Chapter 2

Angelina woke up to a box lying on her night stand with a small note saying "To Angelina, from Snape". Angelina looked at it, opened it and ate a few chocolates, closed the box and put it in her drawer. She looked over to see if Narcissa and Lily were awake. They were. Lily was getting dressed and Narcissa was brushing her hair.

"Hey guys, why didn't you wake me up? Do you know when these got here?" Angelina said as she climbed out of bed and undressed.

Narcissa looked at Angelina and smiled, "They were there then I woke up. Who sent them?"

"Snape, but it is so not like him to do so," Angelina said as she slipped on a dress.

"Angelina, maybe he is trying to do something different."

Angelina shrugged and yawned; she was still a bit sleepy. As she grabbed her books she noticed, glancing at the calendar, that today their new Quidditch captain will be selected. It was hard for her to believe that it was almost October and a Quidditch season was about to start today.

"Shit! I can't believe I almost forgot," Angelina said as if she was scolding herself.

"Forgot what Angie?" Lily looked at Angelina with concern.

"What is today?"

Narcissa looked at Angelina shaking her head as if she didn't quite understand why she was freaking out, "Thursday."

"Yes but the date to be exact!" Angelina said as if she was hinting at something.

"The 22 of September¼ Holy shit! Today is the day that they are going to announce who is our new Quidditch captain!" Lily squealed as she ran and hugged Angelina.

Narcissa rolled her eyes a bit but no one noticed. Once again they were busy hugging and she was a bit jealous of the deep friendship they had shared. But she wouldn't let it get to her so she walked over and joined in the hugging.

"You are soo going to get it Angelina." Narcissa managed to smile. "James doesn't stand a chance nor do the other boys."

Angelina hugged Narcissa, "Thanks hun, that means a lot but I still think James will get it." She then grabbed her bag, "Let's go down to breakfast. Oh please don't tell the guys about the chocolates. Lord, knows what they will do." The girls nodded and they all headed out through the door.

~*~

Angelina and the girls walked into the great hall where Samantha Steward was hanging on Sirius. For some reason, this made her blood boil. She wanted to claw her eyes out and hang her by her ears. Samantha was a tart and was known for having sex with anyone who would have it with her. The girl just ticked off Angelina. She had finally had it! She walked over and grabbed Samantha by her hair.

"I'm going to make this really understandable, OK? I am going to say this just once, very quickly. Stay away from Sirius; if you don't, I would stay out of my favourite dark area if I were you. You don't want to be the thing that goes BUMP in the night. Oh, one more thing, that goes for any of my friends; stayaway from them."

Samantha pulled away, frightened of Angelina. She cowered away but not before saying a few words, "It won't happen again."

Everyone was now staring at Angelina as if she did something out of character. Lily was looking at her wondering if Angelina had yet come to realize that she was in love with Sirius. Angelina was glancing at everyone now too, seeing the looks they were giving her.

"What, she was messing with my friend and no one messes with my friends! Honestly, Sirius, why didn't you do something? You can do much better than that white trash."

"Angelina, don't you think you were a bit callous on the girl?" Remus questioned Angelina in a concerned voice.

"Remus, I don't think so! She doesn't know how to stop and she pissed me off. Why can't she go after someone else like Lucius~?"

"Because she has already been with him," Sirius joked.

Angelina snickered, sat down and ate her breakfast. No, one mentioned the scene that took place not once. At breakfast, they shared just a few words about Quidditch and who was going to be their new captain. Angelina smiled a bit, she couldn't wait to find out, then again, she didn't want to find out. But all in all, she had her mind set on James becoming captain. And nothing anyone said would change her mind.

~*~

Angelina was sitting by the Quidditch pitch. She still couldn't believe that she was picked to become the new Quidditch captain. Not only that, her worse fear had happened. She was starting to have feelings for James. She sat there writing in her diary, and she didn't have a clue how these feelings even started.

She was just attracted to him almost sexually. And this scared her. She hated it; she didn't want it. If she could rip it out, she would. Angelina closed her diary and took a deep breath. She would sometimes come over here and sit down when she needed to get her thoughts together, and this was one of those times. She grabbed her bag and put her diary in it, and lay down on the grass looking up at the sky. Angelina thought to herself how she would love to change into an owl right now, and be free and able to fly into the sky. She took another deep breath. She didn't know how she was going to tell Lily about this - She finally got up and headed toward the school and halfway there, she saw Snape walking toward her.

"Why hello Severus, what brings you out here?"

"You of course, I heard you've been made captain. Congratulations, you deserve it."

"Thank you, I also know that you hope we lose the Quidditch cup this year," Angelina joked.

"Well, if Slytherin doesn't win, I hope Gryffindor does." Snape gave a sly smile

"Thanks Severus, so how have you been doing?"

"I am good, and I got a new dark arts book. If you want to, I will lend it to you after I am finished."

Snape always lent her books and was always telling she should get to know both sides of the fence in order to protect herself. She didn't mind learning new things and knowing more than she should for her age. Snape was always there to help her with her potions and all when she needed it. And Potions was probably her weakest class.

"Sounds good to me," said Angelina, "Hey you know what, do me a favour. Try not to let James and Sirius get to you."

"I really do loath your friends! Honestly, Angelina, you could do better than those guys."

"Well, I know they can be terrible at times but they are good friends."

Snape really didn't like this, and there had always been spitefulness between him and James, Sirius, Peter and Remus.

"Then answer me this, if they are such good friends, why haven't you told them you are friends with me and why are you so petrified of them finding out?" Snape said almost as if he was hurt.

"I don't know Severus, I guess I fear of what they would think of me. What about you, and your friends do they know we are friends?"

"You know what, I will see you later." Snape said in an ice cold tone. She had hit a nerve.

"Bye Severus."

Angelina sighed, she knew Snape was mad at her because of her unwillingness to admit her friendship with him to the whole gang. She had told Lily and Narcissa but she really didn't want Sirius and James finding out. Angelina sighed as she walked back into the school when a small owl came fluttering around her head. Angelina removed the letter from the owl and read it and her heart just about stopped.

Angelina,

Meet me in the North Tower at midnight,

please don't say anything about meeting with me.

I don't want anyone over hearing it and all. We

really need to talk.

-Prongs

All of a sudden, Angelina's head started throbbing and she fell to the ground. Angelina sat there rubbing her head as she tried to get up. Then she heard a familiar voice, and looked up and saw Sirius and Remus standing there.

"Angel, are you okay?"

"Not really, my head hurts, Sirius.." Angelina then started rubbing her temples.

Remus, at this time was sitting beside her, has reached in his bag and pulled out some chocolate. He handed it to Angelina. Sirius was kneeling behind her and removed her hands and then started rubbing on her temples.

"Angelina you need to eat some of that and in a few moments, we will take you to Madam Pomfrey."

"Remus, thank you for the chocolate, and Sirius; thanks for the massage, but guys I am fine really."

"We heard you were made captain..." Sirius smiled still massaging her temples.

"Yeah I did Sirius. I still think James would be the better captain, though."

"No Angel, you will be the better captain. You love Quidditch more than James."

"Thanks, I think."

Angelina smiled at Sirius, and thought to herself. Was he just being nice to her because she had a headache or was something else up? Moments later, Remus and Sirius helped Angelina to the Hospital wing. Lily came running in shortly after.

"Angie, is everything okay?"

"I am fine, but I just had a massive headache."

"Angie, the only time I know that you have ever had massive headaches is when you are really stressed or worried."

"Lily I am fine, and I will be out of here by dinner. Take Remus and Sirius with you, and I don't want them fussing over me too."

Lily nodded and gave Angelina a kiss on the forehead and took Sirius and Remus with her. Lily knew Angelina was lying, but why she was lying was really bothering her. Angelina never lied to her, well except on how she felt for Sirius; however she wasn't really lying because Angelina didn't seem to know her own feelings for some reason. Lily looked at Remus and Sirius and sighed.

"Please tell me you know what is going on with Angie."

"Lily, all I know is when Remy and I were walking, we saw her falling to the ground."

"She didn't say anything on why she fell other than her head was throbbing."

"Okay, thanks boys."

~*~

Dinner came and went and Angelina didn't talk much, an unusual occurrence. The only time Angelina ever was quiet was when she was depressed or something was bothering her and she didn't want to talk about it. This worried Lily because it didn't happen often, and when it did, it was over something huge. Angelina didn't say anything when Sirius put a chocolate spider on her dessert and she didn't even notice it. About the only thing Angelina really noticed was Narcissa flirting with Jason, the same one who had hit on Angelina many times before. Angelina was happy that he was flirting back with Narcissa and not herself. Angelina sat there trying to figure out what she was going to do about James. Dinner was then over so Angelina and her friends got up and walked to the common room. Sirius then looked at Angelina with his smile that he saved just for her to get her to do pretty much anything he wanted.

"Angel doll, My love- okay, scratch the love. My bestest gal pal in the world. How would you like to cause some mischief tonight?"

Angelina looked at Sirius. She really wanted to go out with him and do something, anything. But she couldn't because she was meeting James and this was one thing she would do anything not to go to but she had to. Angelina had to think of a good reason why she wouldn't go. Then she remembered Sirius asked James first so she then scoffed.

"Last choice I see how it is, you know what, Sirius? I think not," Angelina said in a tone that was as if she was really hurt.

"What!" Sirius shouted. He was caught off guard and he had a look of disbelief on his face.

"You heard me, now if you had asked me first then I MIGHT have gone with you but I see how it is and I will remember it too."

Angelina then walked off to the girls' dorms. Sirius just stood there dumbfounded. Angelina had never before turned him down for anything. Everyone else was a bit shocked well except James although he was a tad bit shocked too. Sirius however thought to himself that Angelina was acting a bit off and something was bothering her. He then started thinking that maybe he had offended her, and started to worry.

Angelina walked into her dorm and changed into her emerald green satin tank top and pants. She then took her invisibility cloak from that drawer she hid it in, and stuck it under her pillow. Angelina then crawled into her bed and pretended to be asleep as she waited for 12 a.m.. Soon as it was near 12 o'clock, she checked to make sure no one else was awake before quietly slipping in to the common room. She arrived at the North Tower first, and she sat down to wait for James.

"Angelina, you came."

"Of course I did, what is this about James?"

"Me, you Angelina I don't even know how to say this it is hard..."

"James what is it?"

"Angelina I don't know why, but I am attracted to you. It is taking everything I have not to kiss you and..."

"So it isn't just me, I am not losing my mind!"

James then pulled Angelina close to him and held her close as he kissed her. Only for a moment Angelina kissed back and then she pushed away. It has taken everything she had in her not to kiss him more, but she couldn't do this for the sake of her friendship with Lily. Angelina and James stood there quietly and looked at each other.

"We really need not to be doing this, I can't be doing this, I just can't."

"I know what you mean. I really shouldn't be either. I feel like I am betraying someone."

Angelina backed up against the wall she wanted to escape she wanted to run. She didn't know why she even came but she did. It then dawned on her this couldn't be normal; there HAD to be a reason for this. You can't just grow feeling for someone in a few hours' time. She then thought of everything that she did different yesterday. All she did differently from normal was, she ate a few chocolates. Could that have been what was causing this? She knew she could disuse potions as other stuff. They had been told they had to do so in Potions not even a week ago.

"Me too, but why is this happening? James this may sound stupid, but did you get anything today?"

"I received some chocolates from some anonymous person and a few hours later, I felt like this for you and..." James looked at Angelina he knew where she was going with this."

"I got some too, but from someone else... and the same thing happened."

"Whom did you get them from?"

"It doesn't matter who they were from. I know they wouldn't do this to me. And besides, they said they didn't send them."

"Angelina how can you be so sure," James questioned her.

"I just am," she snapped back

Angelina looked at James and then grabbed her cloak and disappeared into the night, leaving James alone in the North Tower. She made her way back to the common room without running into Filch and his cat Mrs. Norris. Angelina then crawled into bed and cried herself softly to sleep. She was almost sick over losing her friendship with Lily and why this was happening. In her mind, she kept thinking why couldn't she feel this way towards James but she pushed back in her mind and forgot it. Angelina feared what the morning would bring.

~*~

Angelina woke up and looked over to Lily's bed. She was now sitting there, getting ready to go down stairs for breakfast. Angelina took a deep breath, she didn't know how she was going to tell her, what she was going to say but she had to tell her, before she heard it from someone else.

"Lily... I need to talk to you."

"What is it Angie?"

Lily made her way to Angelina's bed and sat down with her. The room was completely empty; this relieved Angelina, because then no one else could hear this..."

"Lily something happened yesterday¼ something I never ever wanted to happen."

" Okay Angie you are scaring me..."

"Somehow during lunch time..." Angelina started crying, "Somehow I developed some sort of attraction for..." Angelina bit her lip, "James and I don' t know what to do. It took everything I have not to act on it and last night..."

"What?!" was all Lily could get out.

"Yesterday afternoon before I went to the hospital wing I got a letter from James to meet him. So I did and, well, he told me he had the same feeling for me and kissed me and I kissed him back, for a moment... only a moment... then... I..."

How could you?! I thought you were my friend!"

"Lily... I..."

Angelina tried to touch Lily but she pushed away and ran out. Angelina felt sick to her stomach, like her world had come crashing down. Her heart was breaking. The last thing she ever wanted to do was hurt Lily, and she could even tell her how she started having feelings for James. Then at that moment, she remembered something James had said. She could even remember why on earth she had asked James if anything out of the ordinary had happened. But the part that bugged her was it happened at the same time and they BOTH received chocolates from someone. Angelina closed her eyes as she curled up on her bed and went to sleep, she didn't feel up to going down to breakfast and facing anyone at this moment.

~*~

Angelina laid on her bed just staring at the ceiling. She felt as if her world was crashing around her. Angelina sighed. She had wished that the past week had been a horrible dream but she knew it wasn't. It was all too real and this nagged at her. Something wasn't right. These feelings were not her own; they didn't belong to her. Somehow they were put in her and she would have to find out, what it was and how to stop it. At least she had Snape as a friend but then again that was pretty much as secret as they come. Her mind started rolling with things that Sirius would do if he found out. Why she even cared, what he thought was beyond her. Remus would understand he had to. They had been friends longer than Lily and she had been. Remus was more like a brother than he was a friend. He looked out for her and her him. Angelina was at her wits' end. She closed her eyes and hoped that the past week was just a bad nightmare. The only people that were really talking to her were Remus and Snape. Narcissa was with Lily most of the time and Angelina couldn't blame Lily for how she was reacting. Angelina got out of bed and head out of the common room.

"Angelina!"

At that moment Angelina spun around to see Snape standing at a distance. She walked up to him and smiled.

"Hello Severus!"

"Where have you been?"

"Oh me? I was sleeping. Lily and I had a fight I am sure it will be fixed in time but still."

"Oh I am sorry well, I was wondering if you would want to work on your Potions now since you had asked me before for help and all"

"Oh that sounds great. I would love to do that now."

"Great I am sure once we get to work on this and all, you will be a master in Potions."

"I don't know about that Snape, I am better at Divination and DADA. I have never been all that great in Potions like you."

"Well let's get to work. I talked to Professor Xander, he said we could use the classroom."

Angelina then followed Snape to the dungeons. She never really liked them. To her, they were creepy. Angelina then followed Snape to an area that was already set up. She listened to Snape telling her how to do different things then he helped her with some of it. Angelina really wasn't paying too much attention; she was completely numbed. She then finally told Snape she didn't feel all that great and she was going to go to sleep.

Angelina laid down on her bed; her headaches were really getting to her and last thing she wanted to do was go to the hospital wing again. Angelina took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She still wished that the past week had been a nightmare and that it would all go away and everything would go back to normal. But then again, her life was far from normal. Angelina finally dozed of to sleep.

"Angelina, wake up I need to talk to you."

Angelina awoke to Narcissa sitting on her bed shaking her to wake up. Which she hadn't even been asleep for 30 minutes.

"What is it Narcissa?" Asked Angelina groggily.

"Come with me, don't ask questions. ," Snapped Narcissa.

"What time is it?"

"Eleven o'clock, you slept through breakfast. Good thing today is Saturday," Narcissa was pulling on Angelina, "Angelina get dressed and just come with me."

Angelina sighed as she went to her closet she grabbed her black pants and black sleeveless shirt. She then went into the bathroom and had a quick shower and got dressed.

"Okay I am ready. I don't understand why I have to go?"

"Because it concerns you!"

"Oh peachy, is it more drama to add to my life," Angelina said in a bitter tone.

Angelina followed Narcissa. Where they were going, she had no idea but she dreaded going there. Perhaps Lily and her were going do something drastic or something. Even if Angelina refused to go, they would have made sure she came one way or another. Angelina followed Narcissa to the third floor corridor, and went in there she saw James, Sirius, Remus, Peter, and Lily. Angelina turned to run but Sirius grabbed her.

"Angel don't run. Nothing is going to happen to you." Sirius spoke softly.

Angelina all of a sudden felt safe in Sirius arms she didn't know why but she felt completely safe, and that was good enough for her. She then looked at James then Lily and she didn't know what was going to happen but she feared it. What if she really lost her best friend over this? And what about Narcissa would she lose her to. But it wasn't like she was alone in the matter but James didn't have a friendship to lose. What really got her was WHY did Sirius grab her and Not Remus. She knew Peter would never touch her for personal reasons. Odd as it was, he didn't seem to like her too much either.

" Angie, why didn't you tell me you BOTH had the same attraction?" Lily snapped in a concerned sort of tone.

"You left before I could and it was hard enough telling you we kissed"

Lily ran over to Angelina crying and hugged her. Angelina bursts into tears, and she hadn't lost her best friend. Sirius then hugged Lily and Angelina. Angelina looked at James. She was still feeling the same way but was fighting the attraction and she would fight it even if it killed her.

"Lily told me who sent you the chocolates," James informed Angelina.

Angelina exhaled deeply, "Lily, why did you tell him."

"Because we are trying to figure out who would do this to you and James and why they might do it."

Angelina closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Snape wouldn't do this! He just wouldn't! Hurting her was the last thing he would do. Or was it he was upset that she hadn't told James or Sirius that they were friends? Barely anyone knew they were friends. But Snape wouldn't do that. His friend, Lucius, on the other hand might have. He didn't like her at all now because she was best friends with a Muggle-born. Then there was last year when she and Sirius had played that harmless prank on him . . . well it started out harmless. However it was all Angelina's idea and she had done most of the handy work

"Who sent Angel chocolates?" Sirius asked almost with a hint of jealousy.

"Snape... Supposedly."

"Snape? Wait a minute why would Snape send you chocolates?" Sirius' jealous was now cold upset tone.

"He didn't. He told me he didn't"

"And you believe him?" Sirius snorted

She was infuriated that he would question her but then again Sirius loathed Snape. Why the guys didn't seem to like Snape she never could really understand. He wasn't all that bad; he was decent, "Yes Sirius I do."

"Then who do you think could have done this?" Remus said coolly.

Angelina looked at Remus and took a deep breath. At least he didn't question her judgment. He seemed to believe her but then again, they had connection unlike others and they sometimes understood each other and all.

"Well, one person comes to mind Lucius."

"Why him?" Peter scoffed.

"Peter, did you forget that little stunt Sirius and I pulled that could have killed him? Jeez!" Angelina snapped practically yelling at him.

Angelina was ready to smack him. Her tone that she used with Peter had everyone looking at her.

"Angelina! You don't have to bit his head off." James snapped almost biting her head off.

"I am sorry James. Why else would Lucius have a vendetta against me," she practically snarled back.

"Angelina, think about it why would he do it to you and James when it was you and Sirius that did it to him," Peter who was trying so hard not to get in her face said calmly to Angelina almost as if he was trying to give her a break.

Angelina took a deep breath. She wanted to scream and she knew that they all trusted him and all and liked him; she was the only one that had a problem with him. Peter never really did anything to her, but Angelina just didn't like him. She thought as him clingy and always trying to fit in and he wasn't near as smart as the others. He just grated her nerves, but she needed not to let that show for the sake of her friendships with the others.

Angelina then looked at Peter trying very hard to be calm, "Right, but see maybe he thinks that Sirius and I for some reason are a couple or some stupid crap like that and he is trying to destroy the friendships we have. Hell if I know maybe he has something else planned for Sirius."

"Okay if you are going to go that way Angelina . . . We have been very cruel to Snape so why not him?"

"Because He LIKES ME!"

Angelina's mouth then dropped open. She could believe what she just said! That was the last thing she ever wanted to say to the guys. She wanted them not to go after Snape. She wanted them to leave him alone in this matter for sure. He couldn't have done it he wouldn't have, yes he was a tad bit upset that she would tell the boys she was friends with him or almost anyone at that matter she would flat out say I am friends with Snape.

Angelina heart about stopped when Sirius looked at her and called her name, "Angelina, how do you know he likes you."

"Because, because he is a friend and he sent me some stuff and he said he never sent the chocolates. Come to think about it, he doesn't sent chocolates," Angelina looked at Sirius and then bolted out the door.

Chapter 3

It had been two weeks since Angelina finally admitted about being friends with Snape. Which pretty much had all the guys thunderstruck. Sirius was barely talking to her. And just yesterday Angelina overheard Peter telling James and Sirius that she couldn't be trusted and that they needed to do something. This made Angelina hate him even more. But then again, she totally disliked the boy but she did her best to always keep her feelings to herself. James, however, was doing his best to not avoid Angelina but then again he was also trying to. Remus, however, was always there for her. Snape, however, wasn't really talking to her either. Probably because Sirius sent little howler like letters that sang songs in a screeching voice. Sirius had been making sure Angelina usually got them when she was in her room or the common room. But today, he made SURE she got it in the great hall. Angelina was utterly embarrassed and she was furious with Sirius and vowed that he would pay.

~*~

Angelina sat on her bed writing in her diary. As she finished, she picked up a phial and started to finger it. Angelina smirked and she looked at the phial and laughed to herself.

"Hey Narcissa, want to help me get Sirius good?"

Narcissa smiled slyly, "Sure, is this the big one?"

Angelina laughed, "Nope, this is for those horrid songs. Poor Sirius won't see it coming."

"Okay what are you going to do and what do you want me to do?"

"Well, tomorrow at breakfast, I need you to make a diversion; something to have Sirius busy looking perhaps at you or well everyone looking at you. So I can slip this potion in his drink."

"What kind of Potion is it?"

"Oh just one to make him bright pink," Angelina smirked.

"Okay I am game! Anything to get Sirius."

~*~

Angelina tossed and turned in her sleep she was trembling in and in a cold sweat, she didn't realize that she screamed. She could hear screaming and a green light. She never felt something as terrifying as what she was feeling. She didn't even know what was going on. Lily had woken up to Angelina's screaming and moving and rushed to her bed to wake her up. Not only that, Angelina's alarm clock was ringing.

"Angelina, Angie wake up, it is just a dream~ wake up." Lily continued to shake her.

"I am up, I am up," Angelina sat up and said groggily

"You were having a bad dream or something, what was it about?" said Lily as she comforted Angelina.

"Some green light and screaming and I just had this horrible feeling something bad had happened, but I am sure it was just a bad dream."

"What time is it?" Angelina then looked at the clock. It read Time for Quidditch. Angelina jumped out of bed and scampered to her dresser. She pulled her red Quidditch robes over her head and grabbed her broom. Then grabbed her notebook that had all her notes about Quidditch.

"I have to go. I have Quidditch practice in 10 minutes"

~*~

Angelina just made it to the Quidditch Pitch with her broom in her hand. Angelina was the only girl on the team and the boys had in fact beaten her to the field. She was still a bit shaken over her dream and half-awake.

"Look who it is, it's Angelina, our captine," sneered Christopher, "so you did decide to come after all."

"Shut up Christopher, it is only 4:55. Bite me," snarled Angelina.

"With pleasure!" Christopher came at her but stopped and smiled.

"So why are you making us come out here at five a.m. in the bloody morning?" asked Stephen.

"Because we need to practice with Trey and well, we need to work on how we are going to play and all," explained Angelina

"But, Joshua never made us start training this early in the morning!"

"Gabriel, do I look like Joshua? I don't think so. Joshua and I are two different people and we practice Quidditch two different ways."

"Sorry¼"

Angelina then started babbling about new moves and what to do, where to go, tricks to play on the other teams and everyone. Angelina then did a charm in which there were some hologram people to play against a bit. She had learned the trick from Madam Hooch only after Angelina had made sure all brooms were in the best of shape and to clean her office and all. Angelina wanted to have the best team and she would do almost anything to make sure that she did. After training and all, they all headed for The Great Hall for breakfast.

"How did Quidditch practice go, James?"

"Angelina is becoming a Quidditch Nazi," he said in a sarcastic tone.

Angelina glared at James. She wanted to smack him, "I am not a Quidditch Nazi!"

"I was kidding Angelina, practice was great, we learn a lot really," he said and he gave her a quick hug.

Angelina rolled her eyes. She knew she took Quidditch pretty seriously but she wanted her team to be the best. Angelina then smiled at Sarah who then pretty much jumped over the table and fell over knocking Peter over with her. She had James, Sirius and Remus looking at her to make sure they were was okay. Angelina then pulled out the phial and poured it in Sirius's pumpkin juice. Lily just shook her head; she wasn't one to pull pranks. Angelina, however, would. Sarah was always willing to help in a prank.

"I am okay boys, really, I am. I thought I saw a galleon and well I wanted it however, I was just seeing things."

"Honestly, Narcissa, you, never mind."

Narcissa snickered as she sat down. She ignored the comment that Sirius had started cause she didn't care what he thought or anyone for that matter. Angelina tried not to watch Sirius as he drank his pumpkin juice. She couldn't wait for him to turn pink, and a BRIGHT pink at that. At that moment, the Owls came rushing in and Angelina got two owls. One was from her mother; it was full of treats and such wishing her luck on her assignments and all. The other she had a feeling who it was from and didn't open it. But Sirius then grabbed it and opening it and a shrill voice began singing,

Angelina and Severus sitting in a tree

K-I-S-S-I-N-G

First comes love¼¼..

Angelina then closed it and at that moment, Sirius started turning pink. Everyone was no longer thinking about the singing letter but they were pointing and laughing almost hysterically at Sirius. Sirius then looked at his hands and arms,e then looked at Angelina.

"What did you do to me?! "

"Oh nothing really Just used a potion on you to make you bright pink because of all the letters and such."

"Oh, I was hoping this was for the spiders."

"No Sirius, I have something much BETTER planned for that!"

"Okay, how can I get back to normal?"

"When it wears off." She smirked.

Angelina looked at Sirius and laughed and then walked out of The Great Hall. She stood outside trying not to let her headache get to her but it was getting worse and she felt like fainting. She just managed to get to the hospital wing before she did. Madam Pomfrey tutted and set to work treating her.

James and Sirius sat down in The Three Broomsticks and ordered two butterbeers. It was late in the afternoon. James then looked over at Sirius who was no longer bright pink and sighed, "Sirius, what are we going to do about all this?"

"I don't know, I wish there was a way I could help you, buddy. At least there is an upside to this. Lily, she knows that you really are not attracted to Angel I still say you should go for her and ask her out or whatever."

"Well, I think you need to tell Angelina that you like her and stop hiding the fact you like her. I know you do Sirius. You are just too chicken to go after what you want."

"James, we are too much alike, we would drive each other insane!"

"So who cares about that as long as you stop pretending that you don't like her for more than a friend. I am sure she is doing the same thing. You both are driving us all insane with denying that you like each other."

"Snape is poking around he is up to something, he is trying to figure out where we are going."

"Leave it to you Sirius to dodge anything that you don't want to admit. Are you sure he is up to something?"

"Yes, I am sure we need to find a way to stop him."

"You aren't going to pull that stunt that you and Angelina did to Lucius, are you?"

"The whole putting a spell on him thinking there was a staircase when there wasn't Angelina was the brains in that mess. That was brilliant and with me stopping him before he went smash into the ground. He just about wet his pants."

"Sirius I believe he did, but that isn't the point, you both almost killed him! And then almost got expelled. The only reason you didn't is because Angelina took the blame for it. She was lucky she wasn't booted out, and lucky enough Angelina is brilliant in DADA and Quidditch. The only reason you got away with it is you stopped Lucius from hitting the floor and Angelina said you stopped him before she could."

"She did do that, and she knows I am grateful for that."

"Then why don't you show her that you are instead of teasing her to death."

"James, honestly, I still am annoyed about Angelina being friends with that greasy git Snape. I know we can trust her but what if it came down to her choosing between him and us?"

"Sirius, you are dodging the subject again, I don't like the fact she is friends with him I don't like him either but Angelina is our friend and we need to trust she will make the right decision if she had to choose between him and us. But Sirius you are not helping the matter any. You really need to stop teasing her so much."

"How did I know you were going to go there again? Come, let's go and get some treats from Honeydukes and get back to school and work on a way to break that spell/potion."

James and Sirius then got up leaving more than enough money on the table for their drinks and left. And headed off to Honeydukes, bought armfuls of treats and headed back to Hogwarts.

Lily walked around outside the common room when Sirius and James showed up. She noticed James and Sirius carrying stuff from Hogsmeade and looking like they were up too no good as usual. Lily, however, was standing there in front of them looking worried.

"Lily, what is wrong?"

"Angelina is in the hospital wing again . . . Her headaches are really getting to her."

"Well, I hope she is okay then, maybe we should go visit her?"

"No, she doesn't want to see anyone right now . . . besides Madam Pomfrey wouldn't let me even if she wanted visitors."

"Really . . . I wonder why . . . "

"Well Sirius, it could be because of how you have been treating her teasing the hell out of her about her friendship with Snape. I really think we need to go to Professor Xander or some that could help us."

"Lily, I don't think that is the best way to go. We need to keep this quiet and not let anyone know."

"Damn it Sirius, do you not care at all about Angelina? She is up in the hospital wing suffering from headaches that won't go away and sometimes they are getting unbearable for her. I have a feeling that her headache could be because of her fighting acting on her attraction."

Lily started crying. She could not hold it in anymore, she was worried to death about Angelina and what this was doing to her. James looked at Sirius and handed him his bags. James didn't have to say a word. Sirius nodded and went into the common room. James held Lily close. He really liked Lily. He just hated that things were getting in the way of him telling her he liked her. James then thought to himself if Lily knew what was going on so why not tell her how he felt? What damage could it do?

James then held Lily and walked her over to a bench near the common room. He wiped her tears away, "Lily, we will fix this I promise, you have my word. Lily there is something I been meaning to ask you. I know this isn't the best time to bring it up but I need to do it to be true to myself."

"What is it, James?"

"Lily I like you, I really like you even though I have these unwanted feelings for Angelina, I want to be with you. Only you," He brushed the hair out of her face.

"You mean that, OH James, I like you too it just seems so complicated lately. I've been so worried about Angie I haven't had a chance to tell you."

"Would it be okay if I kissed you?"

Lily smiled, "Yes it would, matter of fact, I never thought you would ask." James put his hand to Lily's face and kissed her.

Sirius walked into the common room and looked at Remus who was walking his way, "Hey Remus, do you know about Angel?"

"Yes, a matter of fact, I do and I am going to see her now."

Sirius looked puzzled almost, "But Lily said she doesn't want to see anyone."

Remus looked at Sirius, "Well, I am not just anyone, Sirius, you know she is like a sister to me, she will see me. And Sirius, please lay off Angelina for now, she has enough to deal with, those stupid songs are driving her crazy. If you like her, why don't you tell her?"

Sirius sighed, "I know, I know I am stopping with the songs, I promise, and I can't tell her I like her when I don't even know how I feel. But Remus, could you tell her something for me. Tell her I hope she gets better soon and also that I said hi."

"I will, see you later, Sirius."

Angelina was lying on a hospital bed when Remus was finally allowed in. Angelina looked at him and shook her head.

"I though I said I didn't want anyone to visit me."

"Now Angelina, I am not anyone."

"That is true, you're not, so why did you come, Remus?"

"To see you, of course, I am worried about you."

"You don't need to do that, I am fine really."

"Then why are you in here and you keep getting these headaches."

"I don't know Remus, and I am sure they will pass."

"Angelina, Sirius does care for you, you know? He told me to tell you hello, and to get better."

Angelina scoffed, "Yeah so he can tease me more."

"Angelina, he just is being himself. You know that you're not the only one he goes after. Besides, you get him back and I think you enjoy it more than you let on."

Angelina rolled her eyes then smiled weakly as she took Remus hand, "Could you stay with me a while, I haven't been sleeping well lately, and to be honest, this hospital room is creepy."

"Sure then, as long and Pomfrey doesn't have a problem with it." Remus squeezed her hand and sat there beside her. Not too long after that, Angelina drifted off into a quiet sleep.
