"Where do you think Snape is?" Ron asked Harry and Hermione as they went to their Herbology Class. They had just finished their Potions Class and, to their surprise, was taught by Harry' godfather, Sirius Black. For some reason, Snape didn't teach their class that day. They didn't even saw him during supper the night before. It was like a miracle for his students. At last, for one day they weren't criticized nor terrorized for any reason.

Snape didn't arrive the next day either nor the day after. He didn't even arrive during the End of the Term Feast. During the earlier days of June his seat remained to be empty. Radana would glance at the vacant chair of the Potions Master who, the headmaster said, was "on an errand for him".

She didn't care. She didn't even know him. All she cares about is that she is finally back in Hogwarts after disaster struck her family a year ago. Now that she's back in Hogwarts she feels that she's finally home. She had been somewhat lost before because of what has happened to her family. Because of her past profession of being an auror, her family has been murdered by deatheaters. As soon as she found out what danger her family had been into she immediately rushed to the Shiva Manor only to find out she was just minutes late to saving them. She could still see green light reflecting through the windows of the house when she got there. She found her parents, her brother and her 4-year-old niece together with their house-elf Tipsy lying in the floor, all cold and lifeless. She felt deeply sad but she felt guilty more but she knew she had to fight so she kept strong as she had always shown due to her profession, she has always been a little bit boyish although her looks didn't seem to show, but in the inside she felt as if she wanted to surrender.

Right after the burial she resigned from her profession and took a month off to a secluded island in the Pacific to ease her mind and thoughts. But still nothing could make her feel better. She even gained a fear of green light or everything that is green. Everything that has happened to her family flashbacks through her mind results her to feel dizzy and pass out.

It has just been a day after she decided to go back to the Shiva Manor when she received Dumbledore's letter asking her to teach Defense Against Dark Arts in Hogwarts for the following year. The letter states that he would like the children to learn more about dueling for them to apply during in case of emergencies which were most likely to happen since Voldemort's back in power again.

She accepted the letter feeling that she would feel much closer to home in Hogwarts and to allow her to start a new life.

She arrived at Hogwarts a week after the End of the Term Feast together with two other friends who had been offered a job to replace Madam Pomfrey since she resigned from her position as School Nurse.

They were welcomed warmly by the staff. She could still remember Prof. McGonagall, Prof. Flitwick and several other teachers she had when she was still attending Hogwarts. She had no problem fitting in since the whole staff was all friendly especially Profs. Lupin and Black. They would tell her and her friends jokes and stories about their life when they were still students. They were seven years older then them. But nevertheless they would make the three ladies laugh in no time. Sometimes Radana would even forget about her troubles, worries and fears.

"How do you like Remus?" Charlene asked her and Claudia as they cleaned the medicine cabinet.

"His okay" Radana answered calmly as she handed Charlene several vials of anti-swelling potion.

"I think he likes you" Claudia teased Charlene while she dusted the racks.

"You think so?" Charlene asked facing at Claudia.

From her tone Radana knew their conversation would lead to talking about men. She usually hated those types of conversation. She wasn't very into men. It has been years before she last dated. Not because she didn't want to but her lifestyle then didn't allow her too. She worked 24-7 making it impossible for her to start a relationship with someone.

The other two were already teasing themselves when Claudia suddenly stopped and said out loud "I think Sirius likes you, Dan".

Radana simply ignored the remark and continued sorting the vials while Charlene and Andrea in the other hand continued to talk about men and cosmetics.

That afternoon Radana spent most of her time in the library reading about basic spells and hexes to prepare herself. After finishing a book she went to the other shelves to find more additional reference materials. She felt bored so she decided to explore the whole place. She had never spent much time inside the library during her years attending Hogwarts. She was never a bookworm and although she was one of the bright students of her batch she didn't really care about it. All she could remember that she did during those years was that she definitely had fun with her time making friends and doing things she liked best.

She grabbed a book about Quidditch and its History. She opened the book and started reading it while she walked to a nearby table. She was lost reading its history when she bumped into a person.

"Watch where you're going, will you?" he scowled at her as he walked towards the exit of the Library.

Radana couldn't help but watch him as he walked passed by her. She noticed he bringing with him a thick old Potions book. Probably he's the Potion's Master she said to herself. So that's him. But she could have sworn she have seen him back then.
