Once upon a time, I believe it was a Tuesday when I caught your eye and we caught onto something

Ginny Weasley had never felt this way about a boy before. When ever he was around, her heart started pounding so fast she could have sworn the whole world could hear it. When ever he spoke to her, she didn't hear him. All she could hear was that choir of angels. Yep, a choir of angels. That's how completely and utterly love struck Ginny Weasley was whenever Harry Potter was present. And the day he kissed her in front of the entire Gryffindor house, she wished someone had caught it on camera, so she could replay the moment forever in her head. She couldn't believe he was finally hers, after 5 years on longing.

I hold onto the night, you looked me in the eye and told me you loved me

All those nights she spent with him. Every kiss, every touch. She never ever wanted it to end.

Baby what happened, please tell me?

It's really quite amazing how in one evening, your whole world can change. You lose the one thing you love more than anything else. And you want to be strong about it but, when you're Ginny Weasley, you can't hold it in any longer. The tears poured down her face. Dumbledore was gone. And now Harry was gone too. It was too much for her to handle.

Then, you start to look back. And then, you start to blame yourself. And when you're Ginny Weasley, or anyone else for that matter, that is never good. The tears start pouring even more. If only people would stop asking what was wrong. If only she could be left alone.

Was I out of line? Did I say something way too honest, made you run and hide, like a scared little boy?

I looked into your eyes. Thought I knew you for a minute, now I'm not so sure

No. It can't be you. You cannot possibly have done anything wrong. Look what he's going through right now. And you knew it was too good to be true. Ginny tried these reassuring words to herself, but all she could remember was

All those times they spent together, was it all for nothing? Did he know from the start that it wasn't going to last? How could he do this to her? How could he leave her so sad and broken up! What kind of person does that! She had thought those 6 years of love were worth it, but now she knew it had been a waste of her precious energy.

And then you feel so low you can't feel anything at all

And then he was there. She was sitting alone in a chair. It was midnight; shouldn't he be in bed by now? He was looking at her with eyes full of concern, full of caring and love. Ginny Weasley wanted to hit him right in the face. But she knew that was something she could never do. This was Harry Potter. Her soul mate. And then she remembered.

Everything is wrong. It rains when you're here and it rains when you're gone

She couldn't look at him. She knew that he only did this because he had too, not because he wanted to. But it still hurt more than he could ever imagine. It's not like this had ever happened to him. Ginny Weasley felt broken. This was the most awful feeling in the world. And all that she could think about was

And he didn't mean it.
