Harry Potter and the Heart of the Americans

Chapter 1: The Arrival of Mr. Weasley

A month before Harry arrived to Hogwarts, Harry's best friend, Ron Weasley invited him over to the Burrow for the rest of the summer. There was another letter from Hermione with the Daily Prophet attached to it. It said:

Dear Harry,

Hi, Harry! I haven't seen you in a such a long time and I missed you very much. I wonder if you miss me as well, but enough with that. Guess what? If you look at the Daily Prophet it says that American witches and wizards are coming to Hogwarts! Even though everyone is going over their heads about them coming, I just want to duel them, and it even might be a fun experience! Well, you have to see them for yourself to know. I heard Mr. Weasley had a surprise for us when we get to the Burrow, even Ron doesn't know. I hope it's going to be exciting. And if you want to see the Americans, just look at the Daily Prophet I sent you.

Instantly after reading Hermione's letter Harry looked at the Daily Prophet and read:

Americans at Hogwarts!!!

Americans at their top levels are coming to Hogwarts this year. Three of the American students are of their toppest levels, but requested us not to notify themselves, who are three teenage girls.

Two days after Harry received the letter from Ron, Mr. Weasley popped out of the chimney and shook Uncle Vernon's and Aunt Petunia's hand.

"My lord, where the hell did you come from?" said Aunt Petunia nastily.

Mr. Weasley replied calmly, "Well, if you have to know, I went through the chimney by floo powder. Right now I should be taking Harry, we have a lot to do." said Mr. Weasley while looking at his watch.

Suddenly Harry came down from the stairway and said, "Mr. Weasley! How are you?"

"Fine, thank you my boy, we should be going now, like I said, we would be late."

"Late for what?"

"Oooo...... it's a surprise."

"Well, let's go. I can't wait until the surprise."

Afterwards, Mr. Weasley shook Uncle Vernon's and Aunt Petunia's hand goodbye, and showed Harry to the chimney.

"My goodness, Harry, be polite and wave goodbye to your aunt and uncle."

"It's not necessary, Mr. Weasley, they won't appreciate it anyways," mumbled Harry.

"Still, Harry, just be polite and wave goodbye, and then we will go."

Anxious to go and with a disgusted look, Harry waved goodbye as fast as Mr. Weasley could say another word.

"Okay, Mr. Weasley, I waved goodbye can we plllllease go," so I can get out of here, thought Harry. "I want to find out what the surprise is."

"Okay, okay. You have done this before, Harry, say 'The Burrow', and then you will be there in no time." Mr. Weasley said in a big breath.

Harry said, "The Burrow!" All of a sudden a big rush of green air came around Harry's face, and he twirled around in the green air. He ended up in the Burrow's chimney. There he was greeted by hugs and handshakes.
