Author's Note:
Hello. I got bored, and I loved this song, so I had to.... Enjoy! I got good reviews on fanfiction.net....

Here Without You

A hundred days have made me older

Since the last time that I saw your pretty face

A thousand lies have made me colder

And I don't think I can look at this the same

Draco sat up in bed. Goosebumps had risen on his skin. He wiped the sweat from his forehead and covered his eyes with his hand. It was a dream.

He stood up slowly, trying to find what bugged him so much about the dreams. He had gotten over Harry, hadn't he? He thought he had moved on. Why did this dream keep coming back to him, and why did it bug him so much?

The large apartment seemed empty to Draco. He was still used to having Harry there with him, waiting for him to wake up so he could make breakfast.

It had been nearly a year since Harry had left him. He couldn't figure it out. Why was he still hanging on?

"Draco?"

Draco spun around. Tiffany was standing in his bedroom doorway, wrapped in the bedding.

"Have a bad dream, baby?" she asked tiredly.

"Yeah," Draco said distractedly. "Yeah. Just a dream."

Tiffany's eyes narrowed. "What's going on? Is something wrong, Dray, baby?"

He hated the nickname 'Dray'. Harry used to call him that.

"I'm fine, Tiffany," he hissed harshly. "Nothing's wrong. It was just a stupid dream."

She took a step back. "If you're sure," she said nervously. "I'm gonna go back to bed. It's only one, Dray. You need some more sleep before you go to work."

"I think it's best you go home and get some sleep," Draco said, yawning slightly. "I want to be alone for a while."

Tiffany frowned, but nodded. "Okay." She disappeared into the bedroom, only reemerging several minutes later, fully dressed. "G'night, Draco."

"Night. I'll call you," Draco sighed, walking her to the door.

She nodded and walked down the hall without another word. She knew what Draco was thinking--she knew Draco had no intention of ever speaking to her again.

Draco curled up on the couch and turned on the television. Within minutes, he was slipping back into unconsciousness.

All the miles that separate

Disappear now when I'm dreamin' of your face

I'm here without you, baby

But you're still on my lonely mind

I think about you, baby, and I dream about you all the time

I'm here without you, baby

But you're still with me in my dreams

And tonight, it's only you and me

Harry slipped his arm around Draco's waist and kissed his neck. "I missed you," he murmured as Draco moaned.

"I missed you," Draco whispered back, feeling Harry's teeth gently grate his neck. "God, I wanted you so badly."

Harry took a step back and stared at Draco for a moment. "I thought you'd never forgive me for leaving."

Just as Draco took a step forward, Harry faded away.

"No! Harry, are you there? Harry?! Come back!"

Everything I know, and everywhere I go

It gets hard but it won't take away my love

And when the last one falls, when it's all said and done

It gets hard, but it won't take away my love

For the second time that night, Draco awoke in a cold sweat. For the second time that night, he wondered what bugged him about the dream. And for the second time that night, he wondered why he loved Harry so much.
