"Had you forgotten?" she taunted. "Were you pretending it never happened? Pretending you were pure? Pretending that I never conquered you, that I'd never come back to claim you?"

"No. No, you're lying, you must be!" Molly yelled hysterically.

"Certain types of Memory Charms, can be broken quite easily by the one who put the charm on in the first place."

Disbelief and fear is etched into my mother's face.

"My sister was right, you did indeed prove to be very useful."

Molly looked, if possible, even more stunned, then she was. "Wh-what about your sister?"

"Oh what, you think that it was simply your good looks and sparkling personality that brought me to you? Think again, little slut. It was all her idea. She said that we had to extend our hold on all purebloods, even the blood traitor ones like yourself. Bellatrix leaned down to her ear, "I'm not saying-" she whispered, her hot breath tickling Molly's ear, "that I didn't enjoy it. I did!" She stood back up. "But you turned your back on your family, cousin. Tut, tut, tut." She grabbed Molly's hair wrenching her face towards hers. Molly cried out and Bellatrix smiled and released her hair. "Crucio."

She screamed. Screamed and screamed and screamed. Her face was twisted into a horrible expression of pain, suffering.

It hurts. I remember how much that curse hurts.

"Yes, it hurts," Bellatrix continued, walking around her victim. "Lots of pain, lots of tears."

She's crying. But it serves her right!

"I remember how you used to cry when I got too rough. When my nails scratched and my teeth bit, just a little too hard. You always were too sensitive. I should toughen you up." Bellatrix raises her wand again, and Molly shudders.

"Please," she says, voice raspy. "What do you want from me?"

Bellatrix laughs, with a manic gleam in her eyes, that can only be seen in the Black sisters. "I've already gotten what I want out of you. I wanted to see you cry, to break you one last time. But this isn't about me. No." She stands, circling her victim once again. "No, I just wanted to play. We all know how much I love doing that. You used to love it. I bet you still would. But sadly, there's not enough time to find out."

"Please," she says again, blood dripping out of her mouth, "Just don't hurt my daughter."

"Your daughter!" Bellatrix laughs again, maniacally. "Oh, don't worry, your daughter is safer now then she ever was before. You'd be surprised, she's very capable of taking care of herself. Not that you would know," she spat. "You tried to hide her from everything, even HER OWN BLOOD!" Bellatrix's voice shouted, causing the prisoner to tremble on the floor. "CRUCIO!"

She screams till she is beyond screaming, until the pain is too intense for her to make any noise at all. Another few minutes and she will be gone, to far gone to ever be sane again.

Bellatrix lifts the curse, her eyes still smoldering with that angry madness, that the Black sisters are famous for. She leans down to the sobbing, twitching mess. "Oh Molly," she says, clucking softly. "Don't fret. Your husband and your sons and even you ended up being worthless, but your daughter is far from worthless."

Molly lets out a couple of undistinguishable noises, noises that could possibly have translated into "Ginny, leave, no, please."

"You must realize, my dear, that such words, or attempts at words, are fruitless."

She turns Molly's face toward hers. "Believe me, Virginia, is fine. Would you like to see her?" Bellatrix asks, smiling even wider then before. "Virginia!"

I walk into the room, my eyes focused on my mother, focused on the pitiful woman who tried to hide the truth of things from me. Tried to hide everything from me. Her head raises to meet my eyes.

I raise my wand. "Ginny?" my mother manages to gasp out. "What?"

I stare at her, letting the anger and hate needed to preform this curse flow through me. "Avada Kedavra."

There is a green flash, and my mother's head slumps to the floor. I look at her dead body, remembering all that coddling, all that she tried to hide from me. She had tried to hide everything that could make me feel alive again. "I hate you," I hiss, and spit at her body. "I hate you."

Bellatrix walks over, and puts her arm around my shoulders. "Didn't I tell you how it would free you?"

I nod, and pull closer to her, my mentor, my lover, who taught me all about this new way of life. "Yes. It was wonderful."

We kiss and the Weasley and Black families are once again united.
