- Author's Note:
- I hope you like it, it's a little repetitive, but oh well.
You're doin' all you can to get in them old jeans.
You want that body back, you had at seventeen.
Molly Weasley was doing her routine exercises. Her dusty red hair pulled back in a loose pony tail. Her worn sneakers slap-slapped the treadmill as she gulped bottled water. A trickle of sweat was starting on her forehead.
Arthur Weasley just shook his head as he watched his already lovely wife try to shed, in his opinion, a few vanity pounds. In Arthur's eyes, Molly was as pretty as she had been when he had asked her to marry him at the end of their seventh year.
Baby, don't get down; don't worry 'bout a thing.
'Cause the way you fill 'em out, hey, that's all right with me.
Of course, Arthur supposed, the few extra pounds were from giving birth to their seven children. Just thinking of Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred and George (the twins), Ron and Ginny (not twins, just joined by an 'and' for the heck of it) made him swell with pride. There really was nothing more that Arthur loved (with the exception of Molly) than his children.
I don't want the girl you used to be.
An' if you ain't noticed, the kids are fast asleep,
Arthur was not bothered by the few extra pounds Molly carried, they made her shine. She looked so much more like a woman than those terribly skinny models that adorned magazines.
An' you're one hot mama;
You turn me on, let's turn it up,
An' turn this room into a sauna.
Arthur was a romantic, though you wouldn't be able to tell just by looking at him. He wanted to make this night special, especially for Molly. Arthur wanted to show her how beautiful she really was, and how sexy she was to him. He carefully ordered dozens and dozens of yellow roses because they were, after all, Molly's favorites. He lit candles, vanilla ones; he had always been rather fond of scented candles, especially the vanilla scented ones. Besides, he felt that they went just right with the bottle of champagne he had bought.
One hot mama,
Oh, whaddya say, baby?
You wanna?
Molly was, to say the least, extremely happy with Arthur's kindness.
Well, I know sometimes you think that all you really are,
Is the woman with the kids an' the groceries in the car.
*Flashback*
"George! Fred! Put that down, you cannot have one of those, they bite. Ron, don't pick your nose, it's a nasty habit. Oh dear, Ginny, please stop crying. Percy, could you please hold your sister while I put these away? Thank you dear." Molly sighed, Arthur hadn't been able to watch the children while she went grocery shopping--again. The twins were picking up everything, Ron was, well, we won't talk about that, Ginny was sobbing and Percy was doing his best to quiet her. "What must people think?" Molly asked the sky.
An' you worry about your hips an' you worry about your age.
Meanwhile I'm tryin' to catch the breath you take away.
"Forty! I can't be forty already, can I? Just look at these wrinkles around my eyes, dreadful! I could stand to lose a few inches around my middle, at least then I'd pleasing to the eye. Forty! My goodness, I'm an old lady now."
Oh, an' believe me, you still do.
Baby, all I see, when I look at you,
The word 'supermodel' flashed across Arthur Weasley's mind whenever he saw his wife get dressed, or cook, or clean, or de-gnome the garden. Honestly, everything she did was done with a fluid movement.
Is one hot mama;
You turn me on, let's turn it up,
An' turn this room into a sauna.
One look was really all it took to make him heat up. Her eyes set him on fire, in fact, everything about her did. Her hands, mouth, nose, even her feet.
One hot mama,
Oh, whaddya say, baby?
You wanna?
Arthur drew the hot bath water, adding bubble bath, lavender, Molly's scent. He eased himself into it, before calling to her. When she saw him, she smiled, slipping into the steaming water with him.
I can't imagine me lovin' someone else.
I'm a lucky man.
Arthur loved Molly, his betrothed, with all his heart.
