Even though Remus feels that he has been to enough funerals to not be affected by Sirius's death, a visit from Harry right before the funeral shows him he might be wrong.

Someone on WIKTT theorised that Snape had not gone back to Voldemort to spy, but instead to take care of the problem of the Dementors at Azkaban. That set this little plot bunny running around my head.

Draco never realizes that he has lost something until after it's lost; after all, they never matter. Then, he loses Blaise, and Draco learns that some things are meant to be kept close to the heart.
