Harry Potter and the Halloween Mystery

"Hello, my name is Ron Weasley, I am detective along with my sidekick Hermione Granger, and today I will tell you of one of my many mysterious cases, this one, especially for Halloween. So, to start a story I will tell you a quick summary of what it will be about. Now, think of a day at Hogwarts, Halloween specifically, and no one knows who's who. A murder is committed and the suspects are everyone. Including Miss Granger and myself.

For the next few hours on Halloween night no one spoke, the Headmaster personally called on Hermione and me. We started questioning everyone we possibly could. When we were at the edge of losing this case one of the students told me some useful information that could have solved the crime right away; the problem was that this person could not be trusted. So I thought twice and I led Hermione and myself to ruin, the person had been right and the crime had still not been solved! The clues were difficult and the only trace of evidence was a purple scarf.

Anyone could have I scarf, I thought. Hermione then thought that I should use the person's information as an advantage and maybe it could explain why the crime was committed and that could lead to the criminal, she said. So we used the information and it nailed us down to 10 suspects... but which one would lead us to the end of this case? That was the tricky part.

Hermione and I again, decided to investigate the scene of the crime. It was then when we found the most important clue in the world. That clue was what changed everything. We checked out the place again and found, what was our destruction for a moment, another scarf. Now two of our suspects were guilty so far, but there could only be one so then we investigated beyond the scene of the crime and found something somewhere, somewhere where you would never suspect something worth finding to be found. I was confused, how could that person be the one?

What reason would that person have to kill? She/he was always the trusted one! I continued investigating the place and found something that led us to somewhere else, somewhere unexpected, and somewhere that made us see...that nothing is what it seems and everything is what it doesn't seem, I don't think you understand, but you will! If you have enough brains you will, trust me, I didn't get anything till the end, it was Hermione who understood. We went back to the suspects and it ended up being...

But oh, look at me! Blabbing out the whole story! Before I actually start, I would like you to pay close attention to these words I say: Nothing is what it seems, remember that because you will be a detective yourself. Pay attention to the clues, listen closely to everyone's description of where they were, and maybe you'll catch him/her before I do. And finally, again, remember:

NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS!"
