Romance, Slytherin Style - Part II

However Far Away
Chapter Ten

By Sea Isle Witch

Pansy and Draco were lounging on the charmed cosy chair. She was rhythmically stroking the hair off his forehead, watching as it fell right back into place.
No other wizard has hair this perfect.

"Draco, I just thought of something. I think you will like it."

He smirked as he slowly ran his hand from her ankle up to her thigh.
I will like it if it's something to do with pushing up your school skirt...

She put her hand firmly over his to stop his progress. "Last year, after I searched the castle for you, I secretly took your school trunk from the wizards' dormitory, and I hid it."

"You did that for me?" He was surprised, but knew it was just the kind of thing she would do.
She's always been very supportive of me.

Pansy nodded. "I knew you wouldn't want someone from the Ministry going through it, and I thought you'd need it when you came back."

"Thanks, Pansy. I did wonder what happened to it," he said, pausing to look at her.
I wish I could have come back this year. "I packed my trunk that night, before it all happened. I thought it would be easier on Mother in case I di-"

"Please don't," she interrupted, putting her fingers to his lips. She couldn't hear that. "I wish I could have done something important to help you."

"Your late night kisses did more for me than you can ever imagine, Pansy." He kissed her hand and then pressed it over his heart.
She was always so warm, soft and willing to kiss me. She didn't press me too much for information, although she probably had dozens of questions and theories. I must have frustrated her, but she never went off with another wizard. Pansy must have loved me a lot to put up with my behaviour last year. I told her at the tree house that I would make it up to her, and I will.

"I hope you will always want my kisses." Pansy kissed him lightly on the lips. "I must insist that there be no more fatalist talk. You've made a promise to me, Draco Malfoy, and I am going to hold you to that," she said firmly, but inside she was faltering.
Please, Draco, be careful. I need you.

"A Malfoy never breaks an oath, but that's not the reason I'll keep my promise," he said, caressing her cheek and gazing into her eyes. "Pansy Parkinson, I'm completely in love with you, and I never want to be without your kisses."
It's the truth. I need her. I sound like a fool, but it's still the truth.

Pansy closed her eyes, but the tears that had been building up all day still came. Her dark lashes were wet, and her lips were trembling. More than anything she wanted to marry him and live happily ever after, but she knew what they faced, and she was terrified of what might happen to him.

He kissed her tears away and then pressed his warm lips against hers, calming them. Draco held her close and stroked her hair. He knew why she was crying; he knew what was at stake and how hopeless their situation seemed.
Somehow we will find a way...

They stayed like that for a while, not talking. Her head was resting against his chest, and she listened to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat; it was like a clock ticking away the precious minutes they had left together.

"Draco?" She finally broke the silence. "I levitated the trunk up to the Room of Requirement. I charmed it to look like mine while I was moving it; although a Slytherin with a trunk on the seventh floor would have been suspicious had I been caught. Is there anything you want from it?"

"Yeah, a few things, my clever witch."

"We could sneak up there while everyone is still in class, there's time."

"Let's go," Draco said immediately. He was ready to get out of the room for a while.

While he put on his shoes and emptied his rucksack, she discretely took another measure of potion.
This Le Fey's Restorative Brew for Witches is amazing! I have no discomfort. Of course, Draco has been very gentle with me, and we have paced ourselves.

"Let's see you Disillusion now, Pansy."

She cast the spell, but was still only able to Disillusion her hands and feet. More determined than ever, Pansy kept trying. Much to her dismay, there was no improvement. She was getting frustrated and started to lose her temper. "Urgh! Why isn't this spell working for me? I'm doing everything right!" She paced around the room with heavy footsteps.

Draco flinched when he saw her hand tighten on her wand and her eyes flash with anger. "You'll get it; I know you will," he assured her, rubbing her back in an effort to calm her down. He didn't like it when Pansy was vexed; he knew all too well what type of hexes were likely to come his way if he said one wrong word.

Draco quickly performed the Disillusionment Charm on her and then on himself. "Come with me, Pansy," he said softly, wrapping his arm around her waist and grabbing his Disillusioned rucksack. He guided her out of the room and away from her aggravation.

They cautiously avoided any stray students, and much to their relief, they saw no Aurors. They did have to hide in an alcove when Mr Filch stalked by.
Luckily that sneaky cat wasn't with him, thought Pansy as she held her breath until Filch was out of sight.

Draco was pressed tightly against her, and he could feel her rapid heartbeat. "Look where we are," he whispered in her ear.

Our alcove. This is where Draco kissed me for the very first time.

Their lips met for one intense kiss, making her feel warm and squishy inside. She slid her hand down his arm to find his hand, and they made their way up to the seventh floor, taking advantage of hidden passageways whenever they could.

"This is exciting," she whispered as they climbed a secret stairway. He squeezed her hand in reply.

Draco speculated that only she could open the exact version of the room where she had hidden the trunk. So Pansy walked by the blank wall opposite the tapestry of the dancing trolls three times, thinking about finding the trunk.

A section of the wall transformed into an elaborately carved door. Draco held it open for her, and they entered what seemed to be a winter garden, complete with potted plants, garden furniture and a fountain.

He sealed the door and removed their Disillusionment Charms.

She took his hands. "Draco! Can you believe this? I thought it was amazing then, but I was much too sad to enjoy it. Oh, the fountain is beautiful!"

Draco laughed.
I love seeing her happy. He fondly remembered how she couldn't hide her delight in having him at Blossom Hill Park that summer. I want to be welcome there again someday.

"What were you thinking to make this room appear?" he asked.

"I thought about finding a peaceful place where I could be alone and hide the trunk."

"So the room transformed into a beautiful conservatory, the perfect setting for my pure-blood princess." He drew her into his arms and kissed her passionately.

I cannot be without her. It will drive me mad to be deprived of what I want. I will just have to bring her home with me; she will have her own suite of rooms until we are married. No one could object to that. She will secretly come to my room each night. Or I'll sneak into Pansy's bedchamber. We could take turns. Mmmm... That would be exciting for both of us! Whichever way, she must come with me.

How can I let him leave me? I shall suffer without his kisses and his touch. We are betrothed, so I do have some power over him. I will go with him. Now that we've made love, I can't imagine him not being in my bed. He must feel the same way. I need to be with him...always.

They stopped kissing, and she gazed into his light grey eyes, seeing the same intense love and desire that she felt. Pansy pulled off Draco's sweater and undid his trousers, pushing them down over his hips. He hastily kicked them off, along with his shoes. While lightly stroking his chest and stomach, she placed random kisses on his warm flesh. Pansy snaked her arms around his torso to feel the muscles in his back, and then she massaged his shoulders and finally slid her hands down his strong arms.

Draco stood smugly in lusty expectation; he was letting her take the lead. But then she stopped her caressing and slowly backed away, trying very hard not to laugh in anticipation of her game.

You think I'm going to chase after you, Pansy, but I won't play today. You will willingly strip off your clothes and let me have my way with you. He was barely able to keep his face composed as he leaned against the fountain's edge in his black silk pants and crossed his arms.

I've already done my part, my love. It's your move in our delightful game. There was a stone pathway lined with potted trees on the other side of the fountain, which she followed and disappeared from view.

"Draco," she called, giggling.

He turned to look, but didn't see her. "Pansy, where are you?"

"I'm here, my love." Her voice sounded farther away now.

He couldn't stand not knowing exactly where she was. "Pansy!"

"Draco... I'm waiting."

He stealthily moved down the winding path, hoping to catch her by surprise. When he rounded a corner, he stopped and caught his breath.

There she was, lying on her side on top of his school trunk. She had removed her blouse and robes, revealing lace lingerie. Pansy had kept her school skirt on, but the hem was resting high on her thigh. She was wearing an innocent expression that contrasted sharply with her sexy pose.

My fantasy witch! He suppressed his smile as he assessed the situation. Merlin! She knows how to excite me! Although it was difficult to restrain himself, he crossed his arms and waited to see what she would do next.

"Mmmm..." she moaned, leaning her head back and exposing her neck.
Come on, Draco...

He was there in an instant, kneeling before her and moving his lips across her soft skin. "I'll never think of this trunk the same way again," he murmured between feverish kisses.

"I'm counting on that."

Draco pulled her up, so she was sitting on the trunk facing him. He tickled and teased her unmercifully with his kisses and roaming hands.
You asked for this, Pansy. I'm going to drive you crazy until you are begging for me. He carefully removed her scanty adornments, taking time to enjoy the effect of the fine lace against her milky white skin, but he did not remove her skirt. You like it when I touch you like this, you naughty school witch, but how about if I do this? Oh, yes, you like that as well! Draco thought, biting his lip.

When she saw him bite his lip, her stomach did a somersault. That always got to her, but it was her secret. She grabbed his skilled hands and leaned against him. "I need you, Draco," she breathed.

"What was that, Pansy?" he teased, as he shook her loose and continued to pleasure her. Her skin was flushed, and she shuddered under his touch.
I knew you'd enjoy that, my lovely witch.

She watched his sensual expression as he touched her.
He's incredible! He's enjoying this too much; he won't be able to last much longer either.

We need some pillows and a soft place to lie down, Draco thought. Those things suddenly appeared. Perfect! "Come to me," he said, guiding his willing witch down onto the large floor cushion.

Catching her breath, she picked up her wand and accurately cast the Male Contraceptive Charm.

He settled Pansy comfortably among the pillows, and smoothed her school skirt into place. He took a moment to trace the outline of the betrothal pendant against her flawless skin.
I love seeing her in jewels and not much else! Draco leaned over her, bringing his mouth mere centimetres from hers. "Now, what did you tell me before?"

"I need you," she whispered. Her body was still pulsating, and she required more of his loving attentions. She arched toward him and tried to pull him down on top of her, but he resisted.
He's teasing me. She laid back and looked around the room at the flowering plants, trying to pretend she didn't want him.

You can't hide your desire for me! He loosened her skirt and pushed it down at bit. "Tell me if you like this, Pansy." Draco ran his tongue across her belly, making her shiver. Merlin! "I'd say you liked that," he laughed, leaning back to admire her slender figure.

Pansy's breathing was shallow, and she wriggled her body in frustration.
I wonder what he's going to do next. He just needs to get on with it!

She wants me so badly, just look at her squirm! I just have to tantalise her a bit more. "Mmmm..." he said, running his finger along her jaw line.

Pansy closed her eyes in expectation, but nothing else happened.
Enough! She had to use the one weapon he could never resist; she had to pout. He can never say no to me when I'm unhappy.

Oh, look at those pretty, pink, pouty lips! Draco was amused he could have such an effect on Pansy. She's trying all her tricks on me. She has to have me!

Her eyes narrowed when she saw his smirk.
Oh, he knows how much I want him. He's making me wait on purpose. Maybe he felt like this yesterday when I made him wait, but the circumstances were entirely different, and he knows it!

Draco lifted her skirt and an eyebrow. "Miss Parkinson, why are you not wearing your knickers?"

Pansy exploded in a fit of giggles, but he quelled them immediately by kissing her hungrily. She tried again to press her body against his, but to no avail. His lips moved to her breasts and then down to her sensitive belly, sending a tremor through her body. She ran her hands through his hair, as he continued to explore...

Pansy jumped and drew a quick breath; he must have realised her surprise because she felt him laugh.
I wasn't expecting this! I'm not sure I want him to do it; I feel so embarrassed!

"Draco," she whispered, trying to move away, but he held her in place.

"Relax, Pansy," he whispered.

He just wants to make me feel good. He seems to be enjoying this, is he? She took a few deep breaths and concentrated on the sensations, not on how they were happening. I do like it...very much, in fact. Oh! I am the luckiest witch on Earth. Oh, Draco...

After he had pleased her in a most delightful way, he looked up at her with a smug expression.
That's what you get for not wearing your knickers, my naughty schoolwitch.

"Draco, my love," she said, panting, "that was...phenomenal." She tried to pull him to her to let him know just how much she enjoyed it, but he resisted.

"Please, Draco..."

"Yes?" he said, as he leisurely moved up her body, kissing every inch of her skin along the way.
Say it, Pansy. Tell me exactly what you want.

"I want to make love to you. I want to make you feel good too," she said, finally able to reach him. She pushed down his boxers and caressed him in a way she thought he might enjoy.
He does like this, she thought when she saw him close his eyes and smile. I wonder what else he might like. He will need to guide me...

Draco interrupted her thoughts when he pulled her skirt over her slim hips and tossed it onto his school trunk. He knelt before her, his hands lingering on her silken thighs.
She is absolutely perfect for me. Moving into position, he nudged her legs apart with his knees and then watched her expression as he gently moved forward until he was entirely within.

He paused, staring into her eyes. She met his gaze, and her beautiful, sexy smile played across her lips. He felt overwhelmed by his love for her, and expressed it the only way he could, by making love to her slowly, deeply and meaningfully.

When they were each entirely satisfied, Draco collapsed on the pillows next to her. His breathing was rapid, but he had a blissful look on his face. He kissed Pansy's hand and held it over his heart.

Pansy watched him as he began to drift off to sleep. When she wished for a light blanket, one appeared immediately.
He didn't get any sleep last night, and after that performance he deserves a nap, Pansy thought, as she pulled the covers over Draco. He did everything he could think of to please me, and he did it gently and lovingly. I never thought Draco would be so giving. Just when I think I know him, he does something fantastic to surprise me.

She wondered what time it was, and a clock materialised. It was half-past three. Classes would be letting out soon, so they needed to stay here until dinner time, when they could return to the dungeons. Pansy curled up with her back against him, and he rolled on his side to hold her. She fell asleep thinking of happy thoughts of their past.

~ * ~

Hours later, Pansy was awoken by Draco moving around and mumbling in his sleep.
He's having a scary dream! She sat up and ran her fingers lightly across his chest. "Draco," she said gently.

His eyes flew open in alarm, but when he saw her smiling down at him he realised where he was. "Pansy." He slid his arm around her waist, bringing her closer.

"Hello, my love," she said softly.

"I never want to leave you," he said, thinking about the horrible dream he just had about Pansy in danger.

"Then don't."

"If only things weren't so complicated..." he began.

"Our situation is cruel, but we must be together. Tell me you feel the same way."

"I do, Pansy," Draco said, gazing into her deep green eyes. "The moment it's possible, I will Apparate directly to you, and we will be together from that day on."

"I need to be with you now; I don't want it any other way. We are betrothed; we are supposed to be together," she told him passionately, hugging him tightly.

"I know, Pansy. It will be unbearable, but you must be safe."

"I need to know you are safe as well!"

"I have my ring to let you know that I'm safe."

"I suppose that will be better than waiting and not knowing anything, like before. I'm afraid for you, Draco."

"I am coming back to you. We will live happily ever after, just like in your faerie tales, my pure-blood princess."

They held each other, comforted by their closeness. Draco had to go back; there was no getting around it. They knew the only way they could ever live as they were entitled was if Lord Voldemort and his followers were gone... permanently. They should be the stunning young couple basking in society's admiration; instead, they were desperate lovers forced to hide their betrothal.

After a while, he handed Pansy her clothing piece by piece as he did that night at the tree house.
"Accio clothing." Draco summoned his attire from the other area and dressed. He leaned back against his trunk with some pillows, and then had Pansy lay down with her head on a pillow in his lap.

Pansy looked up at him. "Do you think the scheme Professor Snape has been hinting at will work, Draco?"

"It has to be. He's been waiting for an opportunity like this. He doesn't say much, but he's gradually mentioned things when we are making potions. Where to add a certain ingredient that cannot be detected, but will render the potion virtually useless or change it in some way, giving it an odd effect," he told her as he stroked her hair. "He intends for me to alter the potions at the right time. He has a plan, but I only know bits and pieces."

Pansy nodded; she was listening carefully.

"The oddest thing is when he shows me a memory using a Pensieve. He's shown me various events and past Death Eater meetings. My father is in those," he said, pausing for a moment when his voice hitched.

She gave his hand a squeeze.
He has to miss his father, especially now. Mr Malfoy has always scared me a bit, but I won't tell Draco that.

"Snape shows me things that have a pattern of the Dark Lord's behaviour. I think it might be a weakness. When I've tried to question him, he immediately changes the subject. He says we can't discuss it, but he always tells me to think about what I've seen. Sometimes I wonder if I can really trust him."

"I don't think he would have taken the Unbreakable Vow with your mother if he wanted you to be harmed."

"Mother says we can trust Snape. She's known him since her Hogwarts days."

"Well, that's good. What did you say to her when you left on Saturday?"

"I realised I had to tell her something, I've not gone off on my own since I came back that night. I ended up saying that I was a grown wizard, and I wanted to find a witch."

"A witch?"

"That's all I said. She can think want she wants, but I knew she wouldn't question me further if I said that. I doubt her ability to withstand probing if Bellatrix ever gets to her, so I couldn't tell her I was going to offer the Oath of Betrothal to Miss Pansy Elizabeth Parkinson of Blossom Hill Park."

She smiled. "Do you think she will like me as her daughter-in-magical law?"

"Absolutely, Pansy. Mother doesn't think very highly of many people, but she said that you were a beautiful, intelligent and enchanting young witch. I know she will be pleased when she hears of our betrothal, once everything is settled. She did say she approved of your pure-blood family too."

"So, she doesn't know that you've given me this heirloom." Pansy touched the emerald encircled with diamonds.

"No, she doesn't, but I didn't need to ask her permission. I inherited the pendant from the Malfoy side of the family, so it was mine to give to you."

"I don't like keeping something like this from our parents."

"I know," Draco said, placing his hand over hers. "Right now it needs to remain our secret. We cannot run the risk of the Dark Lord finding out about you, and I don't want your parents to turn me over to the Ministry either."

"You're right," she said, sighing.

"Pansy, I've been thinking about something. Potter must have been on the tower that night in his invisibility cloak."

Her eyes widened. "What makes you think that, Draco?"

"I was up on the tower earlier, to make sure it was clear. Later, when Dumbledore was there, two broomsticks were leaning against the rampart wall. Dumbledore and the Chosen Prat," Draco paused to sneer, "were somewhere together that night. They took brooms from Hogsmeade and flew to the tower when they saw the Dark Mark. Neither one could have resisted the chance to jump into something they knew nothing about. Bloody fools! Potter must have been injured or not had his wand, though. Nothing else would have stopped him from attacking me again. He had to have heard my conversation with Dumbledore, which really ticks me off. He's always spying on me!"

"That nosy prat! He better never try to attack you again either, or I'll hit him with more than a nasty curse!" Pansy said with venom.

Draco laughed. "Potter won't know what hit him when the wrath of the Sorceress of Slytherin is unleashed."

She giggled, and then said, "Well, there's one good thing about him being there. He knows you did not hurt Dumbledore and that you were coerced into doing those deeds. Those facts may help clear your name with the Ministry when the time comes. We need find a way to manipulate him into admitting that to the right people, before he gets himself killed trying to play the hero."

"You are brilliant, Pansy," he said, squeezing her hand.

"I'll think about how we can make it happen, Draco. You said something about a prophecy last night. Can that help us?"

"No one knows for sure what the Prophecy says. All Snape has shown me is a conversation with Dumbledore. They are talking about how Potter is supposed to be the one who can stop the Dark Lord, but not how he's supposed to do it."

"I wonder if it's true. He must think more highly of himself than usual, which is a wonder he doesn't topple over with that big head of his."

Draco laughed at her joke. "Isn't it ironic that the person I hate the most might make it possible for me to be with the person I love the most?"

"And who might that be?" she asked, batting her eyelashes and trying to look innocent.

"She's a fantastically sexy sorceress. Dark shiny hair that intoxicates me, eyes that sparkle like jewels and skin so soft it feels like silk."

Oh, Draco! "She sounds too good to be true."

"Oh, she's real all right. I just had her a few minutes ago," he teased.

Pansy narrowed her eyes at him. "You just
had her?"

"Hmmm... Perhaps I need to do a bit more research to determine the exact description," he said, sliding his hands to her breasts.

"We must wait."

Draco groaned, but continued to caress her. "As much as I hate to wait, and you know how impatient I am when I
want something, it's worth it to be with you."

"Draco, you're getting soft on me." Pansy giggled under his touch.

"Never!" he laughed.
Am I? Well, just with her, never with anyone else.

"Are you going to show me what's in your trunk?" she asked, sitting up and moving away from his talented hands.

"Do you think just because you let me have my way with you, I'm going to share all my secrets?" he teased, trying to reach his favourite bits.

"Of course I do. You love my body, and you know your secrets are safe with me."

"That's true." Draco performed a complicated Unlocking Charm. He rummaged around, finally pulling out something wrapped in a cloth. "This is what I missed most from this trunk," he said, handing it to her.

She removed the cloth. "Our picture?" It was a magical photograph of them taken during his visit to Blossom Hill Park. In the picture, Pansy was whispering in his ear, and Draco was holding on to her and laughing.

He answered her by kissing her on the cheek. "You were a goddess in your summer robes."

"And you looked as handsome as ever."

"I wish I could take a picture of you right now; after we make love, you glow."

I glow? "Draco, look." Pansy pointed to a wizard's camera on a stand. "This is an enchanted room."

"I want one of us together," he said, running his hand through his hair. He positioned the camera, while Pansy cast a Hair Brushing Charm and buttoned her blouse properly.

"You are beautiful," he said, tucking her hair behind her ears the way he liked it.

They sat on top of the trunk, holding each other. "Say
I love Draco," he suggested, flicking his wand twice at the camera. She giggled.

Pansy summoned the photographs, and they looked at them together.

"I will always remember what we've shared these two days," she told him.

Draco held her tightly, knowing he would never forget either.
