Demons, Death Eaters and Malfoys

Boy meets girl. Boy and girl grow to hate each other. Boy and girl run into each other on prefect duty and realise that they don’t hate each other as much as they thought… but what would happen if boy’s father and girl’s best friends were to find out that girl and boy don’t hate each other as much as everyone initially thought?

Hermione’s mind had reeled after reading the letter. She wondered if it was all just a joke. This didn’t seem like Draco Malfoy- it didn’t seem like him at all. But then again, Hermione needed to consider the fact that she didn’t know Draco Malfoy as well as she thought. She didn’t even know him at all...She had to wonder whether The Incident was all just a dream...

Hermione thought nervously. She looked around the deserted entrance hall by the Grand Staircase. There was no sign of him.

Ron walked the first floor anxiously, nervous about finding Hermione although he wasn’t sure why.

Hermione Granger mentally slapped herself for being so stupid. ‘I can’t believe I just said that to him!’ She thought. ‘What the hell am I on, to just be openly admitting that I’m in love with Draco Malfoy!’

Well, Hermione likes Draco and Draco likes Hermione except Hermione doesn’t know that Draco likes her and Ron also likes Hermione and so does Harry but Hermione doesn’t know that Ron and Harry like her and neither does Draco but he suspects that Ron likes Hermione and Harry knows that Ron likes Hermione but Ron doesn’t know that Harry likes Hermione but he knows that Hermione likes Draco and McGonagall knows that Hermione likes Draco but can’t quite figure out whether Draco likes Hermione and neither Ron nor Harry know that Draco actually does like Hermione. Oh, and there’s a demon or two prowling the school...

“Harry,” said Ron, choosing his words carefully. “You, er, wouldn’t happen to maybe, uhh, maybe like Hermione, would you?"

Hermione awoke in a daze.
