Two to fill my heart

"You know I love Hermione."

"So do I love Ginny."

"And you still want to do this?"

"Yeah."

"I... I do too, but..."

"But you think we betray them?"

"Yes, don't you do too?"

"Yes I do. 'Cause actually we would."

"And this doesn't bother you?"

"Yes it does."

"..."

"You know, I mainly fell for Ginny for she resembles you so much..."

"I can't say the same about you and Hermione."

"Thank God for this. Anyway, to some extend Ginny's simply a female version of you and since I'm not gay..."

"You're not?"

"No, you can ask her. We did a lot of..."

"Stop it, Draco! I don't need to know..."

"Kissing, I wanted to say."

At this he leaned in and kissed Ron gently on the cheek. Ron shivered.

"How did this feel?"

"Actually... good."

The two of them were laying on Ron's bed, where they had been talking for about an hour. Most of the other Gryffindors had gone to Hogsmeade, so they had the whole Tower to themselves now and this time was as good to try it out as any. Or even better for the reasons mentioned.

"You know this is somewhat strange. I never had such thoughts with Harry and he has been my best friend for years now."

"And you are my best friend for about a half year now and I have to admit that I had such thoughts about you very often. In conclusion: Things change!"

"Yes, I guess they do." Ron admitted.

He placed his arms around Draco's neck almost thoughtfully, never leaving his eyes, before he finally pulled him close to kiss him full mouth. Of course, Draco responded to the kiss.

When Ron pulled away Draco tenderly put one hand on his cheek.

"What do you think, mate?"

"It's so different from kissing Hermione."

Draco gave a short playful, yet comfortable laugh.

"Did you expect it to be like kissing her?"

"No, but I didn't expect kissing anyone besides her to feel right."

"And it did?"

"Yeah... For you?"

"For me too."

And again they closed the distance between each other's lips. This time Ron parted his lips, allowing Draco to slid his tongue inside his mouth, which he did. Ron shivered again as their tongues touched and he felt Draco's chest raise more quickly against his.

This time it was Draco who pulled away first.

"Do I... do I arouse you too?" He asked hoarsely.

Ron's voice was very calm and even, when his answer came, "Yeah, you do."

"Do we wanna stop talking then?"

Ron nodded reluctantly and went on kissing Draco, kissing his way down Draco's throat. He felt his friend tremble slightly. Encouraged by the reactions he caused, Ron slid his hand up Draco's shirt. He glanced to his eyes again, communicating for a moment before Draco leaned in for another reunion of their lips.

When Draco's knees finally failed to support him anymore, he let himself down on Ron gently, making the space between them disappear. Now he could feel Ron's every breath and... something else, which resembled a certain reaction of his own body.

Draco felt a certain happiness rush through him and felt Ron smile against his lips.

Then he let his hand trail downwards and cupped Ron's hard-on firmly, causing him to moan deeply and dig his fingertips rather harshly into the small of Draco's back.

This was indeed satisfying.

They were still lying next to each other, their T-shirts abandoned on the floor. Ron smiled and turned to Draco who was watching him as if to memorize every little bit of his delicate feature. He tried to figure out what Draco thought, yet failed, for he was distracted as he suddenly remembered something.

"Turn over, Draco"

"Why?"

"Just do, will you."

Draco didn't want to turn his eyes away from Ron. Nonetheless, he wondered why his friend was so serious out of the blue. It was so unlike him to be as composed and calm as he'd been that day.

Well, his kisses had been passionate, just the way Draco had expected them to be, his eyes had been fire-lit and his very touch had been amazingly loving. Yet all the while he'd been the voice of reason, which was usually more Draco's part. But probably this time, it had to be him...

At long last, however, he turned over on his stomach, still wondering what Ron had on his mind.

He felt the read head lingering above him, carefully examining his back. It was adorned with ten fingertip shaped bruises, forming two half moons on Draco's pale smooth skin. Tenderly Ron passed his hand over the small of his back and Draco winced slightly.

"Does it hurt?" He asked anxiously.

"Somewhat."

Ron reached for his wand.

"What are you doing?"

"Ginny mustn't see these. I'll use a healing charm, it won't hurt."

Draco felt a sudden anger rush through him and turned around, the other boy looking at him searchingly.

"What is this about, Draco?"

Draco didn't answer. He wasn't sure why he felt so angry, only that he did.

Ron was watching him, not knowing what to think, until a question crossed his mind. He hesitated, not sure if he truly should ask this, but as the silence continued, he did.

"Draco... you... you don't want to tell them about it, do you?"

This was obviously the last question Draco had expected. Yet, nonetheless, the right one.

"I... I mean..." But for once words failed him.

As Ron continued to look at the blond, his heart softened, seeing the confusion reflected by those silver eyes. Draco never was confused, but now...

"Oh Draco..." He tenderly placed one hand on his cheek. "You know we can't. We would hurt them so much." Gently he planted a soft kiss on the other boys forehead.

When had Ron become so oddly adult? It was so unlike him...

When Draco found his voice again, he tried to hide his disappointment, yet his eyes betrayed him.

"So this was an once-and-only?"

Ron blinked. Once and only? But it had felt so right... Again he didn't know what to say. He wanted to say: No. I don't want it to end, but...

But instead...:

"...what else could we do?"

"May be... we could... hide it?"

"Hide it?"

Hide it?

"Yeah... No one will know."

Hide it?

But Ron didn't know what else to do. He didn't know what to say. He just didn't know...

Then Draco handed him his wand and turned on his stomach again, closing his eyes.

"Sanandio." Ron breathed.

Hide it...
