Remus giggled heartily at James' joke, he was sitting by the Christmas tree with Sirius lying at his feet. Sirius and Peter were laughing as well; Lily hadn't heard as she was working in the kitchen.

"Why don't you just get a house-elf to do it?" Sirius cried out, expecting nothing but a quarrel back.

"Don't be stupid, Sirius; you know I don't like the idea of a house-elf! What if it came in our bedroom when I and James were...I mean...when we are..." Lily said, obviously noticing she had told them what she and James did in the bedroom.

Not that none of his friends couldn't tell, even Sirius couldn't keep such a smile on James' face.

"When you're asleep, do you mean, Lily?" Remus cried, helping out Lily as she was making them dinner and could have easily told James she didn't want them to come.

"Or fucking," Sirius said casually; they heard a slam of some kind of kitchen utensil hit the floor.

"SIRIUS!" Lily bellowed, as the utensil started to work again. James burst out laughing, but not in the casual way he usually did more of a laugh-or-tell-them-the-truth way. Peter and Sirius raised their eyebrows at him, Remus would have but he just didn't have the skill to do it without looking ridiculous.

Sirius turned and started to rest on Remus' feet like they were a pillow, a restful grin spread across his face.

"Remus," Peter asked politely, "have you ever had a Christmas or a birthday on a full moon?" Peter had perceptibly wanted to ask this for a long time as a sign of relief was now on this face.

Sirius eyes snapped open in rage, he opened his mouth in fury, but Remus spoke first.

"No, I haven't, and, Sirius, there was nothing wrong with that question. I know he meant it nicely," Remus whispered the last bit in Sirius' ear.

As soon as Remus finished the sentence Sirius pulled his collar closer the him and asked very quietly,
"Bite my ear, would you?" Sirius looked quickly suggestive but Remus pulled away. He had never spoken to him like that well never so seriously before.

Sirius seemed astonished that Remus hadn't just gone with it and bit him but he didn't seem to really mind.

"Dinner, come on everybody," Lily called, now from the dining room. All the men got up and walked into the dining room, where the table was full of the traditional Muggle foods and drinks like roast potatoes, wine, carrots, parsnips and beer. She mixed them in with a small selection of her favourite magic foods and drinks like firewhiskey, Butterbeer and exploding onions which Lily didn't actually like but she knew James did.

The meal was delicious. Lily had never cooked so well and Remus graciously told her so many times through the meal.

"You don't have to tell me each bite!" Lily said, her cheeks going the same colour as her hair.

Remus felt something rub his thigh, he looked under the table, expecting a dog or something but only found out the Sirius had been rubbing his thigh for the last ten minutes.
He automatically stood up and looked down the rest of the people sitting, staring up at him in surprise.

In the corner of his eye, he saw Sirius pretending not to now why he was looking so distressed. Remus didn't want to have the conversation with Lily, Peter and James.

"Can I talk to you for a second Sirius?" he asked, leaving the table without a response.

Remus walked into the laundry room, which was the room with the most distance away from the dining room.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" he said and slowly leant on the wall.

Sirius smiled gently, Remus hoped that wasn't his answer.

"Well?" Remus pestered him; Sirius just kept smiling.

"If you're not going to give me an answer then..." Remus said, lifting himself off the wall but to his complete and utter surprise Sirius pressed his strong lips against Remus'.

Remus was pushed against the wall; Sirius tugged his hands into Remus' pockets so Remus couldn't do anything. Remus wanted to push him off but some part of him wanted to kiss him back. And as Remus was already kissing him, he thought the only logical thing to do was to kiss back.

Remus tongue was slowly ripped into Sirius' mouth and the same with Sirius's tongue. Remus hands circled Sirius chest until they finally found his buttons. One button then two then finally his shirt was falling off his back. Remus moved slowly down to his midriff. His first licked around the shape of Sirius' torso then finally gently bit his abs.

Sirius pressed Remus' head firmly against his burning, sweaty body. Remus' eyes opened and suddenly he stood up.

"What are you doing Remus?" Sirius questioned, kissing Remus' neck again and pushing his crotch against his, Remus pulled back.

"We can't! We've got a dinner," Remus said, his lips extremely close to Sirius' so that he was almost kissing the words. Sirius hauled his head back.

"Agreed," he whispered gently into his ear and when he finished, he gripped Remus' ear with his teeth and tugged. Remus gasped in delight.
