Set from Hermione's POV. This story is set in the few seconds after Ron explains to Hermione what a Mudblood is when Draco calls her one after the Quidditch argument in the second book.

When Hermione first married Ron after the war, she hadn't expected their relationship to wither and die. But it did. And so, in desperate want of some spice, Hermione signed her and Ron up for Tango Dancing lessons. The results were not what she expected.

The color could not be uprooted, so deeply was it entrenched in the muddy soil of his past life, thriving in the darkness that had, and maybe still now, consumed him, and growing to be a creeper so large and thorny that he was caged inside of it, perhaps inescapably.

Because of him, Sirius had died… Or had he? What exactly does the veil do? However, he most certainly would never see Sirius again, and Harry wasn’t about to let anything like that happen again.
