Forever Yours Part 2

My Darling Hermione,

Your letter moved me to tears. As you know, I am not usually a Casanova with words, but you have drawn from me things that I feel I should say to you. I never thought that in your wildest dreams you would be able to know how much I love you. It seems sometimes that those three words are severely inadequate to tell you how I feel. Our love transcends mere mortal words in every sense, and yet I can never come up with anything better. I love you so much that it hurts at times. I love you from the freckles on your hairline right down to your peach toenails. I love how you laugh when I tell stupid jokes and when I tell the kids, "Because I'm your father, that's why!"

I love that you always know when I am felling particularly glum about things. I love how you always tell me that I am the best thing that ever happened to you and that you have never and will never love anyone as much as you love me. I love the way that you look at me when I have aggravated you and how your glasses slip to the end of your nose when you are glaring at someone.

I love how you sing in the shower and trail water all across the bedroom when I rescue you from using the conventional towel to dry off. I love how your hair falls in wisps from your plait when you work fervently on a book or one of the many reports you are always doing. I love how you think its fun to tease me before we go to bed and tell me that you are way too tired tonight.

I love that before we make love you just stare at me and it seems like you are falling into my eyes. I love the way you smell like a soft blend of vanilla and roses all the time. I love how you interact with the children and I love that I can wake up every morning and know that you are my wife, the mother of my children, and the greatest love of my life. I would give anything and everything for you, I hope you know that. To me, our kids are an everlasting part of you. I don't think they could ask for a better mother and I know that they wouldn't. You are everything to them, and to me. Sometimes when I look at you, I wonder how it is that I am so lucky as to have you in my life. You could have married anyone else in the world, but you chose me. You make my world go round and without you I would be nothing.

This letter may not be as long as yours, but I can not think of any other ways to tell you that I love you, wholeheartedly, forever and always until the day that I die and beyond.
