How many years had it been now? He had lost count, after losing so many of his friends, why should he depend on just Him. After all, it was His fault that he was standing here, in the ruins of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, waiting in the icy rain. But what exactly was he waiting for?

Running his fingers through his midnight black hair (still unruly after all these years), Harry thought he glimpsed a flash of silver. It's impossible. He wouldn't just suddenly show up after...five years? Or was it seven? Harry thought to himself, his grip on his wand tightening subconsciously.

Then, as if stepping from a dream, He emerged from the darkness of the Forbidden Forest, his silver hair plastered to his forehead.

"Potter." His voice was cold, but Harry could tell from the twinkle in his eye that He had something planned.

"Malfoy." Harry's voice was equally as cold, but he couldn't help it as he give his former enemy a small smile.

Then, without warning, Draco's lips were upon Harry's. The same feeling of electricity ran through Harry's body, and he was warmed to the touch. Their hands explored familiar territory, never forgetting how just the slightest touch could make the other scream and squirm.

Draco broke the kiss and stared into Harry's emerald eyes. Harry blinked, and then Draco was gone. As soon as it had started, it was over, and Harry was left standing in the cold rain with yet another memory. Or was it just another memory?

"Harry? Harry? Harry, are you okay?" Hermione's voice awoke the sleeping Harry from his dream. Yet another one...Harry thought to himself.

Harry had been having the Draco Dreams, as he called them, ever since they graduated from Hogwarts. But during the last month, Harry had felt an increasing urge to hold the silver-haired boy...er, man in his arms. And the dreams had started to come every single time Harry slept. It was driving him crazy with desire.

"Yeah, 'Mione. I'm just fine." Hermione didn't buy it, but she kissed her husband gently and went downstairs to cook breakfast. After all, the twins James and Lily (named after Harry's parents) would be getting up soon, and Ron would certainly want some food. That was all Ron seemed to demand lately, something he hadn't done since he first moved in with Harry and Hermione.

Harry looked down at the gold band he wore on his right hand, a reminder of what his life had become. He had traded a life of adventure for a family life. And his dreams of Draco now tormented him more then ever now.

He stood and looked out the large bay window Hermione had insisted they install in the master bedroom. Harry was certain it was his imagination, but he still couldn't deny why he had seen a familiar figure darting away from the window at unimaginable speed on a broomstick.

Harry ran a finger over his lips, where Hermione's kiss was as fresh as Draco's was. Maybe these weren't dreams he was having. Just maybe, Draco was telling Harry he was still waiting for him, and he knew where...

Hermione had been reluctant to let her husband leave on such short notice, but when she saw the determination in his eyes and the wistful look that replaced that determination when he said, "Hogwarts" made her mind up. There were some things grown adults just did.

And that is why Harry James Potter, the grown Boy Who Lived, was standing in the icy cold rain in the ruins of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry's Astronomy Tower, waiting for someone who had always been waiting for him...
