The man slipped quietly through the shadows of a bar. Hunched against the coldness of the hard gray wall, the assassin was invisible. The bar was full of fat drunks as the man slithered his way, careful not to step on the fallen peanut shells that littered the floor.
In the door upstairs stood another man, dressed in a black shining with purple robes. He had his hands clasped behind his back while he stared out the big window that shone on the wall. He sensed someone with an enormous power that rivaled his own coming towards him.
The door creaked open.
“Harry Potter, you have come. How was your mission?” the man asked in a nearly inaudible voice
“Successful, the man was easy, but he had to be disposed of nonetheless,” replied Harry.
“Good, very good.”
“What shall we do now?” asked Harry.
“Nothing,” said the man simply.
“Yes sir.”
Meanwhile, Ron Weasley smoked a cigarette and thought of the horrible things Harry was doing. It scared him to think his best mate had ditched him to become an assassin. He had said he had to do it. He also left his girlfriend, Ginny, who had just gotten back together with him after the death of Voldemort. He loved her, but he said he had to do it, and he would see her soon.
Back to the scene of the man in black and Harry Potter.
Harry drew his wand to the man's back. The man did not notice as he was waiting for something. “Avada Kedavra!” was the next thing Harry shouted. The man before him crumbled into a spread eagle positioned heap. Harry’s straight mouth took a slight upturn before a crack broke the silence and the assassin disappeared.
But not for long as a disturbance caused the assassin to halt in the middle of apparition. This meant that he was thrown out of [that feeling of his ribs about to crack.-When your disapparating if feels like your ribs are going to crack?] Harry Potter was dropped carelessly to the ground in the middle of a field. The man in black stood up and brushed some straw and grass off him. No longer had he done that when a voice shouted “STUPEFY.”
He was forced to duck down as he could not perform a shield charm in the allotted time. He pulled out his wand but when he got up a 12” stick of wood was pointed in his face.
”Please tell me why you are in my field,” said a forced calm voice.
“I’ll tell you it was not on purpose,” Harry said with the same tone the man in front of him was using.
“And tell me how that is.”
“Something happened in the middle of my apparition.”
“Would you be so kind to tell me what?”
“No, I don’t even know myself,” Harry said with a thought in his mind as he said it. What was it that stopped me? Even Harry, the powerful wizard that he was, could not answer that.
“Well get out,” said the man in a new fierce tone. “Vermin like you don’t belong here.”
“There is no need to use that tone with me,” Harry said with an evil hint in his fierce voice.
“STUP-“ the man bellowed.
He did not get far as he was stabbed in the chest.
Harry disapparated hoping that he would not have any more disturbance and wondering what had stopped him in the first place
