It's The Great Pumpkin, Harry Potter!

It's the Halloween of their fifth year at Hogwarts, and the Trio (plus Ginny) are facing the reality of a change in their relationships. They get some help from an unexpected source!

The Trio, and Ginny, come up with separate conclusions about the nature of their relationships to each other -- and to two people, in particular. At the same time, they are confronted by their Halloween memories.

After the Halloween feast, the four are in the Gryffindor Common Room, remembering what had transpired in the Great Hall. They see the Great Pumpkins rising from the pumpkin patch ... what is the Great Pumpkin bringing them this year?

The gifts of the Great Pumpkin are revealed. As if their memories are not enough, they are given reminders of the events that transpired for the four years prior to this Halloween -- all of which started with a single innocuous event on that day. Plus ... The Great Pumpkin has a letter for Harry! Or is it for Harry alone?

The Great Pumpkin's letter provides an opening for the friends to clear the air regarding their relationship to each other.

The letter finally shows Harry Potter the path to follow -- and what to do with his feelings for Hermione Granger. Mild snogging.

Five pumpkins rose out of the pumpkin patch that Halloween night -- one went to the Gryffindor Common Room. What happened to the other four? And who sent them? The Twins? The Terrible Two? Or someone else? And is there really *something* between McGonagall and Snape?
