacation helping the Weasleys any way he could. When September 1st rolled around, Harry was awoken by Mrs. Weasley´s kind whisper. "Time to get up, Harry, dear. Don´t want to miss the train." She moved off to wake up the other boys. Harry put his glasses on and saw the dark shapes of Ron and the twins getting up. Fred approched his mother. "We´re staying, Mum. We can´t go to school knowing that she´s still out there."

"I´m staying too," said Ron. "We´ve got to keep looking for her."

"I´ll help too, Mrs. Weasley...it´s the least I can do. Ginny was my friend, I want to help find her."

"That´s very nice of you, dear, but there´s no need. The Ministry is doing all they can. You too, boys. There´s no need for you to stay. You´ll be going to school."
So they reluctantly packed their trunks and caught the Hogwarts Express at 11:00.

Hermione was shocked to hear about Ginny. The two had grown very close over the past two years. It was very difficult for Ron to tell her. He couldn´t bear to watch her cry, to see the silent tears stream down her soft face. "I hate this," she said. "There´s nothing we can do but wait." And that´s what they did, for many months. Even Hermione found it difficult to concentrate on schoolwork. They were always thinking about Ginny.

One day, as Harry, Ron, and Hermione were staring at their breakfast, unable to eat, Dumbledore approached them. "Ron...would you come with me to my office? There is something I need to tell you." Ron swallowed hard and got up. Harry and Hermione followed, and Dumbledore made no effort to stop them. When they reached his office, he motioned the tree to have a seat. "Ginny has been found," he said, failing to mask the quiver in his voice. Ron sat bolt upright in his chair. "Where? Where is she? Is she okay?" Dumbledore shook his head sadly, a small tear streaming down into his long, silver beard. "The mark of a four-leaf clover was found on her forehead. She was raped and murdered by a leprechaun. It seems that Voldemort has convinced them to join his side. Ever since, they have been scampering unchecked all over the country, raping and killing innocent girls."

Harry, Ron, and Hermione sat in stunned silence. Ron had his face in his hands as silent tears streamed down his face. "My sister... my little sister... was raped... by a leprechaun...." Dumbledore turned away and stared out the window. "I´d advise you all to be extremely cautious. Especially you, Hermione. I will ask the prefects to give the word to all the girls in their house. They are all in great danger." Harry and Hermione nodded. They were having a hard time absorbing the news. They helped a sobbing, shaking Ron to his feet and practically carried him back to the Gryffindor common room.

Twenty minutes later, Fred, George, and Ron sat crying in front of the fire in the middle of a crowded common room. Everyone seemed to have heard the news. Angelina Johnson and Katie Bell were by the stairs whispering, their faces wet with tears. Lee Jordan, the twins´ best friend, was staring silently at the floor. The room was completely still. Suddenly, a steadily-growing noise cut through the silence. It sounded like hundreds of buzzing flies, punctuated by high, demonic cackling. Harry looked around in horror. Everyone was staring at the only window in the room. Through the open window, Harry could see a faint green light. "The leprechauns!" Harry whispered, terrified. He bolted toward the window, intending to slam it shut. Right when the had his hand on the latch, a stream of blinding green light shot through the window, crashing into the opposite wall. Everyone stared at the dimming lights. A group of miniature bearded men was slowly coming into focus, cackling wickedly, their malicious eyes darting around the room. This was the only view anyone got of the leprechauns before utter havoc erupted. People were screaming and running in every direction. The leprechauns took down Angelina, who kicked out violently. But she was no match for the leprechauns. The common room watched, frozen with terror, as the leprechauns tore into her clothes and flesh and mercilessly raped her. One leprechaun, apparently the leader, pressed his palm to Katie´s forehead, cackling shrilly. When he removed his hand, Katie was dead, and a green clover glowed sharply on her forehead.

Fred´s face contorted with rage. "I´m the only one who gets to have sex with Angelina!" he screamed. George stared at him. "Oh," said Fred. "And George every once in a while too!" Together, they rushed towards the leprechauns with Lee Jordan right behind them, all three shouting profanities. The leprechauns turned their glinting eyes on the trio, and in an instant, they had all jumped on Lee. The leprechauns began to rape Lee, while Lee thrashed around furiously, screaming, "I´M A BOY! I´M A BOY!!" Fred and George looked at each other. "Lee´s a boy?" said George. Fred shrugged. "Guess so."

The leprechauns froze. They looked at one another, all with a look of disgust upon their faces. They had raped a boy. At that very moment, every leprechaun in the world exploded in a wisp of shimmering green dust. Thanks to Lee Jordan, the wizarding world was, once again, safe from the attacks of the terrible leprechauns. George put his hand over his heart and looked down at Lee´s body. "Poor Lee... he was a good...er...man. And Angelina... we´ll sure miss your sweet love." Fred looked at George. "There´s still Katie." George grinned, and they both looked over at Katie Bell, who grinned seductively back at them.
