Breaking point-Chapter 3
Ginny took it upon herself to leave after she saw that it was only Colin, and headed to the Great Hall for dinner . She had forced down her sandwich earlier and she was starting to get hungry.
She met up with Jake on her way there and apologized for leaving that morning with out saying good-bye, though she really wasn't sorry at all, she was quiet far from being sorry, but he had excepted the apology and they headed for the Great Hall.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
They entered the Great Hall and Ginny was suddenly in a bone crushing hug. 'What's Going on? What are you guys doing here?' she asked trying to twist free of her all of her brothers.
They finally let her go making it so she could see everyone there. Harry stood next to Ron. He had a shy look on his face. Ginny smiled at him. She had almost forgotten about Jake. She turned to him and said, 'Oh! I'm sorry this is my boyfriend Jake.' it sounded more like an after thought the way she had said it, but
no one seemed to notice.
'Hi,' he said a bit nervously. Ginny couldn't blame him. If she were him she'd be nervous too. She probably would have gone running if she was in his place.
'So,' said Harry breaking the awkward silence that followed, 'Who's the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher Gin?' he sounded like he was excited to hear.
Ginny groaned, 'You'll never guess,' she said unenthusiastically.
'Oh come on,' began Harry,' it can't be that bad its not like its Malfoy,' he said in an airy voice.
Ginny frowned,' How did you know?' she asked seriously.
'You mean it is Malfoy? I was just messing with you!' he said a shocked look on his face.
'Poor Ginny,' said Hermione who was now holding Ron's hand, and had a look of remorse show plain on her face. Ginny wasn't paying attention to that she was look at the entwined hands of her brother and Hermione thinking, 'finally!'
'Not to sound ungrateful, but what are you all doing here?' asked Ginny with a masking look of curiosity to hide the regret that she felt about them being there.
'Oh, were staying at Hogwarts for a month. We got into some trouble if you catch my drift,' said Fred and George at the same time.
'Not really, but whatever. I'm just happy to see you all!' Ginny forced a smile. She really wasn't at all happy to see them. She thought that she wouldn't have to see them at all this year.
She didn't hate them, or anything its just she thought she was free of feeling left out and forgotten all year the way they had always made her feel.
Well, there was the exception of Fred and George, but even they forgot her most of the time. 'The forgotten Weasley,' she thought to herself.
Ginny took a seat at the Gryffindor table closely followed by Jake. She was glad her brothers weren't sitting with them for dinner. She was going to need a little time to figure out how she felt about this.

Draco was sleeping. He couldn't get the youngest Weasley out of his head. He felt as if she needed his help and he was giving her the cold shoulder, though she didn't seem to mind that and neither did he except that he was constantly having visions that something bad was about to happen to her and he was somehow going to be involved.
He couldn't even get any sleep because of these visions. When he woke he never remembered the vision except for the fact that she was going to need his help lingering behind in his head.
He sat up, looked at the alarm clock on his bedside table and groaned.
The clock showed that it was eight o'clock on a Monday morning. He had her in first class. 'Oh, well. I knew that I was going to have to deal with this type of thing when I took the job.' He got up and Dressed.

Ginny sighed as she drew little circles on her parchment during Defence Against the Dark Arts, without even realizing she was doing so.
What am I going to do? Fred, George, Hermione, Harry, AND Ron--here at Hogwarts--ALL AT ONCE?! This is like a night mare! After I finally get myself noticed THEY have to come back and ruin it all. Ginny thought viciously.
"Miss Weasley. MISS WEASLEY. MISS WEASLEY!"
Ginny was awoken out of her reverie by Malfoy's repeated yelling. The red head turned her flaming brown eyes up to meet her professors cold, stormy grey eyes, 'What?!'
'Now, now, Miss Weasley--don't forget, I AM you're teacher and no longer one of your classmates, so I advise you to watch your tongue,' Draco glared at Ginny and she returned the stare just as hatefully. 'Now, I expect you to pay attention or you shall lose Gryffindor house points and receive a detention as well.'
When Draco turned his back to her, Ginny mocked him and rolled her eyes. She use to always enjoy DADA, but ever since Malfoy had been given the position as professor, she had wanted nothing more than to just drop out of Hogwarts-just like Fred and George, but she had no talent to get her anywhere in the wizarding world.
The bell rang signalling the end of class. Ginny was the first out the door and rushed to Gryffindor Tower to pick up her books for Care of Magical Creatures (which was still taught by Hagrid, thankfully). At least she knew she was excepted by everyone in that class.

Ginny arrived at Hagrid's hut five minutes late but he didn't seem to notice, nor did anyone else.
WHAT!? NO! Ginny screamed in her head. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were at the front of the class telling stories of what they accomplished after they graduated Hogwarts. 'Could life get any worse?' she mumbled to herself as she sat down next to Colin . He hadn't notice her as she sat down which had made her feel worse than before.
She zoned out during the rest of the class and hoped that her brothers and the rest of the dream team were leaving as soon as possible.
