Ginny Weasley and the Hands Down Worst Crossover Fic EVER

"Ever seen 'The Simple Life'?"

Angela shook her half illuminated head. The light from the campfire danced around the trees.

"A friend of mine made up a drinking game based on it," continued Rob, "basically, you take a shot any time someone says 'he's hot' or 'that's sexy'. I guarantee you'll be under table in five minutes."

The other counsellors erupted in laughter. Angela didn't. She didn't drink.

Suddenly, the sound of soft footsteps came from behind. Angela spun around and saw a small, eight-year-old redheaded girl standing by the edge of the trees.

"Ginny," Angela responded, "what are you doing here? Why aren't you in bed?"

"I got scared," Ginny replied, "I heard someone outside my window."

Ginny was scared. Back then, she hadn't seen Basilisks or Horcruxs yet and a simple ghost story around a campfire was more than enough to spook her pants off.

However, you're probably wondering just what Ginny was doing there in the first place. It was "An Experiment in Muggle-Wizard Co-Existence". Someone in the Ministry had thought it would be a good idea if Magicals and Non-Magicals were taught to get along at an early age. As a result, a summer camp was set up with half of the counsellors Muggles and the other half Wizards. When Arthur Weasley found out, he was ecstatic and gladly signed his daughter up for a few weeks.

"Oh, you poor thing," Angela wrapped a sympathetic arm around the girl, "tell you what, if you're really good you can stay for a bit with me and the other counsellors."

"O-Okay" Ginny whimpered.

Angela glared at Rob.

"I told you that you shouldn't have told the kids that awful story."

"Hey," said Rob defensively, "the Hockey Mask killer is an American Legend, man."

"I-I know a really scary story" Ginny piped up.

All eyes fell on her.

"Okay kid," said one of the others, "what's your story."

"Are you sure you want to hear it? It's a REALLY scary story."

"Sure, shoot."

Ginny took a deep breath and licked her lips apprehensively.

"Once upon a time, there was a brother and a sister and they lived alone with their daddy. They were a very happy family. But one day, while they were out in a boat, they had an accident. The daddy and the brother died and the sister was sent to live with her aunt and cousin.

"When she and her cousin were teenagers, they went off to a summer camp just like this one. But things started to happen at this camp.

"One boy got stung to death by bees. A cook was scalded in boiling water. The owner of the camp had an arrow shot through his neck."

"Who was doing it?" Rob interrupted.

"It turned out to be the girl. Only she wasn't actually a girl. You see, it was really the girl who died in the boating accident and the boy's aunt dressed him up as a girl when he was sent to stay with her.

"They found him on the beach holding the severed head of another camper..."

"Okay kiddo," Angela interrupted, " that's enough spooky stuff for one night. Time for bed."

Ginny sighed as Angela began to lead her back through the woods to the half empty cabins.

"Say Ginny," Angela spoke up on the way, "you don't remember what that girl's name was, do you?"

"No."

Good, thought Angela, for a moment I thought I'd been found out.
