Imperturbable

"Blaise, you're cutting off the circulation in my hand!" Ginny whined, managing to make it seem sexy.

If Blaise were a Muggle, the words, "I like pleasure spiked with pain" would have come to mind. However, since she wasn't, she merely purred, "I thought you liked playing rough."

Ginny pouted alluringly. "Blaaaise,"

And Blaise replied, "Okay, Gin, whatever you want. Not that I haven't sacrificed my entire world for you or anything."

"Don't be like that, Blaise," when Blaise refused to respond, Ginny sighed, "Fine, whatever you want, as usual."

"So you'll wear it?" asked Blaise giddily

"Yes, darling," Ginny smirked wickedly.

"And you'll meet my family?" Blaise inquired.

Ginny shrugged. "Why not? They'll have to meet me sometime."

"And you'll refrain from telling them we're shag- together?"

"As long as you promise to shag me afterwards,"

She pulled Ginny closer before mumbling into her neck. "If you can work on that screaming thing, we won't have to wait 'til after..."

"Ooh, I am intrigued." Ginny nibbled on Blaise's earlobe.

"And I am distracted..." she mumbled something unintelligibly, in hopes that Ginny would agree without asking. Unfortunately, Ginny was a bit too sharp for that.

"Distracted..." Ginny prompted. Blaise knew that she'd have to repeat herself or she'd never get Ginny to agree. Even if it was something that she was opposed to.

"Well?" Ginny sounded slightly impatient.

"Gin, my family is rich. Very rich. I mean, like, 'Wow, you are so rich.' So you can't do that thing where you slather everything with mustard."

Ginny frowned. "But I like mustard."

Blaise snickered despite herself. "Well, Virginia, what can I say? It won't make a good impression on anyone if you're eating caviar with mustard, love. And if you want to be a part of my family some day..."

"I can let the mustard go, for a couple of days," Ginny finished for her.

Blaise noticed that Ginny hadn't said anything regarding the "someday" remark. She didn't know how Ginny felt about their relationship actually going somewhere.

Ginny looked at her closely, "Are you okay?"

Blaise looked away. "Mmm-hmm."

"No you're not, what is it?"

She bit her lip. "Have you given any thought to the future?"

"Well, yeah, of course,"

"And have you come to any conclusions?" Ginny hesitated for a moment, then, going with that famed Gryffindor courage, said, "I'd like to spend it with you."

Blaise grinned mockingly. "I suppose I have to share you with that family of yours, eh?"

"Hmm, I think we could work something out," Ginny purred, running her fingertips up and down Blaise's arm.

"I think we can. So the plan is as follows: you will come with me for Christmas. You will charm my family, in case we ever decide to tell them. You will not eat mustard on anything when in plain sight of my parents or any dinner guests. You will sleep in my bed, as all 'best friends' do" she paused to snicker, "and you will wear-"

"The robes you bought me for my birthday, the ones that look 'so very flattering' on me."

Blaise smiled. An actual smile- not a smirk, which was quite rare for a Slytherin.

Ginny smiled back.

"You know what happens when you smile at me like that, Virginia Weasley."

"What?" Ginny asked, faux innocently.

"Well, of you don't know, I'm not sure I should be the one to tell you..."

"Shut up, Blaise," Ginny cut her off, kissing her firmly.

Blaise let her fingers trail up Ginny's back and pulled away briefly. "So, wanna see if we can change you from a screamer to a moaner? Or should we just learn a Silencing Charm?"

"Why don't we try cutting the screams, if that fails, well, we can try again with a silencing charm."

She bit into Ginny's neck, not gently, and knew that they would end up having to use an Imperturbable Charm anyway.
