Me!

I am the Crystal Girl who was alive 1000 years ago until my powers were discovered. The four founders of Hogwarts found me. I watched while they decided what must be done to prevent it from happening. Salazar Slytherin was the one who decided my fate to make the Crystal Girl, the one who is to be imprisoned in the Crystal Prison for eternity. But, as you know, they quarrelled and Salazar Slytherin left when he made the Chamber of Secrets. I'm sure you are all familiar with that tale. However.....

He also swore that the others will pay; no I don't mean the Basilisk purge the school as those in Slytherin's view were attacked, I mean that his descendants will try to use me to cause Armageddon.

600 years later

That was when one of Salazar Slytherin's descendants tried to get to me. He failed as the descendants of Godric Gryffindor, Helga Hufflepuff and Rowena Ravenclaw had found out about his secret attempt to get to the Crystal Prison and stopped him.

I am still in the Crystal Prison, still waiting for the day I will be able to walk among mortal men, wizards, witch, Creatures of the Night and others from myths, legends and muggle fantasies. Whether I will be used for good or evil is not my problem, for I am not just any child of sixteen years of age. I am a pure blood witch with a name. A name that I am proud to have and I wish to return to my family and continue with my life. I hope I am still part of family, that they haven't forgotten me, if they have are don't accept me then I shall have to get my revenge on the four houses of Hogwarts, certainly their descendants and with my powers I shall crush them, Hogwarts will be no more.

The world outside this prison has changed so much. I doubt I shall ever leave this eternal prison. History became legend, legend became myth and what should not have been forgotten was lost. I still am a legend, but I am a lost legend. None shall ever come to free me, or so it seems. Even if a Slytherin descendant came to free the other houses; Gryfinndor, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw descendants would stop Slytherin and what is the point in me hoping? I wait and wait and wait, as I have done for the past 400 years. Even you, after 1000 years, would give up hope for freedom. But, I can feel it, I just know that I will be released. I shall wait, another year is not long enough for me to give up all hope.
